It was way past 11pm when Siddarth and Roshni finally returned home, from the reception party.
Roshni began to make her towards to the bathroom.
"Kahan ja rahi ho Baby"
Roshni turned around and placed a hand on her hip.
"Where do you think. It's late I want to change and go to sleep" Roshni retorted.
"Oh haan" looking at his watch
"It's way past your bedtime nah." Sid teased.
"What do you mean Bedtime??? I don't have a bedtime..."
Flicking her hair back, she continued
"I can stay awake for as long as I want"
"Really"
"Of course, I'm not a little girl you know"
Sid gaze travelled up and down her body
"Nope, your definitely not a little girl" Siddarth said in a seductive tone.
Roshni blushed, and immediately covered herself with her saree pallu, much to Sids amusement.
"Actually I always sleep late..." she continued.
"Oh really"
"Really"
"Okay then...Prove it"
"Prove what???"
"Let's play a little game. Who can stay
awake the longest.
Roshni thought for a moment,
"Kya hua, nahin ho paaye ga nah?? Sid teased.
"Of course ho ga...Be ready to loose cranky pants" Roshni hissed.
"So what will be the bet" asked Sid
"Bet!!!".
"Haan bet. There's no fun playing a game, if the winner doesn't get a prize at the end of it???".
Roshni narrowed her eyes.
"Hmmm... let's say if I win, I get a kiss from you, and if you win you get a kiss me" winked Sid.
"Kisses..." Roshni swallowed hard.
"Dar gaye kya"
Roshni shook her head side to side
"Nahin. Why would I be scared... I'm not scared, especially not from you...let the game
begin"
After a slight pause. .
"Lekin, if I win then you'll not try and kiss me ever again".
"Ever again!!!!" Sid said raising his eyebrows.
"Yes never ever again..." Roshni replied confidently.
"Hmmm...Don't you think *ever again* is a really long time..." making a cute face.
"Dar gaye kya"
"No not at all..okay Deal" smiled Sid.
Sid sat back on the Sofa and turned on the TV.
Roshni came and sat beside him and kept her eyes glued on the TV set. Within minutes she felt
the heaviness in her eyes.
Sid just sat back on smiled.
"Haar maan lo"
"To you never"
Roshni yawned every now and then, but refused to give up. She was slowly becoming drowsy.
"Roshni you can do it. No sleeping. ..no sleeping, varna is Cranky Pant ko Kisses!!!! . ...Nahin...No way" the very thought made her cringe.
Sid had his eyes only on her. He could look at her all night without blinking an eyelid.
She was so beautiful.
Roshni flicked through the channels trying to find something to watch. She needed to stay awake, no matter what.
"Stop!!!! Leave this channel, I don't think I've seen this movie" said Sid.
"But I heard it's a really good Love Story, and I love *Love Stories*" looking at Roshni with so much affection.
"Ohhh...This movie. I've seen it. It's really good, but the ending is really sad... the girl gets shot and dies" Roshni replied yawning.
"What!!!! ..Seriously. ...thank you very much for spoiling it" sulked Sid
"Oopz" replied Roshni as she yawned.
Time was passing by...
Roshni tried to fight but couldn't and soon the darkness ascended.
Her head tilted and rested on Sid shoulder.
Sid watched her lovingly as she slept.
"The things I have to do to spend time with you Baby".
Sid didn't want this time to end. He could smell the sweet fragrance of her hair.
He looked at her features so intently. Totally
memorised.
His eyes trailed from her eyes to her nose, and then settled on her luscious red lips.
"Sid behave yourself" he thought as he tried to control the emotions building up inside him.
He gently caressed her cheeks and smiled
"Meri Ziddi biwi...will you ever forgive me?".
It was a while before Siddarth picked her up gently in his arms and carried her to her bed.
He pulled the blanket over her.
"Neend mein bhi bohut khubsoorat lagta
ho"
He kissed her forehead softly.
"Good night Roshni. I love you".
*NEXT MORNING*
When Roshni woke up, she was in bed.
"How did I get here" Roshni thought
scratching her head.
"Sid must have.."
Then it suddenly hit her.
Oh No!! Damn!!! The bet...I lost...matlab
I owe him kiss . ..No No...".
It was as if he read her thoughts.
"Somebody owes me a kiss" smirked Sid.
Roshni swallowed hard, and looked in his direction.
She sat frozen, wondering what to do.
She closed her eyes tight for a moment, and then slowly got out of bed.
She stood rooted to her spot, unable to take any steps.
"I'm waiting Baby" Sid teased with pouted
lips.
Roshni tensed up, and bit her lower lip.
"Are you coming to give me my kiss? Sid asked raising his eyebrows
"Or shall I come and take it".
Roshni stood dazed. She looked around
"Kya karoon" Roshni was frantic
"I'm waiting Baby" Sid teased.
"Challo if your not coming to me, then I guess
I'm coming to you... Kiss to lekar rahoon ga"
Sids started to take steps towards her, as she slowly backed away.
It wasn't long before she was up against the wall.
Sid ran his fingers through his hair as he slowly closed the gap between them.
Roshni heart beat became erratic, and held her saree in her fingertips.
Siddarth stared at her with intensity in his eyes, that her cheeks began to blush.
Roshni gulped as he approached her.
Slowly Siddarth circled his arm, around her waist and pulled her in tight against his body.
Her eyelids fluttered as fast as her heart beats.
Every inch of his body was pressed against hers. Roshni mind became numb.
He reached up, and ran his fingers gently through her hair.
Slowly he leaned in and brushed his nose gently against her cheek, and then across her nose.
This sent a shudder through her body.
Before Roshni could protest, he put a finger on her lips.
"Sshh. ...I want to kiss you more than
anything right now."
Roshni breathing was now out of control, and she closed her eyes as Sid leaned in closer.
"I love you so much Roshni...and it's okay, if you are not ready to love me back yet.
I'm not in any hurry, because I know that one
day you will love me as much as I love you".
He reached out and traced her beautiful face with his fingertips, as he held onto her.
He didn't want this moment to end.
She trembled against him, as he gently touched her incredibly soft skin. Her breathing was
unstable..
He didn't know how he had managed to stop himself from kissing her there and then.
Slowly, yet reluctantly he released his grip on
Roshni, and took a step back.
"I think I'll take my kiss some other
time..."
Roshni, who was still finding it hard to control
her breathing looked at him confused.
"Don't think ke tum Bach gaye...
No way. I want my kiss...I definitely want my kiss.
I want to cherish every moment of it...
But now is not the right time" his voice
was husky.
"Kya hai nah. .. I don't want to rush my first kiss with you Baby" sliding his hand down her arm.
"I know you must be really disappointed"
Sid said as he winked.
"Lekin kya Karen, Majboori. .. we're getting late and you need to ready".
"Ready????" asked a confused Roshni
"Yes ready, because we're going camping with Rahul and Soniya".
Suddenly Roshni eyes lit up.
"Seriously, we're going camping"
In her excitement she hugged Sid tightly.
Siddarth closed his eyes to savour the moment.
Just as he was about to hold her back
Roshni stepped away.
She had just realised what she was doing.
"I'm sorry..I..I" Roshni tried to defend her actions.
"But I'm not. ..you can hug me whenever you want Baby...i won't mind...promise".
Roshni started to blush.
"So ahhh get ready quickly, and I'll see you downstairs in half an hour"
As he walked out, Sid passed a flying
kiss...
Roshni stood bewildered trying to figure him. out.
Sid closed the door and leaned against it.
"Damn I deserve an Award for Self-Control.
That was the hardest thing I've ever done.
I could have kissed her, and I really wanted to kiss her. .."
After a pauses.
"But...I couldn't...I want you to want to kiss me as much as I want to kiss you Baby" .
Sid sighed as he made his way downstairs singing
"Inteha ho gaye intezar ki"

Soniya and Rahul , had just arrived and were chatting to Simmi and Raj. Soniya couldn't hide her excitement that Roshni was also coming.
Roshni made her way down the stairs to join them.
Everyone turned and looked at her a little shocked.
Roshni noticed their expressions
"Do I have something on my face she asked" touching it.
Soniya burst out laughing.
"Are you seriously going to wear that!!!"
Roshni looked down at herself
"Why??? What's wrong with it???".
"No sweetie, what's right with it...
I mean who goes camping in a saree" joked Soniya
Roshni scrunched up her face and said
"Ab meri shaadi ho gaye, toh saree hi pehnu gi nah"
Sid smiled, and couldn't get over her cuteness.
Soniya shook her head.
"No way!!".
"But Sonu I don't have anything but Sarees".
"I think your looking adorable " Rahul interupted
"hain nah mom".
"My daughter will look beautiful whatever
she wears" Simmi replied "Nazar nah lage"
"Thank you Ma" smiled Roshni
"So you're actually planning to go
camping like that"
Soniya said raising her hands unbelievably.
"But Sonu"
Sid intervened.
'It's okay Baby, mein hoon nah"
He passed her some shopping bags and told her to change.
Roshni glanced inside the shopping bags and looked up
"When did you find the time to buy these???".
"Baby for you, I ways have time" he replied winking at her.
"Now hurry up and change, we're getting late".

Sid and Rahul loaded the camping equipment into the back of car.
Sid had arranged a special SUV
for the occasion.
"Why do girls spend so much time getting ready" Rahul complained.
"Soniya was ready this morning, ab phir tyaar hone chale gaye".
Just then Soniya made her way towards the
car. Her hair waved in the slight breeze as she walked. Her shorts showed off her sexy legs.
Rahul mouth dropped open.
"OMG!!! Did she just become more beautiful? ??"
Sid Put his hand under his chin and closed his mouth.
"Now who's behaving like a school boy with his first crush".
"Sorry guys...just needed to freshen up before the journey" excused Soniya for being late.
"It's okay Jellybeans. .and by the way your looking hot Baby".
"Matlab I don't usually look Hot!!!" Soniya asked grabbing his collar.
"No Baby. .You always look hot, but today your giving the Sun competition"
"Awww, thanks baby. You're so sweet" Soniya leaned in and kissed him on the cheek.
Rahul was on cloud 9 as Soniya lovingly caressed his cheeks.
"I hate to break up your cute romance, but
where's Roshni???
Isn't she ready yet. We're getting late...and we need...".
Sid was unable to complete his sentence. At that very moment Roshni walked out through the main doors of the house towards the car.
Sids jaw dropped.
He was finding it hard to put a brake on his attraction for her, in front of the others.
She was looking even more gorgeous in her tank top, that showed of her gorgeous waist line, and her cut off jeans showed off her sexy figure.
"Damn!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does she have the right to
be that Sexy...
I mean is it even Legal to be that Hot!!". Sid thought as he was totally blown away.
It was taking every ounce of his will power,
to prevent himself from pulling her into his arms and getting that kiss she owed.
"She's killing me" he groaned.
Sids eyes were fixated on her, and didn't realise that she was up close to them.
"I hope I'm not to late. Do I look okay?".
"No you don't look okay" answered a mesmerised Siddarth.
"Eh. ..." replied Roshni looking down at herself
"In fact, Your looking so Hot Baby. Gorgeous, Beautiful, mind blowing, Sexy, Amazing... " he went on and on...Sid was still in his trance.
Roshni cheeks flushed listening to him.
She swallowed hard at the words that Sid had just uttered in front of Rahul and Soniya
"Uh hmm" coughed Rahul.
He placed his hand under his chin to
close his mouth.
Sid suddenly realised what he was doing and began to blabber
"Ahhh...Good your ready...so we're all ready...very good... ahhh so...so ahhh...let's go".
His breathing was still hitched from seeing her.
Siddarth opened the passenger door for Roshni, and signalled her to get in.
"Ahhh...Sonu can I sit with you in the back" she said smirking looking at Sid.
"Of course Sweetie." came the reply.
Sid made a pout...
All were set for the journey.
The boys in the front and the girls in the back. Roshni sat behind Rahul
and Soniya was behind Sid.
"Ready to go" Sid asked, adjusting the rear view mirror towards Roshni.
"Let the journey begin..."
