A week passed ,this was the most difficult week of ishra life ,ishita was always scared that any time shagun will come up with a new dirty idea to snatch rumsn from her while Raman has hard time in consoling her .In this week ishita never left ruhi for a single hour, she left going office and remain always in home ,to be always with ruhi .
Today was a big day for ishra as today was the hearing of shagun and Ramans divorce case ,MM ladies were supporting Raman and also he has all the proof against shagun to get divorce without any pressure .When Raman came out for breakfast he saw ishru were ready ,he picked ruhi in his arms and asked kissing her cheek " how is my baby today ."
Ruhi smiled fully listening to him and just spoke " papa " in return ,she too touched his cheek with her lips as if kissing him back .He smiled fully and spoke " oh ho ,mamma see rooh is giving me kissie and you didn't get any ,baby show mamma again ," Saying so he again kissed ruhi's cheek ,she again touched his cheek back ,he signalled ishita and winked .Ishita smiled fully ,Raman settled beside her and spoke, keeping palm on her " atlast I saw you beautiful smile ,I was missing it from many days ,ishita why are you so tensed ,sab theek ho jaayega ,don't you trust me ."
I- I do trust you Raman but aap nahi samjhoge ,the insecurities of being second in your loved ones life .
R- I agree ishita that you come second in my life but you are last one ,iske baad koi nahi aayega hamari life mein ,haina rooh .
He said looking to roohi ,who just clapped as if giving her consent .
R- rooh mamma is crying ,give kissi to mamma .
Listening to this ruhi pouted abd waited for ishita to touch her cheeks to ruhi's lips .Ishra smiled fully witnessing ruhi's cute antics .Ishita forwarded her cheek towards ruhi ,she touched her cheeks by her pout and started clapping giggling , Ishra too enjoyed with her .
At the ssne time Ramans phone buzzed ,it was pathak ,he has called to remind Raman to reach the court in time .
R- ishita chalo ,I will leave now ,take care if yourself and ruhi .
He said hugging ishru ,when ishita pulled herself from him and asked " I will also come with you ".
R- nope I m going alone ,you see not coming ,you rest in home only and rsje care of ruhi .
I-but I want to come .
R- and what about ruhi ,you know na she is not well these days because of her growing tooth's ,and she will be exhausted .its not for few hours but a whole day thing .
I( slowly )- Ok ,but aap jaldi aana .
R- atfirst show me your beautiful smile then only I will come early .
Ishita smiled widely though it was evident that its fake but Raman left pecking her cheek .
In court room .
All were waiting for court proceedings while shagun was yet to show up , whole first hour went but she didn't arrived yet ,the peon was about to give another date ,when pathak appeals that three notice has already being send and if shagun is not coming today ,judge should sign on her summon .The judge nodded and was about to sign the summon when shagun showed up with her lawyer .Her lawyer told that they want next date as its already lare but pathak told that its an open and shut case ,why to waste one more day of court ,judge ordered to start the proceedings.The proceedings started ,but before that shagun and his lawyer get scoldings for coming late .
Pathak got up and spoke about the case ,then after listening to him shaguns lawyer got up and called Raman for questioning. Raman went to witness box ,and as expected the lawyer accused him for having illegitimate relationship with ishita and he also told that Shagun eloped because she was fed up by living alone in home in a love less marriage but pathak was ready .He called the police inspector who was the one who introduced ishra and proved that shagun has left ruhi with ishita ,before that ishra didn't know each other .After that pathak called all his witnesses along with MM ladies and proved that shagun was wrong .And Raman should get divorce from her immediately and along with this they attached the police list of jeweleries and money which she already has taken at the time of eloping ,because of which now he don't have to give any alimony to her as she has already taken a huge amount of money , moreover she was the one who has left him first .
After listening to both the parties judge gave his verdict .
In house
Ishita was walking to and fro in the hall waiting eagerly for Raman but its almost evening and he had not showed up yet .
It was about 7.00 pm when Raman entered the house ,he was looking to tired and worn out ,ishita almost ran to him and asked " Raman what happened ,you got the divorce na".
Raman looked at her and spoke " I got the divorce but the MM ladies gave me another punishment for lifetime ."
Ishita swallowed her saliva and asked scaring " what ,punishment ".
Raman looked at her and spoke sadly
" they ordered me to marry ruhi's mother ".
Ishita looked at him with teary eyes still not understanding what he told when he smiled widely and asked bending on his knees ,presenting a solitaire ,asking for her hand " will you marry me ishita ".
Ishita atfirst didn't reacted as she had not yet realized what she actually listened .She glanced at him with teary eyes still not reacting when he asked again " ishita will you marry me ".
She smiled widely listening to it ,while tears started flowing endlessly from both pairs of eyes ,Raman asked again raising his eyebrows ,she nodded between tears ,he got up , picked her in his arms,twirl her happily ,both laughed wholeheartedly .He then put her down and both hugged each other tightly till their heart content .They were looking each other and smiling time to time expressing their happiness .
Ishra were lost in their happiness forgetting chotu don but she knows very well how to seek their attention , next moment they heard ruhi's cries ,Raman took her in his arms and spoke dropping a kiss on her forehead ," oh my bachchu is getting jealous as mamma is getting all the attention , listen princess papa is going to tell you a secret today ".
Ruhi too made a serious face abd listened to him without making any noise ,Raman continued " ruhi you know ab mamma dulhan banegi aur papa dulha ,mazza aayega na ."
Saying so Raman smiled fully ,ruhi too smiled following him,he then looked at ishita and told " she ishita ruhi too is very happy ,she will dance in her mamma papa marriage, haina rooh ."
Ruhi started clapping listening to this ,ishita took her from Raman and dropped numerous kisses on her small face while Raman wounded his arms around her girls ,smiling fully feeling contended .
