Param: galthi tho mera bhi nahi tha na phir bhi mere saath galath hua..tujhe patha hai kithne din se isse maarne ki koshish kar reha tha main..yehan thak ki uss bloody subbu ko bhi bheja maine lekin nahi uss bewakoo kuch nahi kar paya..wahan tune isse bachaliya tha na lekin ab nahi ab main khud isse maar dunga..
He said like a mad person and he pushed ishita to the cliff making raman and appa shocked.
Raman: ishitaaa...raman screamed running to the end of cliff while appa sat on his knees like a dead person.
Raman runs to her and at the heat of moment raman pushed param from the cliff..making param to scream loud but raman was not bothered about him..
He searched for her like a mad..Finding her nowhere he too sat feeling week on his knees...
Raman: Nooo...aisa nahi ho saktha..ishita..meri ishita mujhe chodke nahi ja sakthi..zindagi bhar saath rehane ka vada kiya hai humne..meri ishita ko mujhse nahi cheen sakthe aap.. he said looking up to the sky..
Meanwhile appa anyhow gets up from his place and comes near raman and called him placing his hand on ramans shoulder..
Appa: raman..ishu..
Raman turned back to see appa and glared himthen he shrugged off his hand from him angrily and said..
Raman: apni khattiya muh se meri biwi ka naam bhi math lena...
Appa: raman main..
Raman: khabar daar kuch bhi bola tho...now you get peace na..apni beti ko maarke? You know what aap jaise baap pane se accha hai usse baap hi na ho...appa looked down silently hearing ramans words..
Raman comes forward and grabbed appas color ..
"how could you do this..aaj aapki wajeh se maine apni biwi khoyi hai ab main kaise jiungaaa...bolo mr.iyyer tum wapas dila sakthe ho usse?
App didn't said anything but looked here and there but not raman..
Raman: nahi na..tho main jeeke kya karunga? Kuch bhi tho nahi bacha hai ab mereliye..meri jaan tho already ja chukka hai ab mujhe yeh body ki bhi zaroorath anhi hai..you live your life happily...saying raman takes his steps to his back..
Appa: raman no..
Raman: you have no right to stop me...saying raman widened his hands to both side then leaned to his back on nothing...he was about to fall but the moment he heard a week voice taking his name..
Hearing his name ramans face turned to a little smile and he turned to the cliff expecting a miracle..and it was a miracle..he see her ishita struggling to climp the cliff with so much difficulty..
Ishita: raman..mujhe bachalo..
Raman: han..han jaan main..main hun yehan tum haath do mujhe..he tried to hold her hand but can't because she is little away from him..he lay at the soil on his front and forwarded his hand more to her..at last any how both get a hold on each other but in a sudden raman lost his balance and he too fell from the cliff.. Making appa and mihir shock..
Both appa and mihir runs to the end and called their name..thats when mihir noticed both were hanging on a tree which is moving like it will break any time..mihir gets panicked seeing the scene in front of him and he runs to take a rope..
Meanwhile both ishita and raman were having very difficult to stay hanging on the tree..ramans one hand was holding the tree and the other one on ishita..she is hugging him tight to not to fall..raman was saying continuously that her to hold him tightly..
Getting a big rope from the car dickey mihir throws it to Raman and said to hold it..but he can't because his hands were not free..That time for their luck the police arrives there..Seeing mihir struggling with the rope police comes forward to help them..
Getting unsuccessful police called a Crain and tried to take ishra out from the cliff..with the help of the Crain they saved Raman and ishita..at the moment they comes up ishita hugged Raman crying bitterly..
"shhh..shh it's okay. Everything is ok" he tried to console her..
Raman: I'm here you're safe jaan..he again whispered..
Hearing his soothing words she gets relaxed a bit but didn't loosened her grip on her..thats when ishitas eyes noticed something..her eyes widened with shock seeing param standing on his ramans back pointing a gun..when param fired the gun ishita pulled herself from raman and pushed him away..
The sudden action made raman shock but when he seed the scene of ishita getting the bullet on her heart his heart starts to bleed..
Screaming her name raman take ishita in his arms..seeing all this param laughed like a mad and said to appa..
Param: maine poora kardiya hai mera vada..maine cheenliya hai tumse tuhari beti..saying he laughed aloud..
Getting angry on param appa snatched the gun and pointed it to param..
Appa: poora hogeya na tera badla ab tu jeeke kaya karega..tujhe bhi mar jana chahiye and I will kill you now...
Saying appa tried to shoot him but the time police stopped appa and takes the gun from him..Police arrested param and said appa to come to the police station..
Meanwhile Raman takes ishita to the hospital..Taking her in his arms he runs inside the hospital screaming doctors name..
After taking ishita to the operation room Raman sat at the chair and hides his face inside his palm..mihir tried to console him but he was shivering thinking about her..
After about 1 hour the green light of the ICU room lighted and the doctor comes out removing her mask..
Hearing the voice raman looked up hope filling his eyes..
Raman: wha..what happened doctor..ishita is ok na?
Doctor: see mr.bhalla I can't say anything now..but han operation is successful..humne goli body se nikkali hai lekin ishita ki khosh mein aane ke baad hi hum kuch keha payenge..
Raman: baad hi mathlap..app log doctor hona tho aapko patha hona chahiye ki who teek hai ki nahi..
Doctor: please calm down mr.bhalla we will try our best..
Mihir: bhai relax bhabhi ko kuch nahi hoga..
Raman: tumne suna na doctor ne kya kahan..khosh nahi aya tho kuch nahi keha payenge..agar sach mein khosh nahi aya tho? Nahi nahi aisa dhodi na ho saktha tum dekhna mihir ab kuch der baath na who bhaag ke mere paass ayenge aur mujhe tightly hug karenge tum dekhna..saying tears starts to fall from his eyes..
Suddenly a nurse comes out from the ICU and called doctor for an emergency..
Raman: ky..kya hua? He asked getting panic..meanwhile doctor comes running and get inside..
After some time the doctor coms out and called raman and mihir to her cabin..
Taking a seat from infront of the doctor he again asked about ishitas condition...taking a deep breath the doctor said..
Doctor:I'm sorry mr.bhalla..the doctor says..while ramans face filled with many emotions..
Doctor: the only thing keeping her alive is the machine..we did our best ab...the doctor get silent..
Tears sitting in ramans eyes ones again as she explains what he feared the most.. while the doctor continues..
Doctor: it's a very deep cut..if you want you can see her now..but..
Before the doctor can complete her words raman runs out from the room and entered inside the ICU..Seeing his life laying attaching to many machines his heart ached. He slowly takes his steps to her and stood beside her..taking her hand in his he said with his shaking voice..
Raman: I know you can't respond to but..i also know you are listening me..i just..i just wanted to let you know that I love you..i love you the most..tumhare bina jee nahi paunga main..aur agar tum chahthi ho ki main zinda rehu tho tuhe bhi zinda rehana hoga..mere liye..humare liye..
The tears stream down from his eyes as he choke out the words..
Raman: pyaar karthe ho na tum mujhse phir mujhe akele kaise chod sakthe ho tum? Vada kiya than a ki zindagi bhar mere saath rehonge phir? This is not fair jaan ab tho hume saath mein kithna kuch karna hai..tumhare bina mummi papa o main akele kaise manaunga aur phir hamari chotti family ka kya jiskeliye humne saath sapna dekh tha..bolo jaan..bolona..
Seeing ramans condition, standing outside the ICU four pair of eyes starts to get teary..its mr.and mrs. bhalla who comes to the hospital knowing the truth...and Mihika were crying keeping her head on mihirs shoulder...
Inside the ICU raman still trying to take ishita back to her conscious.
Raman: tujhe patha hai jan..mumma papa na ab sab kuch janthe hai..un logo ko patha chalgeya hai ki hum dono pathi pathni hai..agar ab tum aise hi lete rehegi tho main tumhari sasural pe kisko leke jaunga..tum kaho tho main kisi aur se shaadi karlun?
When he said that he felt her hold on his hand is tightening..getting the positive reaction he understood hei jkr will not leave him if he tell about any other girl..he smiled a bit and again said..
Raman: hmm..legtha hai tum chahthi ho ki main kisi sur se shaadi karlu..haina? tho teek hai waise tho main apni jaan ki har baath maantha hun, tho yeh bhi maan lunga..
Her hold on him again tightened and she starts to open her eyes slowly..ramans eyes got again teary in happiness seeing her..Without saying anything further he called the doctor through the nurse..
The doctor checked her full and said..
" it's a miracle mr.bhalla I think she will get fine slowly"
Raman: really doctor meri ishita teek ho jayegi..
Doctor: yah lekin you have to keep patience abhi sirf aapki baatho se react kiya hai..but isse abhi poori tharah medicine se bhi react karna hoga..i am sure aapki baatho se ishita affect hua hai tho ab jaldi yeh medicine se bhi affect ho jayegi..
Raman: thank you so much doctor..can I sat beside her for some time..
Doctor: sorry mr,bhalla ICU mein hum aapko aur time allow nahi kar saktha..but din't worry 1 khante mein hum ishita ko room mein shift karlenge..
Raman: ji thank you
When raman comes out from the Icu all were looked at him asking about ishitas condition..he said them that ishita is getting better but not fully..
Raman see mr andmrs bhalla and went to them..
Raman: I know aap logo ke man mein bohot sa sawal honge lekin un sabka jawab main abhi nahi dunga..bas ishita ko teek ho jane do main aap logo ko sab kuch batha dunga I promise..
Mr.and mrs bhalla didn't said anything but silently sat at the chair..
After about 1 hour the doctor shift ishita to a room and informed raman about it..
Raman was sitting inside her caressing her hair while ishita was still unconscious..he was eagerly waiting for ishita to get conscious and between this he was continuously talking to her about anything..
Raman: kithna soyegi yaar tu? Aise soyegi tho mottu hojayegi meri jan..aur main tumhe utta bhi nahi ppaunga..mera kamar ka tho band baj jayega..
Ishita: tho..ma..in..balm..le..ga dungi..she replied to him in a week voice
Hearing her voice he gets surprised and looked at her..Through he was behaving and talking to her like he is strong but the moment he hear her voice he lost his all control and hugged her tight almost clinging to her..

Raman: thank god ki tum teek ho..patha hai main kithna dar geya ha..mar jatha main tumhare bina..
Ishita: shh..shh.. main teek hun baba..she said caressing his hair..
Raman: agar agli baar aisa kuch kiya na tho kheech k eek thappa marungi main tumhe..kisne kahan tha tujhe goli ke saamne ane keliye..
Ishita: tho..k..ya main aapko goli legne dethi..
Raman: detha tho kya hotha..
Ishita: main sach mein mar jatha raman...
Raman: stop..Saying he pressed his lips on her in a jiffy making ishita shocked..
Feeling her like after a long year he chewed her lips ever sweetly..through it smells medicine but the feeling he having now was more than anything..
Realizing it's an hospital ishita tried to make him part but he said huskily..
Raman: stay..let me feel you...ishita stopped and wrapped her hands fully around him..
After getting satisfied raman closed his eyes placing his head on her chest without hearting her and give a soft kiss on her wond..
Feeling relaxed she whisperd.."ab yeh chott bilkul teek hojayega"
And both laid hugging each other while all the family members watched them with happy tears in their eyes through the glass door...
