SHOT #1

"Di, are you sure.. Is it the construction site?" He asked through the Bluetooth head set and looked outside window of his car.

"Yes Arnav.. I know, the location isn't what you expected but the factories will build up there. You just go and talked with the supervisor, he will explain you everything." Anjali replied over the phone.

"Fine." saying this, he hang up the call and left for his destination.

Using the Google map, he finally reached at the construction site. "Hello sir..!" The supervisor greeted with him,Arnav shook hand with him and they headed to the small office located there.

The supervisor explained Arnav about the factories when they walked out from the office. "... And sir, the best part is.. The people over here.. They are super excited about this factory. Many people over here are jobless and these factories are the hope for them."

"But do you think this is the best plot?" Arnav asked thoughtful. "I mean.. Yes..! If di and dad finalized it then no doubt about that.." He cleared.

"Sir, you don't worry about that. See..! We need an isolated place and this one is perfect in every way." The supervisor assured. Arnav shook his head and walked towards the river while dialing Anjali's number.

Arnav was talking on the phone when his eyes fall on the bridge, he saw a girl was standing on the railing of the bridge, she looked down crying. Arnav looked on confuse and he hang up the call making some excuses. He checked out the girl who was in her bridal dress, Arnav looked around to find people to could save her but before he could take any step, he saw the girl jumped into the river.

"Oh shit..!" Seeing her getting drowned into water, he also jumped. Arnav reached to her as fast as he could and before she drowned completely, he held her hand and pulled her towards him. She landed on his chest fainted, he brought her from deep water and then lifted her in his arms. He made her lay on the sand and patted on her cheek. "Hey..! Hello." But didn't get any response from her.

Meanwhile seeing Arnav into the water, the workers ran to there. "Someone call the doctor immediately." He shouted and rubbed her hands to brought her in sense. He checked her breath by keeping his finger near to her nose. "Thank god, she is alive."

"Doctor is coming sir but he asked to pump out the water from her body." One of the worker said.

Arnav looked at her, he hesitated to pump her chest, Arnav shrugged off the thoughts and then he pumped her belly with a force when she coughed and water came out through her mouth. "Hey..?" He again patted her cheek to brought her in sense.

She coughed few more times and water came out of her mouth, she slowly opened her eyes and her vision gets cleared. "Are you fine?" Arnav asked. "Have you gone mad? Who jumped off from the bridge?" He shouted at her.

"You.. You don't know anything." She stammered and trembling in cold.

"Okay.. Right now, come inside. Doctor is coming." Arnav said while helping her to get up but she refused saying, "I don't need any doctor. I should go."

"Listen girl, I don't know what's bothering you but right now you need to be treated so stop creating dramas and come with me." Arnav strictly said holding her hand but she didn't show any movement.

"You won't listen to me. Right?" He sarcastically asked and not getting any response from her, he said, "Fine..!" Arnav gets up and lifted her in his arms making her shock.

"What.. What are you doing? Leave.. Leave me..!" She struggled into his arms but Arnav tightened his fist saying, "Sssh.. I guess, you aren't strong than me. So, stop wasting your energy on me."

Arnav made her lay on the sofa and warned her, "Be quiet and seat here. Doctor is coming."

"Why did you save me?" She cried.

Arnav didn't reply to her as the doctor walked in, he examined her and took leave. Arnav took seat near to the sofa, he saw her sitting lost. "May I know your name?"

She looked at him with no emotion, "Khushi.. Khushi Kumari Gupta."

"Khushi.. I don't know what happened with you.. What problem you faced but you know one thing. There's no such problem which haven't any solution. Every people faces big or small problem in their daily life but that doesn't mean they should end their life."

"It's easy for you to say all these because you don't know anything about me." As Khushi said, Arnav showed some curiosity about her, "My bauji is very respected man in our area but now.. For me..! He can't walk anymore with his head high, I.. I ruined his reputation."

"Means?"

"My bauji wanted me to get married to his friend's son but... But I love someone else. And that's why I eloped from my own house to get married with the man I love. Everything was going normal, as we planned we met at the temple but suddenly he.. He refused to marry me." She cried.

"What?" Arnav exclaimed in shock, "You both love each other. Right? Then?"

"I don't know. He got a call and left from there leaving me there. I escaped from my house, being dependent on him but when he ditched me. I lost mind, I haven't anywhere to go and so I..."

Arnav let her cry, he offered her the glass of water, "I know, you did wrong but whatever you had done, it was for your love. You hadn't any idea that he would reject you then why are you punishing yourself..? You should thank God that you got to see his true color before the wedding. He don't deserve you Khushi then why are you wasting your tears on such person?"

"You don't know my family, my bauji will kill me if I go back."

"Khushi.. They're your parents. They brought you in this world. Do you really think they can do it? You're silly." He chuckled slightly hitting on her head. "Now stop crying." He said wiping her tears. "Let's go..! I will talk with your parents. I am sure, when they get to know what their daughter tried to do, they will forget all their anger and accept you again."

"It's not easy."

"Let it be on me. You just cheer up." He said showing a smile, "By the way, you must be hungry."

Khushi looked at him and said, "Thank you."

"For what?"

"To save my life."

"Khushi, if anyone would be at your place, I would do the same. So, don't thank me." Khushi smiled on his reply.

"Your name?"

"Arnav.. Arnav Singh Raizada." Khushi nodded hearing his name.

After being dry, they left from there, on their way they had lunch together and around afternoon they reached Khushi's house. As Arnav halted the car near to their gate, the neighbors walked out from there respective houses.

Arnav walked out from the car and opened the door for Khushi who nervously looked at him when he assured her and forward his hand, Khushi got out holding his hand.

Khushi and Arnav walked inside the house and she saw her family sitting there crying. "Amma?" She called.

Garima looked up at her and saw her standing, "Khushi?" She ran to her for a hug but her eyes fall on Arnav and she stopped, she looked at Khushi from top to bottom. "So, you married. With whom? He?" She asked eyeing Arnav.

"No. You're mistaken." Arnav tried to clear but Garima showed her palm saying, "I am talking with my daughter. You're an outsider so don't interfere in between us." Then she looked at Khushi asking, "Now you're satisfied.. Are you happy now? Did you get what you wanted Khushi? Didn't you think once about your bauji before taking such drastic decision? Just go.. And see.. The condition of that man." She cried.

"Amma? Bauji.. What are you talking? Where.. Where's he?" Khushi asked worried, she walked to Payal asking, "Where's bauji jiji?"

As Khushi was asking about her father when the doctor came out. "Doctor how's he?" Garima ran to him.

"See..! He has a minor heart attack but nothing to worry. Ask him to take proper rest and don't let him take any kind of stress else his health can deteriorate."

"Don't worry doctor. I will take care of my father." Khushi assured crying, "Can I meet him?"

"Sure..!" Khushi ran inside when Arnav followed her.

Khushi took seat beside her father, she took his hand in her hand saying, "I am sorry bauji. I did wrong with you. Please forgive me." She cried when Shashi opened his eyes, "Khushi?"

Khushi looked up at him and smiled, "You will be fine soon."

A tear escaped from his eyes, he looked at Arnav who was standing at the door. "Is.. Is the guy whom you love? Is he your husband?"

Khushi looked at Arnav through her corner of her eyes and recalled doctor's words, she replied with her closed eyes, "Yes. He's my husband." Arnav looked on shock.

Very interesting. Arnav saved her and now she tells that he is her husband what if he is already married. Tell such a lie should shock the father more than telling himthe truth that she did not get married. Continue soon.

Lol arnav must be thinking what he got himself into... So miss khushi try to kill herself bcuz her so called lover ditched her so sad but as arnav said she should be glad she saw his true face b4 she marry him. Fantastic update.
