Ramans phone buzzed ,he saw the number and asked to ishita ," sasu ma se baat karni hai ".
Ishita nodded .
He received the call" hello ma ,pairi pauna ,kaisi hain aap ."
T- jiunda rah puttar ,I m good ,you tell how r you ,what are you doing now .
R- I m good ,going to look some appts ,the after finalizing appt will go to buy some stuffs for house .
T- ohh ,mera puttar you have to do somuch alone ,I don't know why you applied so far .
R- oh ho ma you again started talking about same thing ,its my job .waise bhi I m not alone, your DIL is with me .
T- DIL who DIL , kal hi Teri mangni hui hai ishita ke saath and you roaming with don't know which girl ,is it the same girl who called me in morning .sun Raman ,I didn't like that girl a bit ,I m warning you I have chosed Ishita for you and she will be the one who will be my DIL ,if you ...
Raman didn't let her complete as and spoke " arey meri ma ,at least listen to me for once ,sun to lijiye ki kaun bahu.

Saying so he passed the phone to Ishita ,she took the phone from him and spoke " mummyji namaste ,main ishita ".
T(confused)- Ishita ,Ishita tu wahan Raman ke saath kya kar rahi hai ,did your parents know that you are with Raman .
I- no mummyji ,actually Raman ji has joined as professor in my college itself .
T-( excited)- kya sach bol rahi hai tu ,Raman is your professor .
I- yeah mummyji he is my professor, he teaches us financial management.
T- now I relieved ,puttar now its your duty to take care of your would be husband .you know i n morning one girl..
Ishita smiled fully and told " yeah mummyji I know ,she is my friend .
T(surprised)- then also you let her call here.
I- yes mummyji .
Saying so Ishita narrated all the happenings of the day and the ladies dou laughed aloud while Raman too smiled witnessing the how much he is important for both of them .He was just admiring ishita and thinking how their life just changed in a day ,till yesterday they didn't had met each other ever ,just has listened their name and chosed each other looking to their pictures but today ,they have become such an important part of life ,the most precious thing ,the most prized possession for her that she is behaving so possessive about him .
He was lost in his thoughts while Toshiji was giving ishita tip to save Raman from other girls and also that ishita should keep Raman under her control ,then she told her to choose a nice house for them, buy best furniture and stuffs for house ,atkast Toshiji told ishita to buy something for her too as a gift from her MIL.At first Ishita denied but after toshiji instance she agreed .Toshiji then told Raman also to take good care if ishita ,she then told him to buy something nice for ishita,he agreed and then hunged the call .
Till they complete their call ,they reached the appts .They saw two three appts in same area ,which was not so far and not so near from their college .Ishita liked the last one , they gave money for same and came out from the house .Raman looked at his watch and asked " ishita at what time the malls of pune closes ".
I- about 9.30 or 10.00 I don't know because I have never been out at these late hours ,why are you asking.
R- because its already 9.15 and we have just selected the house and we are yet to have our dinner along with all the shopping .
I- haan its getting late na ,aapne ghar mein bed bhi nahi now where will you sleep .
She spoke innocently, he smiled and spoke " arey buddhu waise bhi I was not going to sleep here ,I think you forget I had stayed in hotel ."
I( smacking her head )- ohh silly me .so if you have place to sleep then we can do shopping tomorrow.
R- that's a nice idea ,so can we return .
I( with puppy face)- you will drop me to hostel .
R- yeah will drop you to hostel and then I will also go and rest .
I( murmuring)- he is going to drop me ,I m so hungry ,khana bhi nahi khilaya ,kanjoos .
She was murmuring audiable to her only ,Raman saw her and asked " did you say something .
I( shooking her head negatively)- nahi to ,I didn't told anything .
R- ishita where we can get nice non veg food over here .
I( making faces )- non veg ,I m pure vegetarian.
R- ohh ,but I m asking for myself .
I- ( murmuring again )- here I m dying out of hunger and he is bothered about himself ,mihika is right all the boys are same .
R- and veg ,which is the best restaurant over here .
I(making a dirty face )- hoga koi ,I told you na we are not allowed to go out after 7.00 so I don't know much about restaurant over here .
R- ohh ,then I think we should go to my hotel itself ,we will have our dinner there itself and then I will drop you to your hostel .
I- hotel no no ,I will not come to your hotel room .
R( calmly )- why don't you trust me .
I- no no nothing like that ,I m sorry if you felt like but you know if somebody we see me there ,they will talk bad .They will think ...
R- I got you ,then where we can eat .
I- a nice restaurant is near by .,we can have our dinner there .
Raman told driver to take them to the restaurant. They got down from the car and went inside .Both of them settled in the table and ordered their food .Till now they were ok talking random things ,but now as they got some time to talk about themselves non of them getting words to talk .Both were silent looking here and there as if admiring the restaurant. Ishita was pretending to be busy in reading menu card when she heard him ," Ishita are you going to write these in exams ".
I( confused )- nahi to
R- then why are you reading this so seriously as if you have to give exam for it .
I- nothing like that ,I was just reading it .
R- we need to talk .
I(nervous)- about what .
R- nothing so serious but I was just asking why didn't you tell your friends about your marraige .I think you should tell this to your friends .
I- not needed ,I m not going to tell anything to anyone .
R- any particular reason .
I- nothing serious ,its just all of us belong to modern family ,most of my friends wanted to go out for further studies or to concentrate on their carrier .
R- you mean to say that non of your friends want to marry .
I- exactly ,all want to establish themselves in their carrier then they will focus on marraige and if I will tell about my engagement and marraige they all will tease me like anything .
R- don't you have any goal in your life .
I- why not ,I want to be CEO of a big MNC .
R- then this marraige .
I- I can't deny my parents ,they showed me your picture randomly ,didn't told that your pic was for me ,I thought its for my cousin so I chose your pic ,yesterday itself they told me that you people were coming to see me .
R- aren't you happy with this marraige .
I- I m not sad either .its a normal procedure of our society which we can't deny .After a certain age of girls their parents start to see alliance for their daughter .I think I m lucky that my marraige got fix without troubling my parents ,its also a big thing .you know in our society if a girl marry in her right age ,to a nice boy with her parents consent ,it is considered as the biggest duty of a girl.
R- that's a great thought ,I liked it .then where about your dreams .
I- you look like a nice person and as you yourself is a professor I don't think you will stop me to continue my studies .will you .
R- never ,you can study as much as you want ,I will be happy .
I- dekha problem solve amma appa ki tension bhi katam ho gayi aur meri studies aur sapne bhi poore ho jaayenge .
R- you mean to say that you are your parents tension.
I- nahi who told you ,they love me very much .
R- you told like that .
I- uff I told meri marraige ki tension not me ,aap jyada socho mat .buddhu .
She cursed him under her breath while he smiled looking to her .Soon their order arrive ,ishita served the food ,they started having their dinner .They completed their dinner and went from there ,it was about 10.00 ,their car were driving towards her hostel where as she don't want to go soon.They were still about 3-4 kms away from her hostel when she told " aap abhi jaaoge aur so jaaoge ".
Raman looked at the time and spoke " no not so soon ,I have to go through the sllybus so that I can set papers for coming exams ,waise why are you asking that ."
I- like that only ,achcha when will you shift to new house .
R- this Sunday itself .
I- can I come to your house .
R- why are you asking this ,tgsts your house too .I told you na ,you have to arrange it .
I- can I ask you something .
R- bolo .
I- are you happy with this marraige.
R- I m ok ok.
I- bas ok ok ,m I not beautiful.
R- I didn't told that .
I- but you told that ok ok .
R- because we are still strangers ,I like you but you know professors are bit bore type people ,so m I .i can't tell lie ,I want my wife to be beautiful inside out ,and till now I can say that you are beautiful but yet to know you fully .
Ishita made a sad face listening to him ,she didn't talked further and leaned on the seat closing her eyes .Raman too looked outside without disturbing her ,soon they reached her hostel ,he told " ishita we reached ".
She didn't responded, he noticed that she has slept ,he called her again ,a Lil loud " ishita we reached your hostel ".
She woke in a jerk ,he told her to relax .
I(rubbing her eyes )- haan boliye raman .
R- tumhara hostel aa gaya .
Ishita got up ,she came out of the car and was going then she turned to him and spoke " good night Raman ".
R- good night .
she took a step when he called and spoke " ishita take care of yourself ".
She nodded like obedient kid ,then spoke " you too take care of yourself ".
R- meet you in morning .
She came back to him and asked " are you actually not happy with this marraige ".
Raman smiled listening to her and spoke " I didn't told that baba ,I m happy."
I- sachchi boliye.
R- haan baba sachchi .
She smiled fully and turned happily to leave but came back and pecked on his cheek and ran away from there .
