Recap: As most of you know, so far, Priya (Dr Sharma) and Ram (RK, Mr Kapoor) have crushes on each other, but both are unaware. Through a family route, a proposal has come for Ram and Priya to get married, and Priya realizing that Ram is same guy she has a crush and Ram, priya being the "flat tire girl". Both have decided to get married, but convey that they are getting married becoz of family.
During the first "arranged date" by family, after dinner, Priya and Ram go to a park. Priya sprains her ankle and Ram helps her to the doc and back home. Priya cannot control her feelings and gratitude towards Ram and takes a bold first move. While thanking Ram,
Priya: I had a great time with you as well. And I share the same feelings.. I said yes to you for parents...but now I am glad too. I have the utmost respect esp after today. To help me and staying with me all through out... Thanks... Her eyes are moist... She wants to hug him and thank him... but instead she holds his hand... and pulls it toward her and kisses his hand...
Ram is delighted but a little confused... at what Priya has done... He wants to respond to this... But they are at Sharma's house already...Hears Shipra Aunty's voice...
Shipra has kept the door open, waiting eagerly for Priya to return. She was not expecting Ram to come up... So...
Shipra: Priya... Priya... Kaisa tha, Shaadi kar rahi hain tu Ram se.. Ya tu hamesha ki tarh koi bahana doondogi... Shipra's usual Style.
Ram standing at the door, with Priya using the crutches to stand up.. with Ram helping her...
Priya: Maa.. Maa... Pehle dekha to karo... Ki kaun hain
Sudhir: Shipra.. ek minute rukho... Priya... Ram...Aap... Priya yeh kya hua?
Shipra: Priya ko kya huan hain, or Ram yahan?????... That is when Shipra sees Priya has crutches and Ram is helping her. Shipra gets very worried... Goes over board. Priya yeh tumhe kya hua hain? Kaise hua? Haddi tuti hain kya? Ram beta, thank you for helping...
Ram: Aunty, Uncle, Priya ko kuch nahi hua hain. She has an ankle sprain. Hum log doctor ke paas gaye the. Everything is ok. Kuch din ki aaram.
Sudhir: Thanks Beta. I am glad you were there. Please sit down. ... Kuch laon tere liye? Par hua kaise, tum log tho dinner pe gaye the?
Meanwhile, Shipra has gone in, has got some water, also making some chai. Anxiously looks at Priya's leg and sits by her to ask her details about the incident. Meanwhile, Ram starts to account the story, leaving all the details about the relationship/marriage
Ram: Aunty, Uncle, After dinner, we felt very full, decided to take a walk. Priya tripped and injured her ankle. I drove us to the doctor, and her friend, who was that Priya? I don't remember, Ram casually asked Priya, as though they have known each other for ages, and Priya replied in the same manner to Ram, Deepthi, and Ram continued. Ya, Deepthi, helped us out at the hospital. She suggested that Priya does not bear weight for a few days, and get some rest. Otherwise no other issues.
Shipra and Sudhir are happy that the injury is not bad, and glad that Priya is ok. But one thing that surprised them is how easily both of them were conversing with each other. Both of them are curious. Shipra sitting next to Priya, almost nudging her... and asking in gestures about Ram. Priya does not respond to any of Shipra's gestures. To lighten the mood, Sudhir steps in
Sudhir: Where did you guys go for dinner?
In between all these questions, Ram is not able to forget what Priya did just before they reached Sharma's house. He wants to talk to Priya... to reciprocate... and looks in her direction, hoping to catch her attention... Priya briefly looks at him... raising eyebrows with a smile... Sudhir repeats the question...Ram turns around ...
Ram: Uncle, aapne kuch pucha? ... Dinner pe... We went to a mall, koi Orion mall. Had food at Rajdhani. Food was good.
Sudhir notices Ram looking at Priya... and realizes, something happened between the two.. Maybe later. Shipra continues...
Shipra: Accha. Nice food there. What did you like the most?
Ram: He had not paid that much attention to food, but he remembered all the items in general was good. All his attention was on Priya during that meeting. But he has to pick something... thinks for a second or two... and answers Dahi Wada was very good.
Shipra as usual wanted to continue about the food, but Sudhir interrupts
Sudhir: Beta, when are you heading back to Mumbai?
Ram: Uncle, who kal subah 10:30 AM. Ek meeting hain, subah uske baad.. I am going back. Uncle I think it is getting late, I should get back to the hotel.
Sudhir: Ram, ek minute main aata hoon. Shipra idhar aana.. Shipra looking quizzically at Sudhir, reluctantly goes upsairs with Sudhir...
While both of them go upstairs, Ram finally gets an opportunity to talk to Priya alone.. Waiting for it... Gets up and sits next to her... Priya loves it...
Ram: Priya, are you feeling ok? Is pain better? Can I get you anything? Are the only things that comes out of his mouth... Priya on hearing this is disappointed... thinking, maybe he is only doing this for his family as he said before. He does not share the same feelings that I have for him... But why did he say otherwise, why did I get the vibe that he likes me ... Before she could finish her thought, Ram kisses her forehead...
