This chapter indeed was enlightening. Dr. Shah was the man in the prologue and it seems he is going to have a long way to go.

Poor manik got parents like malhotras heartless peoples
So dr.shah is only one na in prologue
Waiting for how dr.shah is going to handle manik case and manik off course
