Chapter - 50
A bunch of weird looking guys spread around them eyeing them evily. They were shocked to understand that they were able to see them when they had clearly cast a shield around them that make them invisible.
"These are Demonio men and they can see us. our shields are broken on this floor there is some magic around that don't let anyone to be invisible so we are easily seen"Asad explained while taking position to fight
No one had the time to be even shock as Demonio men attacked them. They all fought them back.
"it is difficult to kill them"Rishab exclaimed as their attempts to kill them failed
"then concentrate and fight with these monsters together"Madhu said while punching a man on his neck
They all stood together and combining their power attacked on their hunters killing them.
Sighing in relief they started their journey again. They protected themselves from many traps till fifth floor where they entered in a maze. There were lot of ways and they couldn't figure out which one was the righteous. Everyone was suggesting their own way when they noticed Rishab was not there.
"where is Rishab?"Khushi asked
Everyone looked at each other. They were confused and scared.
"let's go back"Said Madhu, her love for her husband kicked in
"no Madhu we can't be emotional we can't go back." Arnav remind her of their mission
"Asad you see what actually happened? where he is?" Arnav turned towards Asad
Asad noded and closed his eyes.
"he was trapped on this floor only and we just can't go back we need to move forward" Asad said after opening his eyes he emphasised the last line looking at Madhu because how much they want there is no turning point
"but why? We should go back"Madhu said worriedly
" look Madhu if we will go back maybe we will be trapped too as a result neither we will be able to save Rishab nor ourselves" Khushi tried to make her understand that if they will go they will be trapped
Madhu sighed and noded understanding the gravity of situation but fear for Rishab never leave her heart.
Asad Zoya, Khushi Arnav and Madhu walked on sixth floor after saving themselves from the series of dangers on the fifth floor. As soon they placed their first step on the sixth floor a disturbance in walls was created which causes disturbance in their minds as a result they loses their concentration and fall into trap. Madhu and Khushi both were seperated from the group and collid with a wall which trapped them and swapped on other side, taking them too.
"Khushi!"Arnav shouted extending his hand and taking a step forward but was caught by Asad who stopped him from taking more steps
"no Arnav you can't"Asad told him
Arnav sighed
"let's go" Arnav said halfheartedly with a thought to save his lady love and friends somehow
Asad looked at Zoya who looked at him with same expressions of sadness. They were falling in the traps which was not a good sign.
As they walked little more they were surrounded by traps again this time it was more strong. But holding eachother hand they were saved. Arnav walked absentmindely yet was very smartly saved by dangers with the help of Asad and Zoya who were getting worried now.
Arnav had never been away from Khushi. They had been together through thick or thin. Arnav resolution or he himself was never as strong as Khushi made him with her presence but without her he was nothing. He went through a lot of trauma after his parents death it was Khushi's friendship that brought him back and attracted him towards her. In orphanage he was a lonely person, a silent boy, but when he met Khushi, she brought him back to a jovial person. And today during their huge fight for world and good they were seperated in half way and Arnav was feeling guilty of not being with her, of not saving her. Now he was worried what if he couldn't save her though save the world? He was nothing without her, he thought.
Asad and Zoya knew from what Arnav is going through and Zoya could clearly read his mind so she was worried the most which worried Asad too as he knew Zoya doesn't get worried without reason and it was not the time to ask her anything because they can lose the control and can be trapped.
At 8th floor, Arnav was exhausted, phsically and mentally as much time was passing his worry was growing more and more for Khushi safety and Rishab and Madhu who were also captured. Zoya looked at Asad with worry, this was not right sign, all of their concentration was needed which they were not able to get due to Arnav trauma and Khushi, Rishab and Madhu safety. Though they were getting near to success but in all this they didn't knew where their imprisoned friends are? What is happening with them and whether they are okay and not? Even Asad power couldn't find the answers which was scaring them to core.
As Arnav took a step forward on the marble, it disappeared making Arnav fall into the hole while Asad and Zoya looked shocked hearing Arnav scream.
They were alone now. They stood there.
Alone! The word was scaring itself.
"Asad now what will we do? Without we 6 powers we cannot do anything and now just we both are left. How will we dodge the barriers and reach Demonio?"Zoya asked worriedly
Asad looked at her. He too didn't knew any answer. Thinking for a moment he replied
"don't worry Zoya we both can do it, see Madhu and Khushi see the troubles which air can tell us and about Rishab shield and Arnav healing power we have only one way to do the best of our fighting skills and kill the troubles avoiding every type of wounds. Also you can read mind and know who is around us hmm?" Asad looked at her giving her hope
Zoya noded but then asked again
"but Asad, Arnav, Khushi, Rishab and Madhu are in Demonio possession even if we reach to him how will we fight with him?"
Asad looked at Zoya thoughtfully. Zoya was right, to kill Demonio they have to get their friends back
"but what should we do? We don't even know where they are? Maybe they are on 10th floor with Demonio only"Asad looked at her
Zoya became silent and looked down. Asad was right too they cannot do anything and this helplessness was troubling them most. Zoya looked at Asad and said
"should we jump in that same hole where Arnav fall? Then we will be able to help them"
Asad looked at Zoya shocked. He couldn't believe she was saying that. He cupped her face
" Zoya... Don't worry am with you and if we do as you are saying we will be trapped too so for now we need to go to Demonio and Zoya..." Asad started softly
Zoya looked at Asad
"am with you we can fight it"Asad side hugged Zoya
