Paternity Leave for dads - Page 2

Maternity leave here is 2 months, but just 2days as paternity leave is too short 😭

My husbands work gave him 3 weeks for both of my kids. Most companies are doing it in the US.

I totally agree that father do need Paternity leave, infact, many companies have started giving one. My husband got paternity leave during my post partum days. I think it is very helpful to have father to help you out right after having baby. Woman goes through labor and lot of hormone changes and imotional and physical truma going on ..during this time it is very important to have your husband near you to help you out. Also, father need time to enjoy his baby and bond with him/her.
