Hi friends I m back with another part ,here's the next update .
Part 19
All of then walked to dinning hall ,all sat there and started having their dinner .Ishita started the conversation.
I- papaji ,can I ask something .
Mr bhalla - yeah ask what ever you want .
I- actually I want to ask something related to case ,can you please tell me what accusation he actually has put on you .
Mr bhalla - He has put very dirty allegation on us .He has filed a case of cheating on us stating that I had taken money from him and promised to marry my son with his daughter but after taking money I broke the marriage and married my son to other girl .Now he also want his money back .
I- papaji did you actually took money from him .
Mr bhalla - yeah ,but not as dowry he has invested in my business .
I- how much amount .
Mr bhalla - its around 200 crores .
I- look papaji ,he has given us money and as a invester he has full right to pull his hands and can demand his money back.
Mr bhalla - but I had already spend almost half of the money .
I- just tell me when we will be able to return his money ,I will ask time grace from the court .
Mr bhalla - beta its business I can only return his money when I will complete my contracts of Mr subramaniam .
I( thinking )- papaji are you talking about Mr venkat subramaniam business tycoon of chennei .
Me bhalla - yeah ,I m talking about him only ,we already had our business spread in north this time I thought to work on other parts of country ,Mr subramaniam is well known business man of south so we talked to him and he was pretty impressed with us and given us a huge contract for which I have taken money from Mr Aurora but now he is asking money and this project is delaying .
I- papaji tell me how much extra time you want .
Mr bhalla - arleadt one month more .
I- ok let me try .
Saying so she took her phone and dialled the number of Mr subramaniam. She talked to him and took one month extra for completing the project .All were surprised including Raman ,he looked at her and asked surprised " madrasan how do you know Mr subramaniam ".
I- he is my client in chennei ,actually once he was stuck with a case like this only and I fought his case from then itself he knows me very well and also he had told me that if I need any help from him he will definitely help.me .
R- that's great ishita ,you are actually a nice lawyer .
I- then what do you thought .
R- I thought you were just scaring me .
I- and you were scared .
R- but I trapped you ,ah I was so relieved when I married you but yo my bad luck I started loving you .
Toshiji twisted his ears and scolded him " ek to bahut achcha kaam kiya ,bichari bachchi ko dhokha dekar shadi ki ,and you are feeling proud of your deed ".
R- ( wincing in pain )- ah ma chodo na it's paining .
Ishita smirked looking to him ,he gave her a deadly glare and said " ma I m sure this ishita knows some black magic ."
T- chup hamesha faaltoo bakwaas .
R- no ma I m sure ,see first I wanted to take revenge from her but instead I fell for her and now I m your own son but now you people are loving her more than me .
All smiled listening to him while ishita glared him with angry pout .They were done with their dinner ,today after talking to ishita Mr bhalla was looking little relieved ,toshiji thanked ishita a lot for her help .
I- ma you don't consider me as your daughter bas bolte ho maante nahi ho .
T- no puttar ,why are you saying like this .
I- because you are thanking me ,isn't my house .
T- achcha baba I m very sorry .
I- ab sorry .
Toshiji was about to speak something ,but she stopped in mid ,she kissed ishitas forehead abd spoke " haan baba ,ye ghar bhi tera ,Raman bhi tera hum bhi tere ab khus ."
Ishita nodded happily and walked yo her room ,Raman was waiting for her.He opened his arms for her ,she happily engulfed herself in his arms ,he make her sit in front if her and hugged her from behind .He kept his cheek on her shoulder and spoke " thankyou somuch ishita for coming into my life ."
I( making faces )- Why every body is thanking me ,should I thankyou all for accepting me as your family member ,should I thank papaji for bringing me to this house when he never knew me ,should I thank mummyji for taking care of me ,should I thankyou for loving me somuch .
R( smiling fully )- achcha baba sorry aaj me baad kabhi thanks nahi boloonga meri ma .ab shaant ho jaa ,now rest for a while you must be tired .
I- no Raman I have to study the case file as day after tomorrow is date .Oh I forget ,you be here I will bring fikr from papaji .
R- no you are not going anywhere ,you rest I will be go and bring it .
ishita nodded ,Raman got up and opened the door only to find Mr bhalla coming towards their room with the case file ,he forwarded it to Raman ,he took the file and went back to room .Ishita was studying the file and Raman was doing his work .It was almost mid night ,Raman was done with his work ,he looked at ishita and found her yawning ,he walked to her and spoke " Ishita now you are stressing yourself please sleep you can study it tomm.also ."
I- no Raman I m making a note of their fault ,its completed just will take some hours .
R- ok.
Saying so he sat beside her and started admiring her ,ishita looked at him and asked " Raman you go and rest I will join you ."
R- how can I rest when my both jaans are doing work .
I(narrowing her eyebrows )- both jaans?
one is me who else .
R- (touching her tummy )- my chotu jaan ,along you ,you are troubling my little jaan also .
I(closing the file )- achcha baba coming ,waise you will not let me work any more .
R( winking )- dekha aana padha na .
I- wahi to ,Raman sometimes I just wonder .
R- what .
I- that after our baby's birth how I will manage two babies .
R- two babies ,are we having twins .
I(pinching his nose )- no baba ,one this little one and another this big one .
R- you take care of me and I will take care of you two .
I- achcha ji .
R- humm.
Ishita layed beside him ,he snaked around her and held her protectively .She closed her eyes to catch some sleep but next moment she felt him kissing on her forehead ,she smiled without opening her eyes ,then he kissed her tummy and spoke " I love you both ."
I( still closing her eyes)- I love you too.
They talked Randomly for a while and then slept in each others embrace .Next day passed in preparing for the case and now the day of hearing has come .
Toshiji fed curd to all of then for good luck ,ishita took blessing from her in laws ,she also went to take Raman's blessing but he hugged her tight and spoke " I.m always there with you ."
All of them then went to court .They all reached on time .The hearing started ,the Arora's lawyer kept his case in front of court .Mr Arora was sitting there with a devilish smile as he was quite confident that he will surely win the case because bhallas don't have any lawyer .After aroras lawyer the judge asked for bhallas lawyer ,Mr Arora smirked listening to this ,but all the colours of his face feded when ishita stood from bhallas side .She went to judge and forwarded her docs to him ,after checking her docs ,he nodded that she can proceed .She started speaking .
I- My lord ,this whole case and all allegation which are pit on bhallas are false ,I can even say that this whole case is a false case .
Aroras lawyer- I object my lord .
J- let her complete .
I- thank you my lord ,sir this all case is a messed up case ,nothing is clear in this case .
J- you please come to point and make the court understand what are you saying .
I- sir looking to the case i can just say that my lawyer friend has not done his work properly .
J- please explain .
I- sir they have put an allegation of Mr bhalla that he has cheated Mr Arora ,I want my lawyer friend to explain how Mr bhalla has cheated Mr Arora .
AL- Mr bhalla took money from Mr arora and promised him to marry his son with Mr aroras daughter but after taking money he backed off as he got some other girl who is more rich that Anita ,Mr aroras daughter .
After he completed ishita got up and spoke " thankyou somuch ,now I will explain why this case is fake .First of all this is not any case ,as Mr bhallas has taken money from Mr Arora to invest in his business and he has all the legal docs for it ( she forwarded the docs to judge ,he saw it and nodded).
I( continued)- next in our society taking money for some marriage from girls father is called dowry which is a family matter ,so if you are filing a family case you should file this in family court not civil one and last buy not least ,your last allegation that Mr bhalla has married his son to another girl who us more rich than Mr arora is sheer rubish .
AL- I object my lord ,how can she say that ,did she have any proof .
Ishita smiled and said " I told you na you have not done your homework properly .
AL - what do you mean .
I- sir Mr arora and his lawyer were so confident about their victory that they never bothered to know about Mr bhallas DIL .
AL- why we should know about her ,we are good peoples we don't peep in others home .
I- but if you dragging her in this case ,you should know her ya main ye kahoon ki aap logo he zaroorat hi nahi samjhi ,kyuki you people had already paid all the famous lawyer against Mr bhalla and as he don't have Anu lawyer you were too confident .
AL- why you are talking somuch ,if you have some proof then prove it .
J- yes If you have some proof then show it .
I- your honour ,I myself is evidence and proof .
J- what do you mean by that .
I- sir I m ishita Raman Kumar bhalla ,wife of Mr Raman Kumar bhalla and DIL of Mr On prakash bhalla ,I m a simple middle class girl ,my father is a retd central govt employee .Sir this proves that bhallas were never greedy about money ,the fault is that Mr bhalla has fixed Raman's married without asking him and he married me because he fell in love with me .Sir just this was the matter and Mr Arora has taken this as challenge and filed this case .
AL- but now my client want his money back but they are not giving .
I- Sir the money was given for business and it has been invested in it ,I want some times for Mr bhalla ,he will give all the money to Mr arora .
After listening to this ,the judge found ishitas arguements true and gave his decision in favour of Bhallas ,now Mr bhalla was free with all the allegations instead Mr arora has been fined for wasting the time of court .Ishita sat on her seat happily ,while Raman came to her and hugged her tightly .Mr and Mrs bhalla also walked to ishra ,Raman saw them and opened his arms for them ,all shared a family hug happily .
