Ishita was getting ready for the day while her amma was busy in making hot steaming idlis in breakfast .she was serving it to appa when ishita came from back and hugged amma tight.
Ishita- u know what,u r the best amma in the world .u made such yummy breakfast for me everyday.I love u alot amma.

Appa- ohho madhu ,tum bhi kya inn sab bakwaas baaton pe yakeen karti ho,yahan dur dur tak koi Punjabi nahi hai toh ishu kaise kisi Punjabi se shaadi lar sakti hai.just relax.u r just over thinking. Saying so he went to his room to get his belongings to go to his job.he works in income tax department.
All went leaving amma alone.she was thinking and said to herself- no I can't sit idle,I have to get her married before she choose any Punjabi for herself. Thinking so she started searching a suitable tamilian boy for ishita.
Ishita entered the hospital and went to the record department to get records of pateint in room no.134.she picked his file and saw his name wasn't there.
She was confused and went to her senior doctor.
Ishita- sir ,why no name is written here.
Dr- coz noone knows who is he.u remember u guys brought him here when u were coming back from ur college trip.and after that he never said a word.
Ishita- oh but then who is bearing his medical expenses.
Dr- it's a charitable trust made by Mr om prakash bhalla years ago,now running by his son Raman bhalla.we receive money from them every year and many patients r being treated by that money.
Ishita- wow they r so good.we should thank them.
Dr- actually we should.but we can't as they don't live here.they live in abroad ,I have never seen Mr om prakash bhalla or his son.never talked to them also.I have only talked to their manager mihir arora.
Ishita -they r so good .doing this much for poor and helpless people.but can I ask when they live abroad then why particularly this hospital.
Dr- no nothing like this ,they do lots of charity all over the world but yes they have a special connection with this hospital.actually Mr bhalla came here many years back with his pregnant wife to visit tirupati but she fell off the stairs and doctors of this hospital delivered their child safely even after many complications.so they have a kind of connection with this place.their first child,Raman was born here.u can see there pic on the left side of the entrance, but it is 25 years old.now Raman bhalla must be 25 years old man.hope some day we can meet them.
Ishita- yes sir,me too want to meet them.such good humans.
Dr- yes they r indeed good but now go and meet ur assignment, ur pateint in room no.134.
Ishita- don't say like this sir,he also must have some name.
Dr- and u have to find it by making him talk.
Ishita- really sir,it can be happen.kya woh thik ho sakte hai.
Dr- agar koshish sachchi ho toh kuch bhi ho sakta hai.he can be OK if u give ur 100% to him.
Ishita- I will give my 125% sir.and make him OK.
Dr- that's the spirit my girl.go and win the world .I have lots of expectations from u.
Ishita- I will try to live up to it.
PDr- I don't want ur trying ,I want results .
Ishita- I will do it sir.
Dr- now that's sounds like a doctor.ek doctor hone ki sabse badi khasiyat yahi hoti hai.u have to believe in urself before anyone can believe in u.go and meet ur patient.
Ishita- ji sir,she said and went towards room no. 134.
Ishita entered the room and saw him laying on the bed lifelessly looking at nowhere.
She went to him and said- hi,Mr unknown. U know everyone calls u pateint no.134,but I will not call u like this.I will give u a nice name but before that I have to check ur heartbeat,dekhen kaise dhadkata hai.she said putting the stethoscope on his heart checking his heartbeat.
Ishita- aapka dil toh bahut tez tez dhadak raha hai.it means u r all OK.just u need some push to be OK.and I am here with u to help u at every stage but first of all,I have to do some needful.like I have to check ur ur heart beat ,ur BP,every movement in ur body.and one more thing u have to participate equally with me in everything, I can't do everything alone,aapki madad chahiye hogi mujhe.I know u r feeling here alone asur family is not here but don't worry aaj se main hi aapki family hoon ,aapka pura khayal rakhungi aur bahut jald aapko aapki family se milaungi.OK.she blinked her eyes smiling while he was just looking at her without any expression.
Ishita- did I forget anything,oh yes I forget to introduce myself.I am ur new doctor,Dr ishita iyer.I will help u to become alright,and for that u have to get a sound sleep first and for that u have to close ur eyes.so be a good boy and close ur eyes and sleep.she said closing his eyes.
She remove her hand and his open his eyes again.she again close his eyes but he open it as soon as she removes her hand.they did it some more time then ishita give him an injection and finally he slept after half an hour.she smiled to herself and said- so Dr ishita iyer,he is ur first pateint. U have to make him fine,and I know u will make him fine coz u r the best.she said to herself and went out of the room to gather some more information about the pateint in room no. 134.
