Part 1
Roshni rues that Payal has made life hell for them. Sid asks her that she cant give up else the plan will flop. Raj too reassures Roshni. Right then Payal arrives but Mitul stops her from entering Sid's cabin. Roshni notices Payal and hides. She pleads Payal to forgive her for her son's sake. Payal sends off Mitul. Payal enters Sid's cabin and Sid teases her saying did you eat magnet? Why are you here? You are too old for my taste. Payal's assistant says Ms. Walia has an offer for u that u cant refuse. Sid starts laughing. He says they look like Chamku washing powder salesman. They ask her what they plan to sell? Payal says that Mauve has an offer from American Magazine and they should agree to it. Sid-Raj burst out laughing. Sid rejects the deal. Payal is livid. Raj asks Sid to consider seriously. Sid says this is Mauve, sunken in debt. Sid says i only want my money. Raj supports the offer. But Sid refuses. Payal asks why? Sid says my ex-wife Mrs. Ragini Sengupta is still part of Mauve. As long as she is part of Mauve, i dun wanna be part of Mauve. He suggests her to take over the company. She agrees and leaves.
Raj asks Sid why did you suggest to take Roshnis stake? Sid says it helps to win Payal's trust. She will sell Mauve to the American company which is a fake company set up by us. This will help us to make things right for Neil-Naina.
Roshni comes up to Mitul and thanks her for creating diversion at office. Mitul rues that she has nothing left and felt like she can make some amends. She rues that my son is in jail and i cant do anything. Sid informs her that Ranjeet has been granted bail. Mitul thanks Sid and apologizes for the mess. Sid says whats done is done, lets make a new start. Sid asks Mitul to help him and Roshni and do something to win Payal's trust.
Payal reaches home and plans to take Roshnis sign at any cost. Roshni comes home and Payal asks her where were you? Roshni says dun act like my mom. Payal calls her sweetie and says u want freedom, well u will get it just hand over ur shares to me. Roshni stares at her blankly. Payal throws the papers on Roshnis face. She asks Payal why? Well no. Payal threatens to throw her out of the house. Roshni starts to fake being scared. She says well if i leave, u wont get my 15%. I wont sign. Go to hell. Payal says will throw u out for sure. Roshni walks off waving bye to her.
Mitul comes and begs her to not kick her out of the house and promises to do all she wants. Payal smirks. She asks Mitul to get Raginis sign on a set of papers. Mitul agrees to help. Mitul warns her about drugging her food item to get her sign.
Sid makes the office of American Mag ready. Raj helps too. Bunty informs that he has called junior artists.
Part 2
Mitul brings plate with halwa and notices a cockroach and is scared. She mixes up the halwa plate. Roshni appears and Mitul offers her to eat. Roshni relents and eats.
Part 3
Ragini feels stoned. She notices Payal and calls her DAYAN. She walks up to Payal.
Precap --- Roshni is so high she ends up slapping Payal. She falls on the floor and starts blabbering that Sid is crazy too. He is cute too. Mitul worries that Roshni might spill out the plan.
