Hello friends I m back .Sri as I promised I m updating this story today .Here's the first part .
Part 1
BHALLA HOUSE
Raman was getting ready in white shirt and black jeans ,he was busybin combing his hairs when his young brother Romi,
" bhai ,if you don't want to marry ,then talk to ma and papaji ,why are you going to meet ishita bhabhi ."
R- ek thappad maaroonga ,she is not your bhabhi samjha and I m meeting her to deny for marriage .
Ro - but bhai ma and papa had already fixed everything,how can you deny now .
R- that's why I m going to meet that madrasan so that I can say her clearly that I don't want to marry her .
Ro- but bhai ,why you don't want to marry ,do you have any girlfriend in Paris .
R- nothing like that ,yaar I m only 27 yrs and ma is behind my marriage ,I don't want to marry so soon ,now a days girls also don't marry this soon .
Ro- but bhai ..
R- no if ,no but I'm not going to marry that's it .
Toshiji was coming to Raman's room to show him ishitas engagement ring and she listened everything ,the next thing she did was to barge the door and shot on raman
" oye raman kya bol raha hai tu ,kyun nahi karega tu shaadi "(Raman why you don't want to marry ).
R- ma you don't talk to me .
T- why I shouldn't talk to you ,moreover it doesn't matter to me ,you just marry ishita.
R- what type of mother you are ,at first you faked you heart attack to call me here and now you are not at all bothered when i m telling that I will not talk to you .
T- I don't bother what you think about me, you just marry ishita .
R- what's so hurry ma .
T- Raman puttar ,you wanted to study abroad ,I didn't stopped you ,then besides having a successful business you wanted to to do job in Paris ,I agreed for that too but I will never agree if you will marry a foreign girls that's ehy before you choose a girl of your own choice I wanted you to marry a girl of my choice that's it ,is it too much to demand from my own son .
Toshiji eyes teared up ,Raman can't see his mother crying ,he walled to her and spoke wiped toshiji's tear and spoke " ma you always do this ,you know very well that I can't see your tears .you always make me agree for your crap wishes by faking these tears ".
T( hitting him playfully )- shaitaan you think I m faking to cry .
R- aur nahi to kya ,you always blackmail me emotionally but ma I m serious this time ,what so hurry .I will marry a girl of your choice but after some years .
T- no need to do that you have to marry ishita only noone else that to after two days .see Raman don't waste my time you have come only for a week and already a day has passed ,I have to do many preparations for evening .where are you going ,don't go anywhere ,your designer is coming with your cloths ,you have to size them .
R- but ma I wanted to meet ishita before engagement ,she must be waiting for me .
T- oh you want to meet her ,so that you can deny for marriage ,no way .you are not going to meet her .
R- but ma she must be waiting for me .
T- I will handle her .
Saying so toshiji immediately called ishita ,she picked toshiji's call in first ring itself .
I- hello ,namaste auntyji .
T- auntyji bahi mummyji puttar ,call me mummyji .
I- namaste mummyji .
T- puttar where are you .
I- mummy ji actually I m..
Ishitawas stammering in telling toshiji that she has come to meet raman ,when toshiji spoke herself thinking that she must be scared of shy " Haan I know you have come to meet raman but I called you to inform that rama cannot come .actually you know na ,he just had come yesterday ,so we have to arrange everything in these two days only .that's why he will not be able to come.you people can meet in evening itself during your engagement .
Ishita was very much excited as well as nervous to meet her would be husband. Everything was fixed by their parents bhalla's were good person ,even toshiji was just dying to.make ishita her DIL but still ishita wanted to meet raman ones. Though she has seen him snaps but still she wanted to meet him in person, to see how he talks , to see how he reacts after looking to her ,to know his views about her but after recieveing toshijis call ishita became relax as well as happy ,relax as she was hell nervous to meet her would be husband for first time that too alone ,and disappointed as she missed the change to talk and know him before marriage ,now she can say that she is marrying to a strange person whom she hadn't met yet leave knowing him .
Ishita was lost in her thoughts when she received her mothers call ,she picked the call and answered in a low tone " hello "".
A( worried)- ishu kanna what happened ,why are you sounding so low ,did raman told anything to you .
I- no amma nothing like that ,he can't come to meet me as his designer was coming with his wedding cloths .
A- ohh that is also important ,don't worry you cone soon and rest for a while .you can meet him in evening .
Ishita returned back to her home .Ishita was disappointed while Ranan was pissed with his mother ,she was almost forcing him for marriage but though forcefully but Raman was fulfilling his parents wish as he knows that they are not totally wrong .He has seen many examples in his relations where boys has gone to abroad ,there they marry foreign girls and now they don't have any ties with their family members .
R(st)-actually ma is right ,if we both have our roots in India we can come to our country in regular intervals .leave it ,if ma and papa has choiaed then she must be a nice girl .
Thinking so he shrugged the thought of denying the marriage ,thinking he should go with the flow .
Evening
Whole iyer house was decorated with white ,red and yellow flowers .As it was evening time ,after the lightings the mension was looking like a bride ,who is covered with twinkling duppatta .Bhallas arrived at the right time ,Raman was wearing a simple blue sherwani with white churidaar payjama. He was looking very dashing and handsome in his jelled hair and a day old stable ,his ever charming smile was adding hotness to his personality .
Iyer welcomed them whole heartedly ,both ishra parents were so happy with this marriage while their kids were still confused about their feeling .Raman was scanning the whole place to have a look at his would be in laws house ,actually to be precise he was looking for his would be wife " ishita iyer ".
Raman was tired of faking smile to every second person who was introduced to him .
R( st)- does these madrasis had called whole chennei for wedding .
He was getting impatient when adding to his anger ,Pandit ji arrived and raman has to sit with him .Panditji started chanting mantras for Tilak ritual and raman was sitting beside him not understanding a single hymn.Soon bala came to do all the rituals of brother , he put a tika on ramans forehead and gave many things,which iyers wanted to give as a gift to their SIL .After that ishita was called ,every eyes went to stairs from where ishita was climbing down with vandu and mihika .
Every eye praised ishita for her beauty but the person who was waiting patiently was lost in her angelic look. To his surprise she was wearing the same combination ,blue .she was wearing a blue and beige colour lahenga ,her hairs were nicely tied in a bun .she has applied dark kohl in her dark brown eyes with blueish eyshades in her eyelid .she has applied a mauve
lip colour in her rosy lips while the diamond dangler were adding glory to her look .Raman was literally ogling at her with open mouth ,she was looking so beautiful and delicate as if she will get dirty by mere touch .
Romi saw this and spoke closing ramans mouth ," muh to band karo bhai"( close your mouth ).
Romis word bring raman back in senses ,he was embrassed with his act but he was just amazed with ishitas beauty .He almost did ahappy dance in his mind for getting such a beautiful wife ,all his doubts which he was having for the marry got cleared immediately now he was firm in his parents decision to get marry with ishita .
He was lost in his thoughts ,in the mean time toshiji did all her rituals of Tika and giving chunri and jewellery to ishita .
Now everybody surrounded Raman and ishira for engagement ritual ,the rings were brought ,panditji did some pooja of rings and then told ishra to make each other wear it .Raman didn't waste time and picked his ring .He forwarded his hands to slid the ring while ishita was reluctant to give her hand ,she was hell nervous ,vandu took her hand and gave it in Raman's hand ,he held it ,a shiver ran through ishitas body with his touch ,she raised her eyes to see him ,he was already looking at her ,both's eyes met and they shared a beautiful eyelock which was broken by the vissling sound of his cousins ,he slid the ring in a jiffy to escape from teasings but it was of no use .They already had started teasing raman with their eyes ,which raman shrugged with his charming smile . Now it was ishitas turn ,Raman forwarded his hand ,ishita held the ring and was about to slide it in his finger when he saw that her hands were shivering ,he immediately understood that she is nervous ,he held her hand with his another hand to support her. Soon the ritual of engagement got completed ,everybody started enjoying the party while ishra were looking at each other .Raman so wanted to talk to her ,but was not getting any chance .
