Manik's POV.
Why does life have to be such a mess? Why can't it be as simple as a cake walk??!! I'm fed up fighting with my own. It's been almost 10 years now that I've been in guilt of causing pain to people...or precisely one person very dear to my heart. But now its hurting me more.
I need a closure!! Badly in need of it. And there's only one person out there who can give that to me!! Par iske liye...she has to talk to me which she's not ready to do!
Par gadhe voh tujhse baat karegi bhi kyun?? Give a valid reason for that!!
Actually haan!! After all I've only caused it and she has the full right to treat me the way she was treated.
Other than the business deal...there is not really anything we've talked about one to one. And there too she refers to me as Mr. Malhotra! Urgg!
Then she can hug all guys out there be it Cabir or Dhruv or Abhi. Anyone... she's ready to hug them all, any moment... But with me!! *sigh* Our bodies have no contact other than our hands which shake together formally.
Why? Why Nandini? Why are you all over my head? Not that I'm complaining!!! I really love this. I like you being in my heart, my mind my soul and everywhere in me... But I guess I've lost the rights now. And all because of that one day.
That day was the worst day of my life!!! I wish I could go back in history and change that. Atleast our equation would have been different now.

~Flashback~
Manik and gang were in the canteen. It was a day after their encounter with Nandini. And now the news too... That Manik and Soha are in a live in relationship, spread in school like a wild fire.
"Guys, mujhe lagta hai ki mujhe kal Nandini se baat kar leni chahiye thi!" Manik suddenly spoke out of the blue.
His friends gave him a disgusted or an annoyed look but he was too busy in his thoughts to even spare a glance at them.
"tujhe kya ho gya hai Manik?? Aaj school pee ke aaya tha kya?" Aryaman said and all laughed but Manik.
"guys I'm serious!!"
"ohh come on Manik! What is wrong with you? Why are you even thinking about her??!! She's no one ok! So let it go! Vaise bhi that bitch doesn't deserve any of your time!!" Soha said with a sly smile but later was cut in between by Manik.
"stop there Soha!! Just because I defended you yesterday doesn't mean you're right! So shut up!!!
And vaise bhi guys, tum sabko voh sab kuchh mil gaya na jo tumhe chahiye tha!! Toh iss friendship mein.. Do I also have a right to desire for what I want..or its only about you guys!" Manik snapped furiously on his friends who were busy giggling a minute ago!
"tumhe hua kya hai baby? Why you behaving this way? What do you mean??"
"soha...its as simple as it sounds. Am I also permitted to get what I want??
You guys enjoyed on my father's money... I didn't say anything!! You fulfilled all your desires on my expense...I didn't utter even a word. Soha you wanted to publicise our relationship... I agreed. Par ab tum log mujhe vo de sakte ho jo main chahta hoon!
Soha...what if I ask that I want to break up with you, will you agree? If I say that I don't want you people around me then would you guys agree?
Obviously no!!! Because your priceless credit card is going away from you right??!!
You know what you guys are bloody selfish cheapos!! Literally cheapos!
You all are folthy pigs...and I feel shame on myself ki main tum logon ko apna dost samajh rha tha that too over Nandini, whose my life!!
Damn!!! Manik Malhotra ne aaj tak itni badi mistake apni life mein kabhi nhi ki! Damn!! I need to go!"
He had insulted them enough!! And he was moving out of the canteen as he heard... "Manik listen..."
He turned back and barked over them once again... "Don't you guys come around again!!! Poore school ke saamne toh tumhari bezti ho hi chuki hai!! Look around guys! Everyone's glancing at the new found losers of the school!!" he said pointing all around the canteen where people from all corners were keenly watching onto the drama playing in front of their eyes.
"look look! Now don't go around another one trapping him in your filthy talks and please get a life!!! Dare you guys do anything now because I'm sure you are well aware what I'm capable of doing then! Aren't you??!!"
Finally, giving a last warning he left the canteen!

Manik went down his memory lane once again like all other times, diving through the pool of guilt. Like always, he sat by his window, his favorite guitar in his arms and stared at the moon for hours and simultaneously thought about his life and... HIS NANDINI!
"Everything's changed Nandini! All of us have! And I so desperately wish that I get one chance to mend it all! But guess, we have no other option other than going where life takes us. But I still haven't lost my hope! And I wish your theory comes true that
Destiny won't let your hope break!"

On the other hand, the scene was no different.
Nandini too stood in her balcony, taking in the refreshing breeze and admiring the beauty of the moon.
"I wish voh sab kabhi hua hi nhi hota! Kaash sab kuchh normal hota! But the destiny had to be cruel!! Can't say ki these 10 years passed in a jiffy. No, they didn't! A lot has happened since then and it was long! But still I'll hope for the best! Ayiappa! Plzz give the strength and world's happiness to my little world! Thankyou"
