TOI:Hina Khan has no qualms ageing on screen

Actresses playing mothers have managed to break the stereotype on television when it comes to ageing on screen. Unlike the past, they no longer sport a streak of white hair to justify their age in the show. Following suit is Hina Khan who plays mother to two grown-ups in 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' . She firmly believes that people like to see actors in a modern look even as they age on screen just like they don't like grey hair in real life. Speaking to a daily, she also mentioned that she has no qualms about ageing on screen.

Hina is happy that the leap hasn't changed her character and is as strong and good as it was when the show was launched. She also feels proud of the leaps, twists and turns that have happened in her show and is hoping that it helps in raking in great ratings.
