A Teaser- Chapter 9

It is going to take little bit of time, before next part is posted here, so here it is just a bit of glimpse of what is to come. 😊

Today standing like this in the middle of the night, they could have been the only two people in this entire universe. As Arnav stared at her, she refused to break the eye contact either. He had tried to cower her earlier today and she was determined to show him, that she was not afraid of him. It was him who was holding that hatred and prejudice against her, meanwhile, she had always loved him. She thought painfully, as she walked downstairs in absolute trance.

But as she neared him, it became impossible for her to bear his heated unwavering gaze and it was her who lowered her eyes first as he found it impossible to take his eyes off from her. He was still holding her Dupatta and she pointed at that and said softly, "It's mine."

Arnav looked down at the fine material of her dupatta, he was still holding, that he was still caressing when she had appeared. Slowly he walked towards her and draping her dupatta around her, he didn't let go of her but pulled her against him unexpectedly, she gasped at his sudden move and then he spoke. His voice came out huskier than usual when he said, "Tanu told me, that you were upset with me."

He was shocking her again. Was he the same Arnav who had shredded her heart earlier with his rude behavior and cutting remarks? Slowly she lifted her face to him, as she held tightly on her dupatta and created some distance from his hard body as he lifted his brow, waiting for her answer. Slowly she said her complain in small hurt voice, "You have become very rude, Arnav."

Her breath became shallow, as he came nearer, he had still not touched her and yet her body was feeling warm and tingly with anticipation. "Khushi", His voice was so, achingly soft as he said her name that she lifted her face and found him barely an inch away from her face. Her pupils dilated and she lost focus as his lips lingered just above hers and said, "And you have become more beautiful now."

Arnav is smitten by Khushi. 😳 He tried...but by the end of this part..he would try to resist her a lot and but would fail.😉

But Khushi, be strong. Do not give in so quickly. I do not want him judging you again in a haste. Khushi is like an innocent baby, she doesn't recognize these signs of physically wanting somebody...Her dreams of him are so pure love only so desire would shake her a bit. Especially when he comes like this full on. 😉
