Chapter- 65

Payal: What happened Arnav ji? Why have you called me here?
Arnav: Payal! first Relax than listen to me, Payal nodded.
Arnav: Its about Khushi...
Payal: What happened to her? she was with you right? where is she?
Arnav: Calm down Payal and listen..

Than Arnav explained her everything from the start how he noticed Khushi's absence, how while searching her he got phone call from her , Shyam was assaulting her. How he reached there at the last time otherwise...

And now the present condition of Khushi , Payal gasped listening all with horror and tears were flowing from her eyes..

Arnav tried to calm Payal but only he knew how difficult it was from him to tell her everything, it was like he was living those horrible moments again.

Payal: Where is Khushi?
Arnav: he shows her the private ward.
Arnav: Khushi will need you I'm this time, therefore I called you, payal nodded and silence prevailed again, which broken by Arnav's phone. Arnav signs Payal and moved away from there to attend it, he have to handle Anjali also.

Payal was crying silently thinking about Khushi and how much she must be suffering when she heard shouting from Khushi's ward , she ran inside to see Khushi is not letting anyone come near her and constantly shouting for Arnav.
Payal: Khushi! she said moving forward but..
Khushi: No! Don't come near me, Go Away, she shouted.

Where is Arnav ji?

Arnav ji! Arnav ji! she was shouting when Payal tried to touch her she pushed her but thankfully Payal managed to balance herself. She looked at Khushi shocked, khushi was not even recognising Payal. Khushi again shouted for Arnav and at the same time Arnav came running inside, nurse has informed him.

Arnav comes near Khushi and she hugs him tightly.
Arnav: What happened Khushi? he said caressing her back.
Khushi: He'll come and take me away again, Tell them to don't come near me please, she said pointing towards staff and Payal.

Payal (trying again): Khushi! I... but khushi again retreated.
Khushi: No! Just stay away , turning towards Arnav who was himself shocked.
Khushi: Tell them to go away Arnav ji Please. And You just stay with me otherwise he'll come again saying this she hugged him. Arnav hugged her back trying hard to calm her.

Arnav: All out! he said to the staff present in room and than he signed Payal for same who somehow managed to nod.
After everyone left Arnav holds Khushi carefully telling sweet nothings , after Khushi stopped crying and looked at him, he asked.

Arnav: What happened Khushi? Why you shouted at Payal, khushi looked at him confused.
Khushi: Jiji! she said confused.
Arnav: Yes! She was here to meet you.
Khushi: I don't know! she said confusingly. But Arnav ji I don't want to meet anyone, Just you stay with me she said holding him tightly.

Khushi: He will come again, Don't leave me alone please,! she said so much vulnerability like little kid scared to stay away from her parents. His insides was crying in pain to see the love of his life in so much pain.

Arnav: I promise I'll be here. Now sleep for someonetime, You need rest Khushi nodded and slept on his chest.

When he was sure she is slept he carefully made her sleep on bed. He needs to talk with doctor and also Payal.

Both Arnav and Payal was sitting with doctor asking about Khushi's behavior which they have seen earlier.

Arnav: How Khushi didn't even recognize Payal? She is her sister, Arnav asked the question for Payal who nodded.

Doctor(sigh): I have already told you she is in trauma and she is scared of everyone around her that they'll harm her or Let that person who attempt to rape her will again come back.

Payal: But she don't have any problem with Arnav ji presence in fact she was herself shouting for him, finally Payal asked the question which was bugging her from the time she have seen Khushi getting solace in Arnav rather than flinching from him like others.

On the other side though Arnav's flinched hearing this but he was himself confused about it. He thought Khushi will feel good in Payal's presence but that was not what happened, so he also looks at doctor to hear him.

Doctor: She is feeling safe in his presence, she have trust only in him at present. Arnav heart felt happy hearing doctor.
Doctor: Mr. Raizada was there to save her at the time may ve therefore she is feeling that toll Mr. Raizada is there with her she's safe, Arnav nodded understandingly where payal just kept quite, everything was too much for her to take.

Doctor: All I can say Mrs. Raizada is completly dependent on Mr. Raizada right now, and this gives another shock to Payal.

"Mrs. Raizada" Payal said shocked but before she can ask anything more Arnav changed the topic and payal kept quite.

Payal: Why did he called Khushi Mrs. Raizada? Payal asked soon as soon as they come out of doctor's cabin. Well Arnav was expecting this.

Arnav: It was necessary Payal, when they asked me about my relation to Khushi I have to say that. I can't take the risk that anyone know about Khushi because you know if this news spreads that what will happen.

Payal: you are right! But now we have to tell families and also File complaint against that Shyam.
Arnav: No! Arnav almost screamed shocking Payal.

Payal: why? I know Arnav ji that he's your BIL but whatever he did with my sister I am not gonna keep quite anymore.

Arnav: Payal! You seriously think I am saying no because he is my BIL? No! Have you seen khushi? She is even scared in your presence, Do you think she'll be able to face so many mens and answer their stupid questions? You know which type of nasty questions they'll ask from her in the process. She is in trauma ,try to understand and I promise if Khushi tells me she's ready to fight against him I'll tackle him myself but without her consent , No! You think if this news go out how difficult it'll be for Khushi, I Don't want her to hear any shit.

About family I don't think they need to know at this moment khushi is not in condition to stay calm in everyone's presence.
Till she recovers let it be between us only, Payal understands that whatever Arnav sad is true so he kept quite.

Arnav was sitting beside khushi feeding her soup, Khushi is not even letting close to her, she was still sitting holding Arnav's hand like to never let him go.

Arnav side hugs Khushi after feeding her soup while khushi hugged him completely laying her half of the body on him, Arnav adjusted himself with the help of headrest and covered Khushi with duvet.

Arnav: Khushi! Do you trust me? He knows the answer but he gave his reasons to ask.
Khushi looks at him and nodded.
Arnav: Please meet Payal, she is really worried for you, he said kissing her knuckles, Khushi was going to deny but Arnav didn't let her.
Arnav: I'll be there with you, just meet her she is crying for so long, he knew his Khushi can't see anyone in pain, and as expected she nodded lightly.

Arnav: Payal!!
Khushi looked as Payal entered in room, she hide herself more in Arnav's arms.
Arnav: Khushi! Look at her ! She's here for you. Khushi looked at payal unsurely as she came near her and sat beside her but when she tried to touch her Khushi suddenly exclaimed "No"

Arnav looks at Payal's hurt face but he can't do anything right now but to support Khushi. He felt so happy inside that Khushi trust him so much that in spite of being so vulnerable she found solace in him and letting him close to her only where even her sister is not allowed. As Arnav looked at Payal he knows she must be feeling hurt that her sister is not letting her close where she is hiding in his arms but how can he explain her now what relation Khushi and him share, he sighed and tried agains.

Arnav: Khushi! I am here with you , nobody can harm you but at least meet your jiji. Khushi first looks at him , she knew she's safe with him than she slowly turned towards payal but didn't let go of Arnav's arms.

Khushi looks at Payal's teary eyes and realization stirred inside her.
Khushi: Jiji! She said in cracked voice and payal hugged her crying feeling pain of her little sister and feeling helpless for not being able to help her.

Khushi didn't hugged her back, her hands still holding Arnav's but she cried feeling warmth of her sister who was her solace from years. Payal come out if hug and cups her cheeks.

Payal: Everything will be alright Khushi. We'll tell everyone about Shyam and make him pay for this. Khushi stiffened hearing this but Payal continued.

On the otherside Arnav cursed himself, didn't he told Payal to stay quite for now. He just wanted both sisters to meet he felt Khushi will feel lighter but Payal has touched the nerve and he can feel khushi stiffening from her back which were pressed to him and pressure on his hands which khushi is holding but before he can do something Khushi shouted.

Khushi: No!! There's no need to tell anything to anyone. NO!! She shouted.
Payal as well Arnav was shocked he have expected that she'll feel scared but not saying anything. Why?

Payal: but why Khushi? he should be punished.
Arnav: Yes Khushi! I'll make him pay for this. You don't have to feel scared.
Khushi: Jiji! You go from here, she again screamed shocking the duo more.
Khushi: I need to talk with Arnav ji! You please go, anyway everyone must be waiting for you at home.

Payal was reluctant at first but later agreed and left from there leaving them alone.
