So, I missed the last week of TEI due to midterms and have been recently binge watching all the episodes đ ( no shame in my game) and lucky for me they are all filled with Twinj
Yesterday, one part though ( I DONT KNOW WHY) made me kind of emotional - the part where they're at the gurdwara and Twinkle touches Kunj's feet.
Now I've been watching romantic hindi drama's since I was like 13, I am now 23 and never have I felt EMOTIONAL watching a couple onscreen falling in love. I think it had a lot to do with the fact that I am older now and the once upon a time fascination with angry young hot dude being mean to the girl he likes has slowly subsided. Not going to lie though angry Kunj is hot, but the reason behind his anger like the almost-rape of Twinkle gives it justice. Also hands down to Sidhant for pulling off that seen SO WELL đ ( Reminded me of a young Hrithik Roshan).
I would have to applaud the director/writer here for not showing young love as something narrowed down to lust and anger ( like most Tellywood soaps do) but actually portraying a relationship built on trust and care. I love how they showed the GROWTH of their relationship and the support Kunj has been for Twinkle ( and all husbands should be for their wives). This really emotionally attaches the viewer to the couple and makes the show way more enjoyable.
