Ch 25 : His RudenessTaani & Rey entered kriya & shivam's room, it was time to go home. When they entered the room, they found Kriya crying and an angry shivam. When shivam noticed them, he simply walked out of the room, to calm himself while taani & rey moved toward kriya.
"Kriya, are you alright?" Rey asked her softly, but as soon as she heard his voice, she turned and hugged him tightly, shocking the duo as she burst into tears and cried bitterly. Taani look at her, worry visible in her hazel orbs.
"Kriya, what happened? Is everything alright between you & shivam bhai?" Rey asked her worriedly but kriya didn't said anything and continued crying while hugging him. Rey broke the hug after lots of attempts and made her look at him.
"Rey- woh shivam- woh-" Kriya stuttered, she glance at taani, was little uncomfortable to talk about her personal matter before taani where as with Rey, it was different, he was her best friend since they were in 5th std. She could share everything with him without any hesitation.
Rey understood she was hesitate to talk thus he look at taani, taani nodded and she left the room with a smile, but there was an uneasy feeling within her. She doesn't wanted to feel this way, but couldn't help. She knew Rey loved Kriya and she won't deny that she is little insecure about it as Rey had never voiced out what he feels for her, she can feel love through his every gesture but Rey never said it loud in words.
She brushed her thoughts aside, it wasn't time to think about her insecurities. She was worried for kriya & shivam, it was clear that there are big issues between the couple. She prayed to god to make everything alright between kriya & shivam.

"He wants a baby-" Kriya told him, more tears made their way down her cheek.
"And you are not ready for the baby? Right? Tell this to bhai na, I'm sure he will understand-" Rey said to her. Kriya nodded in no, it wasn't that easy.
"Its no easy, Rey. Even if i want, i can't give him what he want. I keep avoiding the topic of kids, increasing his frustration and that is the reason of fights between us"
"Kriya, what are you saying, i can't understand anything" Rey asked her, confused.
"Even i want a baby, but it's not possible. I can't give birth to a baby, Rey. My womb is not strong enough to carry a baby. I can't give him happiness of becoming father." Kriya broke down as she told him the reason of her pain. Rey stare at her in shock, not knowing what to say to console her now. It was something really big and painful situation for a couple to face.
"Tell him everything truthfully, kriya, I'm sure bhai will understand you. He loves you alot after all-" Rey told her, kriya nodded, doubtful to accept his suggestion since she doesn't want to lose shivam, and she doesn't know how will react after knowing the bitter truth of their lives.

Singhania mansion, mumbai
At night, Rey was tensed, worried for Kriya after their conversation. He wonder how she is going to handle all this and above all, how will his brother, shivam reacts to this news.
"Rey! Lets go, i want ice cream." Taani said to him as she entered their room. Since they had return back home, they hadn't talk about kriya & shivam's matter, nor rey told her about his conversation with kriya neither she asked, she doesn't want to interfere in this when she knew kriya is not comfortable with sharing her personal issues with her.
"Taani, i'm not in mood. Don't force me." Rey told her plainly. Taani frowned, she was badly craving for ice cream. And she wants to have it right now but her bad luck, there is no ice cream in fridge.
"Rey, it will take just five minutes. Please come na." Taani made an innocent puppy face, she grabbed his hand and tugged it.
"Don't you understand what i said- LEAVE ME ALONE, DAMN IT" Rey shouted as he jerked her hand away harshly. Taani flinched away in fear, as eyes filled with tears. No one has ever talked so rudely to her before and it hurts her badly when he behaved so rudely with her. It was first time he had raised his voice on her and it pained her heart, made her scared of his anger.
"I'm sorry." She whispered brokenly, she blinked her tears away. Before he could react what had happened, taani turned and ran outside the room.
