Raman was combing his hair.he said- I will bring it for u as soon as today's function is over.saying so he get out of the room after kissing her forehead lovingly.

He was going down when he realised what she asked for.a baby.he hit his head and ran to upstairs.

He saw her putting a cushion over her tummy and trying to behave like a pregnant lady.he smiled at her cuteness.

She was smiling and dancing with singing .

Epilogue

It have been one and half years to ishra marriage.they were still much in love and care about each other deeply.there life is a complete bliss.ishita had turned into a complete homemaker.all she do all day is arranging her house and preparing different delicacies for her darling husband. Raman was also a dedicated husband.never leave a chance to love and pamper his sweetheart. His days and nights were full of ishita and her thoughts.

One day Raman was in a meeting when he received a call.Raman picked it and scolded his receptionist- naina,I told u not to disturb me for an hour.then why u called.

Naina- sorry sir,I don't wanna disturb u.but ur wife has come to meet u.she wants to meet u immediately and she is being extraordinary calm.

Raman- what ishita and calm.OK tell her to wait in my office ,I am coming in five minutes.

Naina- OK sir,saying so she hung the call.

It took him fifteen minutes to wind up the meeting.he was literally running towards his office thinking ishita will kill him for being late.

But to his surprise she wasn't in his office.he came out of the cabin and look around,he thought where is she..then he saw her coming to his cabin in ultra baby steps.he was amused by her behaviour. He smiled and stand there to see her coming.

She was taking small small steps and coming to his cabin.she was extra careful.at last he couldn't take it anymore and went to her.

Raman- what r doing jaan.

Ishita- Raman u came.I was coming to ur cabin only.

Raman- but why u r walking so slowly.

Ishita- I will tell u once I reach ur cabin.

Raman- if u walk in this speed u will reach my cabin may be in next year.saying so he picked her in his arms and start taking her to his cabin.

Ishita- Raman don't do this.its not good.put me down.

Raman was amused by her behaviour.he took her to his cabin and put her down.

Raman- now tell me what's the matter.why u r behaving so weirdly.

Ishita sat on the chair calmly and said- u shouldn't have done this.she may be hurt naa.

Raman- who?

Ishita- our baby.

Raman- which baby.he asked not getting anything.

Ishita- this baby.she said signalling towards her tummy.

Raman- u mean u r pregnant. He asked excitedly.

Ishita- yes,I am five weeks pregnant. She said very calmly.

Raman became so happy and picked her in his arms and twirled her around.

Raman- oh my god ishita,u r pregnant. We r going to be parents soon.wow I am so excited.

Ishita- Raman please put me down.doctor has said to be careful. So don't do this.

Raman became serious hearing this,he make her sit comfortably and called her doctor.

Raman- hello doctor.

Doctor- hello Mr bhalla, hope Mrs bhalla has given u the good news.u r going to be father congrats Mr bhalla.

Raman- thanks doctor, but is she alright.ishita is telling that u told her to be careful.

Doctor smiled and said- relax Mr bhalla, she is fine.actually she is too cute.she is not believing that she has a life inside her.u know she was taking baby steps and walking.it was a treat to watch a mother so concerned for her baby.just take extra care of her.

Raman smiled and said- thanks doc. Saying so he hung the call.he goes to her and sat beside her.he called her and make her sit in his lap.she was sitting silently.he caressed her face and said- I love u jaan.

She kept her head in his chest and said- I love u too.I can't believe that I am really pregnant. I mean I have a life inside me.I wanna hold my baby soon.she said cutely.

Raman- oh my baby wants her baby.soon she will be in our arms completing our family

Ishita- we will love her a lot.

Raman- a lot more then alot.

Ishita- and promise me if ever anything happened to me,u will still love our child.never leave her on servant's mercy.

Raman understood why she is telling so.she don't want a lonely life for her child which she gone through.

Raman- I will never let anything happen to u.but I promise,I will love both my children very much .

Ishita- children?r we going to have twins .

Raman- no I am talking about my ishita baby and my this baby.he said keeping his hand on her tummy.

Ishita blushed at his words.

Soon they were on his way back to home.she was sitting extra cautiously and told Raman to take the car very slowly. He stopped the car in front of their house.he picked her slowly in his arms .

Ishita- I can walk Raman ,put me down.baby may get hurt.

Raman- no jaan,u r my princess.u r not suppose to put ur feet down.and why u r so concerned about our baby.when I am here .don't u trust ur Raman.

Ishita- I do trust u.OK take me inside.she said happily.

Raman scoop her in his arms and took her inside.amma was too happy to hear the news.she did aarti of ishita and put a kala tika behind her ear to take off the evil eyes.mihir also came to home hearing Raman come to home abruptly. But when he hears the news,he picked ishita in his arms excitedly.

Mihir-i love u bhabhi,now I am going to become chachu.

Ishita- put me down mihir.doctor said to be careful. Baby is too small naa.

Raman- mihir put her down.she is being extra careful for the baby.

Mihir-never mind.all I care is soon I am going to became chachu.

All were too happy .Raman took some days off from his office to take care of ishita.she was being extra careful about everything. Walking too slowly, no TV,no exertion,only balanced diet.Raman was enjoying this childish attitude of his childish preggy wife.

Three months have been passed.one day,

Ishita- Raman I am fed of eating this balanced food.I want to eat something spicy.

Raman- after so many days finally u demanded something like a pregnant wife.tell me what u want to eat.

Ishita- I want to eat golgappa.

Raman- OK let's go.saying so he goes to his car with her.soon they were in streets looking for a golgappa stall.there were many but Raman don't wanna take her there as they were having lots of garbage all around.

Raman- jaan,let's go home.I will take u in the evening and then u can have golgappa.

Ishita- but if we have come here.then we should have it .

Raman- please jaan ,in the evening.

Ishita face fell hearing his words.after many days she was going to eat something of her choice but Raman denied.she was too angry and goes to her room.soon she slept feeling tired.

In the evening when she woke up ,she find the house almost empty.she got scared .she calls for Raman.but he was nowhere.she came out of the house and saw a golgappa stall in the garden of their house.she become too happy to see this.mihir saw her and comes to her.

Mihir-come bhabhi,bhai has arranged a golgappa wala for u.now u can have golgappa everyday.

Ishita- but where is Raman.

Mihir-u will come to know soon.saying so he took her to the stall.and here she saw him.making golgappa wearing a white shirt with black trouser. She was surprised to see him there.

Ishita- Raman what u r doing.

Raman- I am making golgappa for my darling wife.come have it.he said forwarding a plate.

Ishita- how u made it .

Raman- with amma's help. She made it and I am serving it for u.u know I am ur personal golgappa wala.

Ishita smiled and eat one.

Ishita- ummm,its too yummy.

Raman- then have more.soon all four were busy in enjoying golgappas.

Mihir-bhabhi cheers.he said taking a golgappa.

Ishita- cheers,she said having another one.they were enjoying their evening together.

Later at night

Ishita- thanks Raman.its one of the best days of my life.

Raman kissed her forehead and said- best days r yet to come jaan.this is just the beginning. Now sleep ,u must be tired naa.he lays beside her and pat her.soon she was in deep slumber.

Some months passed,now she was in her fifth month of pregnancy. She was glowing in her pregnancy. Her tummy was started showing up.she was too happy.she was enjoying her life.everyone in the house was taking care of her.she started feeling the kicks of the baby.she made Raman feel that too.they were very happy.

One day Raman was sleeping when he heard some noise.he wake up only to see she was sitting in the corner of the bed and sobbing slowly.he got up worriedly and goes to her.

Raman- what happened jaan.why u r crying.he asked worriedly.

Ishita- sar dard kar raha hai(having headache)

Raman- uff u scared me.come to me.saying so he pull her to himself.he applied some oil in her hair and massaged it thoroughly.then he combed her hair.

Raman- r u feeling better.

Ishita- yes.

Raman keep her head in his chest and said- OK then close ur eyes and sleep.

She close her eyes and about to sleep when baby kicked her.

Ishita- ur baby don't let me sleep. She said crying.

Raman smiled and keep his one hand on her head another hand on her tummy and started patting her.

He sang for them,

Surmayi aankhiyon mein nanha munna ek sapna de jaa re

Nindiya ke udate paakhi re

Aankhiyin mein aaja saathi re

Raa rii raa ram o raaree

Sachcha koi sapna deja

Mujhko koi apna deja

Anjaana sa magar kuch pehchaana sa

Halka phulka shabnami resham se bhi reshmi

Surmayi aankhiyon mein nanha munna ek sapna deja re

He saw her sleeping peacefully in his embrace .he smiled and slept hugging her tight,cautious enough not to hurt her.

Raman was pacing in the corridor worried for her.she was in labour room.he was worried hearing her screams and cries.soon he heard baby's cry.

Doctor- congratulations its a girl.

Raman- and how is my wife.can I see her.

Doctor- she is fine.we will soon transfer her to room.then u can see her.

Mihir hugged Raman and said- congratulations bhai.

Amma too hugged him.

Soon ishita was shifted to the room.Raman entered the room and went to her.he kissed her forehead and said- its a girl jaan.

Ishita smiled and said- u r happy naa.

Raman- can't say how much happy I am.a tear fell down her eyes,he kissed it.

Soon the nurse entered having the baby.she give it to Raman.Raman took it from her and hold her gently .she was pink and soft like a cotton ball.he gently pecked her forehead.she stirs in her sleeping.

Raman showed her to ishita and said- see jaan our baby.

Ishita took her in her arms and caress her.she was sleeping peacefully. She too kissed her softly.

Ishita- what we will call her Raman.

Raman- we will call her ruhi,our rooh.saying so he took ishita and ruhi in his embrace.
