From this MAM we learnt that people can be controlled by controlling their heads using drugs as a medicines. Sujeev and his real mum kept under mental condition and Sunheri is using them as resource.
Sunheri is trying to restrict Sujeev within the house as much as she can. The only people come to visit them is psychiatric, you know.
