PART - 10
Trishna: Madhu...are you ok?
Madhu just nods her head and goes to her room.
Trishna: Ma what do you think...what all is happening is good or not?
Padmini: I don't know beta...in the past few days Madhu has gone through so much that even we are unsure about everything...Malik what do you think?
Malik doesn't answer.
After sometime...they all have dinner and go to sleep but Madhu was still thinking about what all happened that day...she hasn't made any decision yet...and obviously how can she make a decision so fast...after all that she has gone through...she can not decide anything so quickly...she was still thinking that why RK proposed her...was he feeling pity towards her or he genuinly loved her...but hey wait he didn't confess his love to her...he only said about his feelings he never said her that he loves her...she was even more confused by thinking all this.
Madhu: What if RK doesn't love me...what if he is doing this only for the sake of making me happy and not loving me...does he love me and if he doesn't will he be able to love me after marriage? (so many things were running in her mind...and after some time sleep took over her.)
Next day morning...
Madhu woke up and got freshen up...and started helping Padmini in the kitchen...trishna and Roma were sitting on the dinning table...and were having tea...even Malik came from his room to do some walk...and suddenly someone rang the door bell...and Madhu oppened the door and she was confused on seeing someone standing a the door with a box in his hand.
Madhu: Yes?
Delivery Man: Miss. Madhubala Malik?
Madhu: Yes i am Madhubala.
DM: Ma'am this is for you.
Madhu: (madhu was confused and took the box from him) For me...what is it?
DM: Ma'am please sign here (he doesn't give any answer to her and gives a pen and paper to her she signs it and he leaves)
Trishna: What is it Madhu?
Madhu: I don't know di...let me open it
She opened the box and there was a phone inside the box with a note in which it was written " I damaged your phone in my style so i will even appologise in my style"...Madhu gets shocked.
Trishna: Oh My God...a new phone...Madhu...who sent this?
Madhu: RK...because few days back when i was in Panchghani he was the one who broke my phone...and now he wants to appologise for his mistake.
Roma: Wow Madhu that's so cute
Padmini and Malik were astonished on looking that how RK is trying to make everything fine...and suddenly again the bell rang...and madhu again opened the door...and she was again shocked on seeing a Man with bouquet of flowers...and a box of chocolate.
Madhu: yes?
DM: Madhubala Malik?
Madhu: Yes i am Madhubala.
DM: ma'am this is for you.
he gives it to madhu and leaves from there...madhu turns around and chuckles😆
Madhu: Has Rk gone mad...what is all this (everyone shrugs...in confusion)😛
Suddenly the phone rings
Trishna: Oh madhu it's RK...just take the call and put it on the speaker
Madhu keeps the bouquet and the chocolate box on the table and recieves the call...and puts it on the speaker so that everyone can listen what he is saying.
Madhu: hello!!
RK: A very happy morning Madhubala (he was coming down through the staircase)
Madhu: Good Morning sir!!
RK: so did you like the gift?
Madhu: Sir (she says it in a consfused tome...he stops in middle of the staircase)
RK: What happened Madhubala...you didn't like the gift?
Madhu: No no sir everything is good but...
RK: No but-wut Madhubala...
Madhu: but sir why are you doing all this?
RK: Why Madhu...you never stopped me from trying?
Madhu: Means?
RK: Means Madhubala that it was a small way of convincing you...but in the end its completely your decision
Madhu: Please sir don't do this.
RK: Madhubala i am not your sir now...my name is RK so call me that ok...and it was just a way of appologising...and if you don't like it i won't do it again...but i thought that i should get one chance to appologise...right...(he pauses for few seconds and says)okay now let me go Madhubala...you ask so many questions...my Whole day will be spent here standing on the staircase...please let me go for the shoot.
Madhu: shoot?
RK: Yes i have decided to resume my shoot from today...you know there is no point of staying at home right?
Madhu: That's a very good thing sir.
RK: Again
Madhu: That's a very good thing RK (She blushed while saying that...it's not that she hasn't said his name before...but now it was different...she could feel a sense of privilege in her way of saying it)
RK: Ahaan (He pauses for a moment and says) Madhubala...i am going to miss you at the sets...anyway...i am getting late now...will talk to you later okay...bye tc.
Madhu: You too...bye.
Trishna: Not bad...he was actually trying to make you say yes...So adorable he is.
Padmini and Roma smiled and madhu was blushing very much...even malik who did not like RK started feeling that he really wants to marry her
After few days...
Malik was lying on the bed when Madhu came inside.
Malik: Oh Madhu beta come come.
Madhu: Malik come on it's time for your medicine.(she gives him the medicine)
Malik: Thank you Madhu.
Madhu: Good night Malik.
suddenly malik holds her hand and Madhu looks at him.
Malik: Come sit here...i want to talk to you.
Madhu: Yes Malik?
Malik: Madhu what have you decided?
Madhu: about what Malik?
Malik: about marriage madhu...do you want to marry RK or not?
Madhu: I don't know Malik...i am confused...first of all he is a superstar...and being appointed as his MA was a different thing and marrying him is completely different... what if he will do the same like the other two...i fear to say yes Malik.
Malik: I can understand Madhu...In these few days you have seen so much ups and downs...but Madhu what if he genuinly wants to marry you...Madhu he didn't even bothtered about his superstar image...he have so many options he could have married anyone...but no Madhu he chose you above all...Madhu those were the one who came in your life when you didn't need anyone...but he wants to marry you when you actually need someone...I strongly believe that he will never leave you Madhu...rest it's your decision...whatever your decision will be...just remember your family is always with you.
Madhu: (a tear rolls down her cheeks) Thank you Malik...i am feeling so relieved now.
Malik just smiles...Madhu hugs him and leaves the room.
Next morning...Madhu tells everyone that she is going to say yes to RK...everyone is happy for her that she is finally going to get married...Madhu was about to call RK but then she decided that she will tell him inperson...she gets ready and goes to the sets...she was really getting nervous...she never had this kind of feeling before not even when she met Mukund for the first time...she was recollecting the moments when she first met RK...when she was appointed as his MA...how she used to get irritated when he teased her but today on remebering all this a smile took over her lips automatically...and suddenly the auto stopped near the Natraj studio...she got down and entered the studio.
RK was about to give his shot all the lights got dimmed there was pin drop silence everywhere...there was only one spotlight which was focusing on RK...suddenly he heard the sound of a payal...he new it was Madhu...he could recognise the sound...it was the same sound of payal when he met her for the first time...she came towards RK...RK too started walking towards her...even the spotlight was following him...everything was repeating once again...they both came close to eachother...their eyes were filled with happiness...RK somewhere new that she is going to say yes...every eye was on both of them...suddenly RK came down on his knees...he forwarded his hand to Madhu and said
RK: Madhu i have never ever felt so restless in my life like i have felt in they few days waiting for you...i have never even waited for someone like I have waited for you...and now you are here...and i know what is your decision...i can see it in your eyes...but I want to here it from you...so MISS MADHUBALA SHAMSHER MALIK WILL YOU MARRY ME.??
Madhu: YES (she gave her hand to him...she was smiling like she had got everything she wanted...all that she suffered just got flushed in this moment)
RK felt delighted...he stood up and they were about to hug eachother but they stopped looking everyone around...lights got on...everyone clapped for them...but there was one who was not at all happy seeing all this and that person was Vicky...the one who was behind the printing of those Pictures in the newspaper...he was the one who gave the news to media about RK and Madhu...he was there that evening...when RK was about to kiss Madhu...he took some pictures of them and gave it to the press...just only to take revenge from RK...but infact it all worked in the favour of RK and Madhu...
RK: Thanks Madhu for accepting my propsal...i asure you that you will never ever cry because of me.
Madhu: I know RK
They were lost in each others eyes...when suddenly Bittuji interrupted.
Bittuji: Chief i am really very happy for you...finally you have allowed someone to enter into your life...congratulations chief (his eyes were filled with tears...because he has seen his chief all alone...he knew that his chief has been in pain all these years..but he also knew Madhubala is the one who can fill his chief's life with all the happiness...he then looked at Madhubala..he couldn't find appropriate words to address her...he hesitated to call her Madhubala as she was going to be his chief's wife...RK noticed this and asked him)
RK: What happened Bittuji?
Bittuji: Nothing chief I was just thinking that what should i call Miss. Malik now?
Madhu and RK smiled while looking at each other...and then RK said
RK: Bittuji i have always treated you as my brother so i won't mind you calling her bhabhi ( 3 of them laughed together on this..and suddenly RK went to the director to discuss something about his scene.)
Bittuji: Bhabhiji thank you so much for coming into my chief's life...i know now everything's gonna be fine with him.
Madhu: No Bittuji don't thank me it's your Chief who has spread happiness in my life...i am happy my family is happy what else i could have thought for...hey wait...Bittuji what about RK's family...are they ready for this marriage?
Bittuji shooks his head and then RK interrupts..
RK: RK's decision is the final decision...and i want to clear one thing Madhu that i don't have any family other than biituji...yes they live in my house but...they don't exist for me...so i don't want any discussion on them okay?
Madhu nods her head but is still confused...Bittuji phone rings and he recieves the call..and leaves from there.)
RK: Oh sorry Madhu i don't have the ring with me right now.
Madhu: It's okay RK
RK: Hmm well i will give it to you on our wedding day.
Madhu: Okay (she pauses for few seconds and say)...So RK i'll take your leave now.
RK: Hey no please wait i'll drop you in the evening ok you just inform your Parents that you will be late...and I don't want any discussion on this.
Madhu: But what will I do till then?
RK: Madhu...you can see the shooting...i don't act that bad.
Madhu: Okay RK( she smiles...and he leaves)
She informed Padmini about everything...and then she started watching shooting...in between RK and Madhu stole glances of one another...and soon the shoot got over ...and RK asked Bittuji to leave so that he could spend some time alone with Madhu...they were on their way towards Madhu's house.
RK: So Madhu...what kind of wedding do you want...should it be grand one...a simple one or a destination wedding?
Madhu: No no RK nothing like that...I just want it to be a very simple one...just your family and my family...what do you think?
RK: Hmmm not bad Madhu...you have just said yes to me and you have already started reading my mind.
madhu just smiled at him...there was a complete silence for sometime...and suddenly RK held Madhu's hand while still driving the car...Madhu looked at him with her eyes opened wide...and RK said
RK: What...why are you looking at me as if i have murdered someone...you are my would be wife...atleast this much is allowed to every man in this world.
Madhu shooked her head in shyness...her cheeks were totally red...she got goosebumps when RK touched her...her hand started shivering in nervousness...and then RK said.
RK: Madhu today is the first time i saw you blushing so much and i must say you look sooo(he dragged the last word)
Madhu understood what he was trying to say and his words made her blush even more...she turned her head to the window side...as she couldn't look towards RK in this state...after few minutes they reached Madhu's house...she was about to get down from the car when RK held her hand tight to stop her...Madhu looked at him.
Madhu: What happened RK?
RK: Madhu i was thinking that if every man is allowed to hold a hand...than i must get some extra privilege don't you think so...after all i am a superstar.
Madhu: RK..what are you trying to say?
RK closed his eyes and started moving his face towards Madhu...Madhu was feeling shy she knew what he wanted but this time she was all ready...maybe something was pulling her towards him...her heart started beating in a very fast pace...she closed her eyes...they both were very close to each other she could feel RK breath on her face...suddenly RK opened his eyes...he smiled looking at Madhu who was sitting there with her eyes closed waiting for him to kiss her...but he moved slightly upwards and kissed her forehead...she opened her eyes they both looked at each other and the RK said😳❤️
RK: Thanks for trusting me Madhu...and till marriage i will not do anything that mat hurt you.
Madhu smiled at him...she now knew that she had made a right decision...and soon she said bye to him and got down from the car...she went inside and RK left.
