Chapter # 2 "In Your Arms"

"How can he not come? Why does he do this to me? Does not he know how much i love him? I HATE YOU PRINCE THAPAR. I HATE YO-" "But i love you", cut a charming voice from behind Rani. She got scared to hear this out of nowhere on a vacant road passing by the forest. Chills ran down her spine with terror. She could not gain enough courage to turn back and look who's voice was it. Suddenly, she felt something on her shoulder. It was a hand. It was his hand. Rani could do nothing but scream. The man pulled Rani close to his chest and put other hand on her lips in order to keep her down from making noise. The girl was not able to turn her neck around and see who was it. She kept trying her best in vain to free herself. "Come with me", said the man pulling Rani to the forest.

Soon was the sun going down and here Rani was trapped in a stranger's arms. With his hand over her mouth, Rani tried to yell, "Leeme you foommm. Why aar you doimm thismmm?". He kept pulling her in the forest when a rock, large enough to make them fall, came under his foot. Both of them trumbled and there they were on the ground.

Long silky black n brown hair veiling his face were difficult to swap away. He put his fingers in Rani's hair and moved them all the way down to unveil his face. This was the time Rani saw him. Brown sparkling eyes reflecting Rani could not roll off. "Prince", whispered Rani who had always imagined to be in arms of her Prince. "Why didn't you tell me it's you?", Rani questioned, getting up from the ground, still in his arms. "You were not ready to listen but juat started to scream", answered Prince dusting away dust on his clothes, "you were shouting my name". Rani told him how crazy she was for him.

Sitting on a cut lodge trunk Prince kept listening to Rani. So lost in their eyes, they did not realize when the night stretched maximum. On the sky were twinkling stars; the moonlight piercing from clouds down to ground. It was so beautiful and peaceful. It was quite long since Raj wanted to ask why was she shouting that she hate him. He could not wait more enough so he put the question forward. Rani laughed out loud and said "It's the third time you did not show up on your concert so i was very angry". Embarrassed Rani rolled her eyes down, "I'm sorr-" "No need for that", Prince cut Rani "I had my reasons girl", a frown nappeared on his face vanishing his smile. Rani was surprised to hear this. She replied, "What reasons?"
