Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chasma fame Shailesh Lodha, recently experienced biggest surprise of his life. The veteran actor and poet Shailesh was amazed, when a gathering of 25,000 people wished him on his birthday earlier this month.
It is said that Shailesh was reciting poetry at Lake City, Udaipur, when at the stroke of midnight; a big cake was suddenly ushered on the stage. The audience stood up and sang song Happy Birthday' for him in the presence of Rajasthan Home Minister, Gulabchand Kataria.
Shailesh Lodha was overwhelmed and speechless at the thunderous greetings on his birthday. The actor known as one of the country's witty poets whose impromptu one-liners leave the audience in splits, has a large fan following in abroad too.
