It might be something due to which Paro was instigated to open up in front of everyone... I actually don't know though :/

It was a pregnancy kit... Her mom clearly said there was a Pregnancy kit in the bucket with a positive result thats why she thinks Koyal is pregnant and did the same thing as her sister (Koyal's actual mom)

Yup... They showed it in the next episode...
