Nandini knew what he was going to say next and she said "PD, look everyone has accepted for it, and there is no other way, papa can't stay whole night here, tomorrow we all will be there, please, "seeing her pleading face, Manik has no other way than to accept and he said "Ok, but on one condition" Nandini readily agrees and replied "Sure, i would spend this whole Sunday with you, no more argument, now leave PD" and before he could say anything, they heard a voice "Mamma, when did i accept for this" Manik turn to him and asked "Who asked you to accept, can't you see my Nandini speaking to me", he was cut off by yash Malhotra, his son, saying "Hello, am speaking to my mamma, can't you see that" and the next moment, Nandini's hand were taken off from Manik's hand and the small boy pulled Nandini to another corner and told her "Mamma, i will also sleep here,since you and dadi are female, you need some male to protect you from evil, so i will stay with you, as am a brave boy" he told this with a beaming smile.
Nandini bend down before him and said "Yash, you are a very good boy and you will always listen to mamma's words na, today alone you go and sleep with your papa, tomorrow i'll be there with you" He thought a little and with a determined look, he said "But on one condition" Just like how Manik told and Nandini smiled and asked him to continue and he replied "You should spend this Sunday with ME" Manik came between and said "Nandini you promised me, so this Sunday is only for me" Nandini was so tired with this father-son tough fight, and she left them and went to Mohan and asked him to take them home.
Next day morning, Nandini entered into their house, dropped all the bags, which she brought from hospital and asked patil to make tea and breakfast and send it to hospital, as radha will be discharged by afternoon, and mohan asked Nandini to go back to house, as he can't manage Manik and Yash more than that. Nandini entered their room and seeing the scene before her brought a smile on her lips, Both Manik and Yash slept cuddling with her red saree each, it was Manik who first got up, and without making any sound he took Nandini to one corner, and gave her bone crushing hug and told "I missed you so much" Nandini wondered how even after five years, till Manik is in same love and go mad for her, not even one day he'll let her go away, on his official trips also, he would take her along with him, and even at her delivery time , she didn't went to her dad's house, since there is no one to take care, as her mom died when Nandini was so little, and Murthy would always be a workalcoholic and rarely comes home at time, so radha asked Nandini not to leave, and Manik was the most happiest person with that decision.
He kissed her so passionately and said "I wished you could be there in place of that saree, and longed for you" Nandini playfully hit his arms and said "Oh PD, just a night, and you missed me this much" and he replied "I can't stay away from you, i just want to hold your hand till my end,and i just want to look at this eyes, which make me go crazier more and more for you", and he was about to get her lips again, but a sound distracted them "Mamma, when did you came?" and next minute yash came jumping between them, and Nandini was replying to all his question and Yash was showing his tongue to Manik saying "Mamma, always gives yash first preference" and after that Nandini made yash ready to go to school, while Manik also got ready, he came and told "Nandini, come with me, we'll drop him in school, and we need to go to important place before going to hospital"Nandini wondered where it could be, and they all started, and they left to school, and before entering the school, yash came and kissed Nandini and asked her to kiss him back, and after that he looked at Manik proudly,and Manik turned to Nandini,and she shouted in fear "No Manik, don't ask me to do the same here with you, pls lets start" seeing her panic, he just started the car and stopped it near a boutique, Nandini asked "Is this the important place, you told" Manik entwined his fingers with hers and took her inside and they selected a red saree, Nandini faked annoyance and told "My cupboard is filled with red saree, there is no more place to keep one more" Manik passed it to the billing section and said "But not even one looks like the one which i prefer, you know Nandini, yesterday when i took your red saree, yash says even he wants that saree, i promised him that i will get another one for him, to cuddle and sleep, but he didn't accept and he challenged to get a similar one" Nandini smiled at his childish antics and headed to the car.
Manik joined her little later, and he handed her a parcel, and she opened it with eagerness, and found a black netted saree, and she asked" PD, how can i wear this saree before everyone,it looks more revealing" and he replied back "When did i asked you to wear before everyone, don't you remember Nandini, Next week, yash summer holidays starts and papa promised me that he will take yash for week's trip, so we will have our own time, i mean, if we get a company for Yash, he may stop pestering you, and stop disturbing me, what you say" he said with more mischief in his eyes, and then only Nandini noticed the car windows closed and before she could raise a question , Manik took her lips in his and he finally said "There should be no one in this world, who had kissed you more than me" and he started the car and reached hospital.
