There was complete silence in the room, the happiness was replaced by seriousness, everyone was eager to know what happened, Manik was waiting to know what was happening currently in the room, and the closeness between Aryaman and Nandini tensed him a lot,and all others were waiting to know what happened between Manik and Soha in the room, Manik turned towards Nandini and gave her a pleading look, to leave everything and stay back with him forever, but Nandini was confused to the core, as why he is looking at her in such a way, she was confused like, whether there was more problem with Soha, she went forward and gave him a pleasing look, and then Radha asked Manik " Manik, is everything OK, what did that girl said?" Then Manik remembered that everyone was waiting to know about Soha and he said "Her chapter is over, she will not be seen anywhere in our life further, so there will be no one between me and (he glared at Aryaman and said) My Nandini.Lets not talk more about her, and this is final " Nandini was so happy to hear those words, she held his hands and kept it near her cheeks and cried litte, and then she looked at him and said "thank you" Manik was so happy, when Nandini held his hand, he was so sure that his Nandini will not leave him, so he happily looked at her, and took hold of the hand she was holding and kissed at the back of the palm.
Khurana then started "Lets discuss about why we are here? " Manik glared him and said "Now that every problem is solved, Nandini will always be with me and she is my wife, only mine, don't ever think against it" and he turned his face to other side, throughout this, his hold on Nandini's hand didn't loosen a bit, he was holding her hand very strongly.Every one were looking at him with a smile in their face, and before he continued, Nandini tighten her hand over his and said "They were here to invite all of us for Aryaman-Dhriti and Mukti-Abhimanyu marriage" she said it in one go, and hearing that a huge grin was on Manik's face, she nodded her head agreeing what he heard. And after all inviting stuff, they all had dinner together, and finally Khuranas left their Mansion, leaving the privacy for Kundras, and Nandini, as usual, a sincere bahu was helping radha for, after dinner works, and Manik sat on the sofa against the kitchen and was looking constantly at Nandini, and even she steal glances of him, but the moment, their eyes met, she'll run inside, and Manik waited for Nandini outside the kitchen, and gave an impact of reading a magazine.
Atlast, when all her work was about to get over, Radha saw Manik looking at Nandini and she asked Nandini to leave to their room and she left, and Manik mediately turned towards his dad and said "Ok dad, am feeling so tired, am going to sleep" and he rushed to his room not waiting for his dad's reply, and the moment he went inside and locked the door, there was complete nervousness with both of them, though both have spent so much of time, especially so many nights together in the same room, the situation is completely different now. Nandini was just arranging the bed, when Manik went and stood behind her, he just want to scoop her in his arms and kiss her al over, but there was some thing which makes him feel hesitated,thinking Nandini may not want it now. Feeling his hot breathe on her back, she just closed her eyes and tightly closed her fist, seeing her standing still, he just patted on her shoulder and said "Nandini" his husky voice made her disturbed more and he said "Are you OK", she just nodded and got out of the closeness,and she said "I'll have a shower and come". Manik nodded and left to the other side of the bed. He lied down on his side of bed and thought "Why Nandini, don't you want me near you, are you thinking that am still the old Manik, no Nandini, am a changed one, changed Manik, your Manik, but i will not force you Nandini, i can and i will wait for you to come back to me".
Nandini stood under the shower and cried back "How long more should I wait for you Manik? Why can't you come and take me, Make me yours Manik,am dying for this from day 1, but i will force myself on you, i know you need time to come over Soha and her cheating, but don't make me wait more and don't make it hard Manik" and she closed the shower, and changed herself into a simple saree, and she came out, and once the door was opened, her fragrance reached him and it turned him on,and he tightly clutched his bed sheet, thinking "What Nandini will think about me, if i ask her by today itself, she may think i can easily switch over between Soha and her, it is not so Nandini, pls don;t think like that" and he tightly closed his eyes, Nandini lied on her side of the bed and both tired to sleep, but can't due to the distance between them.
After few hours, Manik thought to check over Nandini and he slightly turned and found her lying showing her back to him, he just called her and when there is no response, he just touched her on her arm, and Nandini got up with the jeManik and she asked "You want something Manik" , he simply nodded and pointed her, and she gave a confused look, and she asked " Did you had any bad dreams" Manik didn't have any other way and nodded his head, Nandini gave him water and said "Okkk relax, don't think about anyone, am herewith you" and she made him lie down on the bed and she lied next to him, and pulled the blanket over them and she just pampered him and caressed his hair and asked him to sleep, Manik felt so happy with the closeness and they both curled and curled and settled themselves on the bed with no gap between them and finally sleep overtook them.
