" Khushi, reach out to my house right now! We have to complete the Malhotra developers project work by tomorrow! They have suddenly preponed the deadline as there has been a prediction by their marketing manager that the market will not be profitable in the season we earlier thought of! And you have the file! I am sending my address as soon as disconnect the call." Arnav had not changed in the two months he worked with Khushi. Sometimes he was angry as if he would turn her up into a pile of ashes by his mere looks and sometimes he was as romantic as he would make her melt into a puddle of water by his actions. This man was one of a kind.

"Sir, but it is 9: 30 PM in the night! Lets do one thing, you tell me what to do and I will do it sincerely. " Khushi spoke as nicely and politely as possible knowing his anger but at the same time, she knew about his evil intentions and hence couldn't afford to go to his home at such a dark hour.

" I am not asking you Khushi, I am telling you that you have to come and it is an order or else the result is known for you!" Arnav roared in anger, while Khushi shuddered in fear as she mentally let out a prayer for her dear Devi Maiyya, who according to her had started being partial towards her boss against her.

" Okay, Sir. I will be there in 30 minutes. Send me the address." Khushi sighed, thinking about the possible sequences while Arnav disconnected the call, to send her the address.

Now only Devi Maiyya should know if they would just work, or do something wholly different.

After 30 minutes,

After getting inside the spectacular mansion that Shantivan was, Khushi eyed the rich interiors curiously and was soon lost in them. He noticed this and said loudly,

" We will work in MY study room." Saying that he started moving towards his study room and Khushi followed him as she clutched her bag tightly to ward off her fears. But unfortunately as she was walking she noticed that no one was there in the house and it boosted her fears even more.

He reached his bedroom and stopped there to see whether she was following or again lost in the interiors of Shantivan but she was following with a frightened look plastered on her face.

He soon realized the reason and said, " Anjali and Nani are out for a pilgrimage and servants went back home as their working hours are over. HP usually stays back but his mother is unwell so he went back home for today. So we are alone here."

Though he meant alone in an extremely normal way, she took it in the other way and just got more frightened.

"This is where we have to work." Arnav told her casually while she saw just his bedroom but didn't notice the study room adjacent to it which resulted in her getting shocked and misunderstanding his intentions.

She shouted," Sir, I didn't know you could stoop so low that you called me here to take advantage of me. I am leaving from here and do the hell with your job as my self-respect matters to me more than money."
