You know a part of me the rational part understands bala, that he has his own share of problems and frustration issues, but this story is from II n dude perspective so I don't like bala, maybe had it been from bala's Pov I would ve sympathized with him more...

But in Sosy the rational part gets his share of problems yet his approach is not appealing enough...

All she needs is a word of care, a gesture of empathy and understanding
