Late night, the lawyer came and when he was detailed with everything he came with the solution that Taani is already 18 years and as such they can't force her to take back with them but can harass her and along with her can also drag Swayam and Rey to the court. Though it's 100% that they will win the case in long run but initially court may ask her to return to her paternal house if not her in-laws.
Swayam was broken because he knew the consequences that once she enters their area, she can never be back. The law and court may give verdict in their favour but she will surely be stabbed to death creating some fake accidental case. Honour killing is something which still is in practise in his birth place.
The whole night passed with lots of discussion and case studies and after a lot of phone calls by both lawyer and Rey at the beginning of dawn at 3.00 AM, , the local police station was informed everything in details. Reyansh Singhania and Swayam Shehawat being well known business tycoons and respectable citizens the police persons listened everything, even they crossed questioned Taani to know whatever was being said was nothing but raw truth. Then being satisfied one of the old officer-in-charge who understood the situation well said that if her in laws had already filed a claim in the local police station of Bundi and bring a copy, he will be forced to send back Taani at that moment according to law, even knowing that she will be tortured there. And nobody can bring her back legally until the court gives verdict which may be a time taking process. Rey knew he could charge her in-laws for attempting molestation and totally convert the situation in their favour but he has promised Taani to not let get out her this secret and he didn't want to make her sad in least possible way. She was already super quiet and trying to talk to her was nothing but to break her down more But then the officer exclaimed that if only Taani gets married legally to someone and being 18 years of age and a widow, she had all right to remarry then only she can be stopped from returning moreover the case her father has filled will be automatically declared dismissed. He also informed that it has to be done before they arrives and Swayam's father had already informed that by morning they will be in Singhania Mansion. It was then their lawyer uncle who came out with an option that they can get Taani married in the mandir, and when her in-laws and father arrives if they can indulge them in unnecessary arguments for some time at least till 11AM then by the that time he will register Taani's marriage in court and then by Indian law nobody can take her anywhere neither can register any complain regarding her escape or previous marriage. But then the lawyer said that now the question arises was who will marry her in such a short notice knowing her past? Unaware to him there was someone who was craving and longing to make her his.
Rey soon declared that he was ready to marry Taani, though it was not a big miracle or something unexpected but then he had never thought of marrying her in that way.
He has always dreamt of proposing her only when she comes out totally from the clutches and debris of her past and then he wanted her to enjoy her own wedding fulfilling all her wishes. He was felling unhappy that he couldn't gift her the wedding she deserved but then he was satisfied with the thought that more than a grand wedding she deserves to live a happy, peaceful life filled with love and care. There can be compromises in the way he is getting married to her but there will be no compromise in her share of love and it can never cause a hindrance in his love for her. Rather this will make their bond more strong.
Even Swayam knew that he will get her sweet sisy married to her best buddy one day but he didn't expect it to happen so sudden and that too in this way. He had planned to settled down with Sharon within coming 6 months, He knew by the time Taani will be more comfortable in her new life, she will start her college and then being her bhai and Sharon being her bhabhi will arrange a grand wedding for her.
Sharon knew she has no one in the name of her in-laws and Swayam had already broken all tie with his family. For her Swayam's family was Taani and she would be her bhabhi. In Bangalore she has discussed with Swayam that she will get Taani her sister-in-law married to her own bhai. And she was super excited for it rather than her own marriage. She had lots of dream that everything will be perfect, food, clothing, venue menu all will be grand after all it would be her bhaiyu's marriage and she as a bhabhi and a sister will have a great role to play. But we really don't know what destiny stores for us. .
It was decided and the lawyer went away late to make the necessary preparations.
Taani was quiet, she was blank, it was not that she didn't want to get married to Rey, but she knew she needed time. She had no confusion with her feelings, she loves him with her heart and soul, she trust him more than herself and she knows his love for her. Moments back, when she was completely shattered and broken, taking her in his protective arms he had already said that she belongs to him and he will not let anyone to take her away from him. The touch of his warm lips was like his claims over her and she was satisfied that he claimed her. To fulfil his promise he is marrying her so that the burning flames of her past cannot engulf her present. But what was disturbing her was did he deserve such a wedding? Being a business tycoon, being educated handsome and the most eligible bachelor of the city may be the country does he really deserves such a wedding. She herself has witnessed in the party that not only girls even their parents are ready to do anything to get their girls married to him. And such a person is getting married in the simplest way, that too a kind of hiding just to protect her. And this is what she never wanted. She wanted to be free from the shadows of her past, to completely erase her past before she confess her love to him, and finally enter his life.
She was feeling miserable, not because her father and in-laws were coming as she knew when he has promised that he will not allow her to go back. he will surely find out means to keep his promise to save her, she loves him a lot but she never expected a sudden marriage to be the solution she didn't want to enter his life with the traces of her dark past in her heart and in her body.
She was brought back from her thought when Sharon called her to get dressed, she was looking blankly but Sharon nudged her, she was unable to find an outfit for the sudden marriage, she never wear sari and neither does Taani have any. When she was digging the wardrobe Rey entered seeing a sari and a jewellery box on his hand when Sharon tried to enquire:
R-Chotti, can you excuse us for a minute, I hope you understand.
Sh-Bhaiyu You don't need to say that. The situation is not a normal situation and jobhi ho raha hai none expected (smiling) at least etni jaldi nahi. But Bhaiyu it says whatever happens do happens for good. Tum Taani sae baat karlo, and then call me I will get her ready, time bohot kaam hai, Swayam nai Railway enquiry mai phone kiya tha, we have 6 hours more before they reach. (Saying so Sharon went away.)
Taani was sitting on the bed staring at the ground, she was wondering in her own land, some thoughts were coming, she didn't knew what was right or wrong. Rey sat beside her and held her arms, feeling his touch she looked at him with tears in her eyes. He cupped her face and then placed a wet kiss on her forehead, at the beginning he found no reaction but when slowly she encircled her arms around his torso he understood that she is reciprocating. He knew from last few hours whatever was happening has left her broken speechless and shattered, even before taking a lifelong decision of a marriage no one asked her opinion. He knew she loved him the way he loves her but still marriage is always a vital decision in any individual's life and it should never be taken in such short hours but he was indeed helpless. The first priority was to save her from the clutches of those in-humans. Remembering her wounds and the reason her fist clenched tight but he took a deep breath as time was running out then departing her from himself he looked straight in her eyes, and holding her palms in his he said.
R-Taani, I know whatever is happening right or wrong is not the question, point is it shouldn't have happened in this way. But tum bhi janti ho humarae pass koi or option nahi hai, jobhi ho jayae I can't allow you to go back to that hell. All I want to say is that tumnae hamesha mujhpar bharosa kiya hai, you have trusted me in all situation, cahae woh red colour pehena ho, yeah apna dard mujhsae share karna ho even when you felt alone you have showed your trust sleeping in my arms, and today all I am saying is keep your trust on me, Tumhara Rey kabhi tumharae liya kuch bhi galat hona nahi dega. (With a small pause)
Sapnae mainae bhi bohot dakhae thae, I had the dream and the ability to buy for u the best designer lehenga, the best diamond jwellery for our marriage but human apnae destiny manhahi parta hai.. Taani Yeah lo (handing her a simple bright red saraee and some old fashioned heavy golden jewellery) It's my mom's saree and jewellery, I could have still tried to arrange something but then I thought may be by wearing these mom will bless us. Get ready I am sending Sharon.

Taani's POV:
Mujhae nahi pata, kaya sahi hai kya galat, but ha I trust you and I know aap humesha mere saath rahogae. Bhai bhi yehii cahata hai. But I didn't want this I wanted to be your forever but aysae nahi I wanted you to feel proud of me but daar lag raha hai, kahi maai aapke jindagai mai akae galti toh nahii ka rahi hu. Mujhae apanae past sae bohot daar lagta hai. I don't want the shadows of my past to fall on our preset and future. Krishnaji humesha mere Rey ka khayal rakhna, (Holding the saree and Jewellery and caressing it) Mainae aap ko nahi dekha aap Rey ki ma ho, aap ki sarii is a treasure to me more than any costly designer wear, bless me Ma so that I can always be with him and make him proud, bless me so that mai humesha Rey ka, Sharon bhabhi ka and bhai ka khayal rakh pau.
Later on at about 4.30 AM they all went to Arya Samajh Durga Mandir, the priest was called for and Rey married Taani in front of Ma Durga- the Goddess of strength and power with the auspicious hymns chanted by the priest. When the priest called for Taani's parents Swayam stepped forward and completed the "KANNYDAN RASAM" after which he handed Taani's hand to Rey, stopping the pandit jii in between he said
"Rey you are my best buddy, mai tujhae saalo sae janta hu. Taani meri behen hai, yeah by blood relation she is no one to me but I have accepted this little girl as my little sister from the inner core of my heart bohot payaar karti hu esae. Tu saab kuch janta hai about her past, my Taani has suffered a lot, mujhae saach mai nahi pata Panditji nae mujhae Sanskrit mai kaya kahalwaya but all I want to say is promise me whatever happens you will not let her cry".
Rey hugged him and whispered in his years "Tuh hi janta hai what your sister means to me and if she cries I will never be able to forgive myself."
The marriage proceedings went on for a hour and when panditjii asked for managal sutra they realized they didn't had any. Rey opened the silver chain he wears which he considers as a luck charm and tied it round Taani's neck.
The priest too smiled, and ultimately filling her parted hair with dark red sindoor (vermillion) she became forever his eternally and legally.
By the time the sun started rising, taking the marriage pics lawyer went away to do the need full and the four headed to their house. The journey was quiet except a bit of chatter patter done by Sharon. Entering the Singhania Mansion old Kaka kept a pot filled with Rice and inverting it with her right leg she entered completing the "GRIHYA PRAVESH" in her husband's house.
Sharon took Taani to Rey's room, helping her to put off her jewellery she made her sleep in that saree as she knew Taani needed some mental rest. Though throughout the time she tried her level best to keep the atmosphere tension free but she too knew they had to handle tough situation coming ahead and for that first Taani needs to be strong. Though legally matters were under control but standing in front of her own father going out of the prejudices which were inherited in her from a tender age and protesting was not so easy. She sat beside her and as an elder sister ruffled her hair and then after the whole lot of event she said, "Taani whatever happened was destined to take place. There are things which we can't control. Mujhae nahii pata Taani tum bhaiyu ke liya kya feel kartii ho but all I can say is bhaiyu will never leave your hand in the path of life. Taani I was just 7 when my parents died in plane crash, bhaiyu was 10 but since then he has taken care of me like a mom and dad yet giving me brother's love. Taani girls always tried to be near him but he gave a damn care lekin the moment bhaiyu saw you I could see the longing and wanting in his eyes. Tumhara past bhaiyu ko koi effect nahi karta. Dakna Taani (nodding her head in denial) nahii... Taani nahi.. Bhabhi but tum mujhsae chotti bhi ho, so I prefer Taani Bhabhi, so Dakhna bhabhi bhaiyu aap ko bohot payaar karangae, just give your relation a chance". They continued their small chitchat until sleep took over their eyes.
Later Morning 7.30 AM:
Sharon was in the kitchen, instructing kaka about breakfast menu Taani was still sleeping as Sharon decided to let her sleep after a stressful night and an eventful day was yet to begin. Swayam was in the living reading newspaper trying hard to divert his attention from the upcoming event. Rey went to his room to change and take a fresh shower.
The moment he entered his lips curved into a beautiful smile. She was sleeping in his bed sorry their bed, draped in his mother's red saree, her hair open, and her sindoor shining red in her hair a bit more merged on her forehead. Her necklace was not there but his lucky charm chain was adoring her slim swan like neck, her wrist shining with the gold bangles, the gold jhumkas dangling in her ears everything was reflecting her newly married state was giving of the statement that she belongs to him. Moreover she was today sleeping in his pillow in his side of the bed looking beautiful. The red sari and the gold ornaments were complementing her cream coloured skin. He came and sat beside her on the bed. He was staring at her all he wanted to take her cocoon her in his protective arms and love her forgetting all tensions and worries. He was satisfied because whatever be the situation she is his. His nightmare of addressing her as Taani Shekhawat was gone forever. She is now rightfully Taani Reyansh Singhania. Her all documents will now contain bare Singhania, the thought even gave shivers down his spine. He was smiling ear to ear. He kept his palm on her forehead, caressing her hair. Admiration was oozing out his orbs. His manly instinct was pondering in his heart to love her and mark her as his, to caress every inch of her. According to him she was the most beautiful and ravishing yet innocent girl he has seen in his in his entire life. He could still feel her soft rose petal like lips on his lip which he have just touch to make her believe that she belongs to him. He wanted to feel it once again tasting the sweetness of hers feeling her soft smooth skin under his palms but he knew things were not normal and even he had no hurry to make it. He wanted to love her but not at the cost of making her uncomfortable by rushing things. He wanted to give her time, because things which could be planned beautifully has occurred in a hurry. He rested himself beside her on his arms and was busy in his room admiring her sleepy form and was lost in his world precisely their world ruffling her hair caressing her forehead. She stirred in her sleep he was conscious but then the sweetest thing ever took place in his life, in her sleepy form she pulled his hand and resting it on her waist she rested her head on his arms and snuggled her face on his chest comforting herself she once again slipped into deep slumber clutching the material of his vest. He could do nothing but smile at her, seeing her trust and dependence on him even in her deep sleep. He pulled her a little bit closer she blabbered something in her sleep and dozed off more peacefully in his warmth.
At near about nine the doorbell rang, Swayam straightened his arms, a cold shiver ran down his spine, Sharon came out from the kitchen she knew he needed her, so composing her structure rather reminding herself of her own Siren avatar she sat beside Swayam.
Kaka welcomed the guest even he had an unpleasant facial appearance welcoming the unwanted guest. Swayam's father his chachaji and Taani's father came. His father introduced him with Taani's father, he gave a nodding. All rested themselves on the sofas. Kaka brought water for them. Swayam's father initiated conversation asking about his health and business etc etc, whereas Swayam had no mood in sharing unwanted pleasantries so he prepared himself mentally and decided to straight forwardly come to the point.
Sw- Dakhiya baba, mujhae nahi lagta etnae saalo baad aapko achanak mera etna yaad ayaya ki aap Rajasthan sae saab ko lake mere haalchaal puchnae ayaa ho. So please cut the crap and tell me what you all want?
SD (Swayam's Dad)- Ghar ki bahu hai woh, she have to go with us. Humhae pura haq hai ushae le janae ka
Sw- (His forehead quivered narrowing his eyes he said) Sochna bhi maat... I can go to any level to stop her from returning to that hell more over she is now ... (before he could complete)
SC (Swayam's chacha)- Beta samajh ne ke koshish karo she is your late elder brother's wife, woh Shekhawat khandan ki bahu hai, ghar ki ijjat hai woh
A roaring voice came from the stares " Ijjat... woh aap log kahae rahe ho?" All looked towards the stairs there came Mr.Reyyansh Singhania- a arrogant hot headed businessman in his early twenties nobody could say he is the same old Rey who few hours back was staring at his newly wedded wife like a love sick puppy.
Coming straight down he sat beside his best buddy giving him a hii-fie and a warm smile looking at Sharon he said "Ja Chotti Taani upar hai she is sleeping go and be with her". Sharon nodded her head in approval smiling she left because she knew when her bhaiyu smiles a bit more in a critical situation it's just that he is perfectly ready to scare the hell out of the person who has messed with him or has in a slightest possible way hurt his loved ones.
R- Ha so, kya bole rahae thae aap ijjat and all?
SD (Swayam's Dad)- Beta listen please don't talk in between when I am talking to my son regarding our family matter.
R-You listen Mr. Shekhawat first of all don't call me beta and all.. I am Mr Reyansh Singhania and I would prefer if you address me so. Now coming to your family matters, as far as I know Swayam is my best buddy and for him we are his near ones more than you people.
SD (Swayam's Dad)- Swayam, beta tum kuch bol kiu nahii rahae ho, tumhara dost mera apman kar raha hai, and you are quiet.
SC (Swayam's chacha)- Ha.. Ha Swayam apnae baba sae koi bhala aysae baat karta hai kya? Tujhae ......
Sw-Please aap rahene dijiyaa...not interested.
R- and you Mr. whatever Shekhawat don't you dare open your mouth warna mujsae bura koi nahi hoga.
Sw-And if you all are talking about family then Rey is my family too cause ak mahinae mae mera aur Sharon ka shaddi hai.
Swayam's father and Chacha jumped out getting the new piece of news, a girl wearing a dress which barely covers her knees will be a Shekhawat Khandan bahu?
SD (Swayam's Dad)- Hum kabhi nahi manaengae.

Taani's father- Dakhiya Swayam beta aap apnae jindagie mai cahae kuch bhi kijiya meri beti ko lauta dijiya , humae apnae samajh mai koi hungama nahi cahiya, biwa hai woh aur usae sasural mai hie rehena parega. (You do whatever you want in your life but return my daughter because we have to stay in our society and being a widow she has to stay with her in-laws and that's the custom.)
Sw- aap Taani ke baba ho kar kaysae kahae saktae ho and how can you support the torture they does to your own daughter.
Swayam's father- Tum cahe kuch bhi karo kisisae bhi shaddi karo, humae koi farak nahi parta kiu ki hum jantae hai tum kabhi ghar wapas nahi ayogae but all we want is hum apnae ghar ki bahu Taani ko wapas le jayengae.
R-Nahi jayagiee.!!
Sharon was standing near the stairs, Taani was really scared with the upcoming events she didn't want to face anybody, specially the incidents of that night was flashing in her eyes but she was helpless she couldn't even share it with Sharon. Whereas dressing her properly in the same red saree Sharon forced her to come out as she wanted her to face her fears so that for once and all she can let go the blemishes of her past. She was holding her palms like an elder sister but hearing Swayam's chacha's allegations:
SC (Swayam's chacha)- Dekha bhaiya bahu kaysie larki hai, aapnae raang roop sae saab pae kaysa jaduu kiya hai...pehele Swayam ab yeah larka...(before he could complete)
She couldn't control herself anymore leaving her hand she came in front of them. They were standing facing there back. Sharon came forward
Sh- Chacha jii kuch bhi kahanae sae pehele soch lijiya ga you are accusing the owner of the house standing in her house.
Sharon was involved in the conversation but all Rey could see was her standing at the corner, the moment he led her eyes on her arrogance was gone one look at her softened his nerves smiling he left the place and took steps towards her, he saw her bit scared and he can never late that happen, whereas nobody saw him moving as were busy tackling Miss Arrogance Siren Singhania.
SC (Swayam's chacha)- Matlab ?
Sw- Baba please calae jaiyaa, please go I don't want to insult you all neither do any one here but Taani ko kisi kimaat par we will not send.
SC (Swayam's chacha)- Bhej na toh Swayam tumhae paraga, hum leke jayangae, humane thanae mai complain likhaiyi hai, Mumbai ke police bhi rook nahi sakta, Taani ke baba ko haq hai apnae beti ko le Janae ka.
Sh- Cha cha ji (smiling )Law and all app logo ko bohot malum hai ... So let me tell you the house you are standing right now belongs to her, according to law aap ghar mai akae ghar ki malkin ko dhamki nahi de saktae? Samjhae?
SD (Swayam's Dad)- yeah to Reyansh ka ghar I mean it's your brother's house.
Rey- (holding her wrist brought her in front of them and then pulling her in his embrace) she is Taani Reyansh Singhania... My wife
Shocked was an understatement, the girl who was destined to wear white cotton clothes he rest of her life, who was forced to eat once a day was standing in front of them in a bright red saree, her wrist adoring golden bangles, golden jhumkas zingling from her ears her parted hair shining with the sindoor, extra traces of vermillion on her forehead was witnessing her newly married status standing in the cosy arms of her husband.
R- And dare any one of you say a nonsense about my wife better be ready to face the after effects (looking straight at Swayam's chacha with vengences in his eyes when he saw his eyes scanning Taani's body top to bottom and tightening his grip on Taani pulling her and hiding her behind him) Sochna bhi maat, remember I am her husband and there is nothing hidden from me so it's better for you to move my one phone call can put you behind bars..(looking at Swayam and Sharon) I mean you all for harassing my wife.
Sw- baba duniya ka koi bhi kanoon ak biwi ko apnae paati sae duur rahene par majboor nahi kar sakta. Aur mainae apnae hatho sae mei behen ka KANYADAN kiya hai. Please I don't want to keep any relation with you all I am happy with my small family my sister, my best buddy and my would be wife.
Sh- Now you understand this house belongs to my bhai and bhabhi. So please do the honour of leaving right now or I have to call the guards.
They all left because Taani being an adult and getting married left no option and mean time lawyer too informed that there marriage has been registered and now according to Indian law she Mrs Taani reyansh Singhania belongs only to her husband Mr Singhania. They had their breakfast, things were not so difficult to handle as they thought. But all three could feel she was still quiet and to change her mood Swayam declared that he has become tiered eating hotel food and today she wants to eat food cooked by his dearest sister. Sharon and Taani headed to the kitchen, and both the guys got busy discussing the upcoming venture in Paris. And without anyone's notice both the love birds were stealing glances as suddenly today Rey was feeling thirsty every 15 minutes and was hell bound to go to the kitchen himself for drinking water.
