Dressed for time

When Nauheed Cyrusi didn't like a dress, a new one was promptly stitched for her on the sets of Love Ka Tadka

Nauheed Cyrusi threw a fit recently on the sets of Gautam Adhikari's Love Ka Tadka. Nauheed upset over an ill-fitting costume. However, to please the actress a new outfit was created within hours! And this time, she loved it so much that she wanted to keep the dress.

Urvi, Gautam Adhikari's daughter, who has done styling for the characters in the film says, "I designed clothes for Nauheed and others. I made an outfit for Nauheed but it didn't fit her well. It was a purple-coloured casual fusion dress she had to wear after a marriage scene. Since we had to can the shot that day itself, we had no option but to quickly stitch another costume. This time it was a black tube top, a black net skirt and a jersey. Nauheed liked it so much that she wanted to keep it for herself."

Has Nauheed taken the coustume home yet? "She will, once the shoot is over. Right now, we need it for continuity of the shot," says Urvi.

Nauheed was surprised that the costume was created so quickly. She says, "I just loved it for the fact that in these you can hardly wear film costumes outside, but this dress is very wearable."
