Next day anni had to meet maan in the office , n asked geet to accompany her ... she knew maan will be busy and she had to wait for him, so instead of getting bore she wanted geet to come with her

"geet chalo na , aaj bhai k office jaana ha " [ geet today I have to go to bro's office ..lets go " ]

" par anni main tere bhai k office main kya karun gi ??"[ but anni what will i do there?]

" chalo na .. bhai hameha busy rehte hain .. main akele bore ho jaon gi " [ please come with me , else i will b bored]

" theek ha ... " [ ok ]

Geet still didn't know anni is maan's sister ... her hand was still paining ... but as bj was out for some meeting so she also went with anni ... she was also bored ...

her face glittered with joy when driver stopped at khurana constructions and anni asked her to come ... Anni didn't miss the shine on her face ..

" dora , what made u so happy ??"

Geet st : same question as bj .. do I really express this much ?? she touches her face

Anni: doraaa ...where r u lost now??? Come bhai must b waiting ..

Geet St : bhaii .anni khurana ?? she whacked her head for noticing the surname so late ... But she was happy , her hero is anni's bro ...

Maan was in his cabin , busy with his files .. he felt sudden restlessness , but again got engrossed in work ...

Anni asked about maan and to her luck he was not in meeting ... so she will do her work and will go ... as they both came outside his cabin anni said

"Dora , u stay here ... I will meet him in cabin and will come back "

Geet looked at her confused , why is she saying so ...

" dora don't mind na ... u know bhai don't like if I take my friends in his cabin , he gets irritated with their talks ... He don't like to talk much ...

Geet ST : nahi nahi ...yeh hero nahi ho sakta ... [ no this cant be hero ]

" hmm " geet murmurs in her own thougths ...

Anni took it as her yes and stepped inside leaving her back ...

After a moment geet came back to her senses and looked for anni who was not there anymore and she was standing still in front of maan's cabin ...

maan felt her presence ... then chided himself " control maan !! u met yesterday only .."

" baby ..." he closed his eyes in frustration ...he called anni , baby who was looking at him confused since when she entered his cabin ...he was acting weird ..

'bhai , everything alright ??"

" hmm ..i called u to sign these insurance papers " he came straight to the point ,... he wanted anni to go soon else he will do some big blunder ...

here she wanted to barge inside his cabin , being so close she could feel his presence but cant go inside ...she wasn't sure ...what if he gets angry for getting in his cabin as anni said ...

but then she is geet ... who will stop her ...

" khud to har bar meri hut main aa jaata tha ... aik baar gussa to ho k dikhaay ... btati hun main usse " [ everytime he used to come to my hut , let him stop me once ..i will deal with it ]

..thinking this she banged open the door ... and pen slipped from anni's hand by which she was signing the paper .. ... expecting an angry glare from maan and yeah a bit of scolding at home , but nothing like that happened ...

Maan's eyes were fixed on the intruder ... Geet wanted to go near him and start her blabber , but no anni was there ... Whereas maan was irked for not getting privacy ... anni was becoming kabab main big huge haddi ...

Anni first look at maan and then at geet ... both seem to be in different world ...

" bhai .." she called softly but who was listening to her ??he wasn't ... ? he was thinking of the ways to go and hug her tight

Geet walked towards him taking baby steps, looking at him directly ... now anni was silent spectator ... she didn't say anything ...

As geet reached near him lost , her hand slightly hit the table , and she hissed slightly ,,,that didnt pain much but maan got up instantly and hold her elbow ..

" is it still paining ?? I told u to take rest ... but no u wont .he makes her sit in his chair ..

Anni looked at him confused , first he didn't react for her friend bring here ..then he hold her and asked her if she is fine ?? and makes her sit in his chair

Anni ..." oh man !! is he the same , who don't even like my friends to enter his office premises ... just coz they talk to him ...

He was about to call doctor when geet said " main theek hun " [ i m alright ]

" nahi , tum theek nahi ho ... look at ur face ... ." [ no u r not .. look at ur face] his hand was about to reach her cheek when anni said ..

" bhai .. how do u know her ??"

Both of them became conscious , what to answer ???.. "he saved me yesterday " ..she told this much only ...

"bhai ?? u saved her from kidnappers ?? bj told me in the morning but he was in hurry so I didn't ask the full details "

" yes I did " ... his answered in stern voice totally irked by her presence ... why not , he had always been alone with his junglii , and now he couldn't even talk to her openly ...

Anni examined his face , as if trying to read something , after all she too is his sister and knows him well too ...

" not bad .." anni thought and said , " bhai , I m gonna meet pinky " ... then turned to geet .." dora , u sit here for sometime , I will send oil, massage will help reducing pain ...hmm

Saying so she left , giving one last look to both ...

Now both were in ,and maan was holding her arm ever so softly ...

" bola na main theek hun " [ i said m ok]

" haan wo to dikh hi raha hai ... look its still blue " [ i can see that ... look its still blue ] he pointed towards her elbow ...

" haan ab kal lagi to aik din main to theek nai ho sakta na " [ hmm it cant heal in one day right?]

" so ? abhi tumhain ghar pe rest karna chaiye tha na " [ so ? u had to take rest at home ]

" haan , aur tere se milne ka chance kaisay miss kar deti ?? " [ how could i miss the chance to meet u 😉😛]

" oh to tum mujh se milney aayi ho ??" [ u came to meet me? ]

" hmm " ..

Now maan has a naughty plan ...

" chalo phir chaltay hain ..kaheen bahar " [ ok then lets go , somewhere]

" nahi ,anni b ha ... " [ no anni is with me ]

" to kia hua ...sab ko pata lagna chaiye maan singh khurana se koi milney aaya ha " [ so what ? everyone must know , someone came to meet MSK]

" nahi wo ... ..." [ no ] that's when she saw the naughty glint on his face , she hit him a bit hard and ran out ...

Maan followed but anni was outside and he had to behave ...geet left with anni and he smiled looking at her retreating figure ... she always bring smile on his face ...

Days were passing smoothly , maan got less time to spend with geet as she was always with anni or brij ...

Anni was noticing his behavior , her name brings smile on his face ... so decided to talk to him finally ... she saw him sitting in his room , and was not doing anything ... so she just barged in ..

He straightens ...

" anni , what bring u here ??"

" so I cant come to meet my bro "

" chalo come to the point "

" u like her ??" .. that was direct , maan didn't even know what she is referring to ,,

" whom ??"

Anni made a yawn face ... her bro is so unromantic ..

Love ??? he never thought of this ... he liked to be with her , every moment spent with her was nice ... she was color in his colorless life and light for his dark heart .. is that called love ?? he never felt this emotion , this was and unknown sensation ... love?? Can he title their big relationship with this mere word ???

Getting no answer anni left disappointed ,. She thought of he loved her , he would have told ...

Here maan was fighting his own inner battle.
