The Baby Project

Hey Everyone I just want to say a Huge Thank You to everyone for welcoming so warmly to this forums, also for liking my story... I know I took ages to update but I think I will normally be updating on weekends so you can look forward to and update then... I really hope you enjoy the story... Thanks

Part 1

It was a lovely day the birds sang, the flowers swayed in the slight breeze... down the steps came a beautiful girl in a long white wedding gown... flowers in her hands... she walked down the aisle, slowly she lifted her eyes up to see her prince who was waiting for her at the end of the aisle. She smiled as she saw Aaron... She walked up to him, staring only at him everyone else was a blur... as she reached him he held out his hands and she gently placed her hands in his... They stood together...

Someone was talking, but she was not listening...

"You may now kiss the bride..." Someone said... As Aaron leaned in to kiss her... she closed her eyes...

"Taani Wake Up!!!!!" Her mother shouted...

"Huh?" She smiled snuggling back into bed trying to remember the amazing dream she was having...

"Two more minutes mama..." She said sleepily...

"Its late!!! Kria will be here in five minutes!" He mum shouted

"What???" She said jumping out of bed she realised she had over slept...

"Oh No!!! I am Late!!!" Taani cried... She hurried to her cupboard to get some clothes...

Her mum appeared at the door...

"Why do you think I am screaming" He mum said teasing her...

"Thank you mama... love you.." She kissed her mum before heading for a quick shower...

Downstairs...

"Hello Auntie..." Kria said as she came into the house...

"Hi Kria beti Kaise ho?" Taani mum said smiling

"Teek hoon...Where is Princess Taani...?" She asked

"She over slept... now she is rushing around getting ready..." Taani's mum said laughing...

"Just as always..." Kria said shaking her head and grabbing a piece of toast...

Just then Taani came rushing into the kitchen... still putting an earring on...

"Ok bye mama..." She said as she hugged her mum...

"At least eat something..." Her mum said

"No time... we are late... Come on Kria" Taani said pulling Kria by the hand...

"I'm eating..." Kria said her mouth full of toast...

"Too bad..." Taani said, dragging her

"Bye Auntie..." Kria called behind her...

"Bye!!" Taani's mum answered...

"I have been waiting for this day... forever." Taani squealed

"I know it has finally come!!!" She said eating the last bit of toast, as the two girls walked to school...

"The Baby Project... I really want to be chosen!!" Taani said excitedly

"Yup and everyone knows that you wish it was Aaron you would be in the house with right..."Kria said teasingly

"Ha ha of course... I really hope so fingers crossed!!!" Taani said excitedly...

"Just imagine Aaron and Taani... with all of those children... perfect family!" Kria said painting a picture in Taani's head...

"Hmmm..." Taani had gotten lost in her thoughts again...

Taani and Kria was about to cross the road when a motorbike drove down the road at a fast speed nearly hitting Taani...Kria pulled Taani out of the way just in time...

"Taani watch out!!!" Kria called pulling her...

Taani and Kria both fell... the guy on the motorbike did not even look back!!

"Stupid!!! Crazy Man!!!" Kria shouted at the biker, getting up...

She then looked down at Taani, she helped her up...

"Are you ok?" Kria asked worried

"Yeh I'm ok Thanks..." Taani was a little shaken...

"Stupid people don't know how to drive..." Kria said... she continued talking but Taani tuned her out she was thinking about the guy on the bike...

They soon reached school and were both back to normal after the scare...

The school was buzzing with news, the choosing of the Baby Project will be happening today... The Baby Project was for the 17-18 year old students... and as in the higher years has equal chances of being in the project lots of theories were buzzing around the school...

Kria and Taani were walking up to their class, back on the Baby Project topic...

"Oh no incoming..." Kria said to Taani... Taani looked up and saw Shivam walking towards them...

Shivam was a loner in the school, he did not have many friends... when they were younger Taani had stuck up for him when he was bullied... since then Shivam has had a crush on Taani which actually made Taani feel a little creeped out because he use to follow her everywhere...

"Quick let's go before he sees us..." Taani said quickly pushing Kria to walk faster...

"Hi Taani..." Shivam said quickly... Taani groaned inwardly, but she turned around with a smile on her face...

"Hey Shivam... how are you?" Taani asked politely... Kria stood a little back waiting for Taani... Shivam completely ignored Kria and focused all of his attention on Taani...

"You look very pretty today..." He complemented her...

"Thanks..." She said but she started feeling uncomfortable as Shivam was just staring at her...

"Okay im going to go... to class..."Taani said quickly...

"Wait..." Shivam said holding her hand... Taani quickly took her hand back...

"Sorry... This is for you!" He said giving her a rose...

"Thank you... Bye..." Taani said quickly and he left him standing there... Kria walked with Taani...

"He is such a creep..." Kria said slowly...

"I know... he gives me the shivers..." Taani said rubbing her hand...

They had now reached their class... they waited outside as they were early... Just then two boys turned the corner and walked towards them...

Taani instantly went into dream mode as she saw Aaron and Vicky walk towards them...

Kria looked at Taani... she nudged her...

"Taani... your drooling..." She said and started laughing... Taani snapped out of her trance...

"No I am not!!" She said quickly wiping her face...

"Hey guys..." Vicky called...

"Hey!!!" Kria replied... Aaron smiled at Kria and then he looked at Taani... who was blushing slightly...

"Ohhh rose... does Taani have a secret admirer?" Vicky asked with a slight glance at Aaron...

"Oh Yeh totally..." Kria said laughing...

"It's not a secret admirer... it's from Shivam ..." Taani said rolling her eyes and throwing the rose at Vicky...

"Oh Thanks... but maybe you meant to give it to someone else..." Vicky teased Taani...

Aaron smiled and shook his head... Taani went as red as a tomato...

Taani was saved from replying when someone bumped into her...

"Ouch!!" Taani said...

"Ooops sorry Taani didn't see you there..." Sharon said swishing her hair...

"I bet you didn't..." Kria whispered angrily...

"Hey everyone..." Sharon said dramatically... Taani smiled at Sharon she always wanted to show she was better than Taani...

"Hey Sharon..." Vicky replied...

After a while the rest of the class joined them and they went in for their lesson...

Later on after Lunch, afternoon lessons were cancelled due to the choosing of the students, who will participate in the Baby Project...

Everyone gathered in the hall excited to see what was going to happen... as they took their seats their attention was at the front where the adults were standing...

"Hey who is that guy?" Vicky asked pointing up to where the teachers were standing; there was a man who looked like the fun type...

"No Idea..." Kria said also wondering who he was...

"Probably the person who organised the project..." Aaron said watching the man...

"Wow he is really good looking..." Sharon said fixing her hair...

Vicky started laughing at Sharon being stupid...

Taani also watched the guy really was good looking...

"Ok everyone let's quiet down..." The head teacher said as everyone had finally filled into the hall...

Everyone was silent...

"As you all know that we are here for the choosing of the famous Baby Project..." The head started...

"We are very happy to be having this project at our school... and I hope that whoever participates in the program will do their very best... and make this school proud..." he continued...

"Right now I will be handing the mike over to Mr Rohan who is the organiser of this Project, he will be guiding the chosen students through each stage of the Project... So please give a huge round of applause for Mr Rohan!!" The head said, he then handed the mike over to Rohan...

"HELLLO EVERYONE!!!!" Rohan shouted into the mike...

Everyone cheered... the gang applauded and laughed at Rohan's enthusiasm...

"Ok guys... Just to give you some information about the project... there will be five couples in total... each couple will go through the stages of life after you have moved in with your partner, husband or wife... so we will start with being pregnant, not real of course..." Rohan started...

Everyone laughed again...

"Then we will have babies, toddlers, children and teenagers... so the Project will last seven weeks... in total... and we will see how each couple handles each situation..."Rohan informed them...

Everyone was excited...

"Okay it's now time to start the choosing..." Rohan said... Two helpers brought on to the stage two bowls...

"We have two bowls... one for the boys and one for the girls..." Rohan explained...

Kria looked at Taani the two held hands...

Everyone else was quiet...

"Okay I will now pick our first couple..." Rohan walked up to the boys bowl and picked out the first paper... he read the name...

"Shivam!!!" He calls out... Shivam sat in his chair frozen... "Shivam where are you?" Rohan asked again...

Taani gave a worried look to Kria who had the same look on her face... Taani quietly prayed she was not chosen with Shivam...

Shivam slowly stood up... and walked on to the stage... keeping his head down...

Rohan started the applause and everyone clapped some stopped quickly...

"Okay let's see who is with Shivam..." Rohan said as he walked over to the girls pile... Taani squeezed her eyes shut... praying that it was not her...

"Ella!!!" Rohan said... Taani started clapping along with the others... Kria hugged her and the both of them smiled at each other...

Ella walked onto the stage and stood next to Shivam... keeping a little distance... Shivam did not look happy...

"Okay now for our next couple..." He walked up to the boys bowl and picked a chit and read it...

"Vicky!!!" Rohan said... There was a huge round of applause especially from the gang as Vicky dramatically went onto the stage...

"Okay Vicky is very popular I can see... Now for Vicky's lady..." Rohan said he walked to the girls bowl and picked up a chit and read it...

"Neha!!" Rohan said excitedly... this wiped the smile off of Vicky's face... and Vicky buried his hands into his hand...

Kria and Taani laughed... along with Aaron... Neha was crazy about Vicky and calls him Babu!!!...

Neha was super excited and ran onto the stage and stood very close to Vicky who moved away but Neha kept moving closer... Vicky ended up bumping into Ella and had to apologise... Everyone was laughing...

"Okay... moving on our next couple..."Rohan said half laughing... he grabbed a paper from the boys bowl...

"Swayam!!!" Rohan called out... everyone clapped politely...

"I feel sorry for anyone who is with him... he is such a looser..." Sharon said to the others in the gang...

Taani did not really know Swayam but she though he looked like the gentle type... she frowned at what Sharon said...

Rohan was now making his way to the girls bowl...

"Sharon!!!" Rohan called out... Sharon was frozen

Kria burst out laughing and Taani hit her trying to get her to stop laughing but Taani also started laughing...

"Go on Sharon..." Aaron said... he also had a smile on his face...

Sharon needed a little assistant but managed to get up on the stage... Swayam smiled at her and she gave him the death glare... he looked away scared...

"Okay this is now our second last couple... let's see..." Rohan walked over to the boys bowl and picked out a paper...

"Aaron!!!" Rohan called out... Aaron got the loudest cheer... all of the girls were super excited...

Kria and Taani congratulated him as he passed them to go onto the stage...

"All the best" Kria whispered to Taani who blushed and smiled...

"Okay now for the lady..." Rohan said as he made his way to the girls bowl... everyone held their breath and Taani closed her eyes again praying...

"Kria!!!" Rohan said...

Taani was shocked... Kria looked at Taani...

"Taani... I'm sorry..." Kria said she looked really sorry...

"Chill... go..."Taani said with a smile on her face... she pushed Kria to go on to the stage... Kria looked back a few times... but Taani smiled at her...

Aaron smiled at Kria but she did not smile back, she saw Taani in the crowd...

"Okay now for our last couple... I think this time I am going to do ladies first..." Rohan said... he made his way over to the girls bowl and pulled out a paper...

Taani felt alone as all of her friends were on stage...

"Taani!!!" Rohan said... Taani was happy she jumped up and came and stood on stage next to Kria...

"Okay and now for our final participant..." Rohan made his way over to the boys bowl and picked out a name...

Taani prayed that it was a good guy...

"REYANSH SINGHANIA!!!" Rohan said...

Taani's eyes snapped open... In her mind she was screaming NOOO!!!!!
