Part 1

Bhopal:

A young woman was talking on her cell in her room. She was wearing a light blue business shirt n black short-skirt.

"Okay Aditi(Aditi Gupta), get ready for d meeting. I will be there in some time," said d woman.

She talked for some more time instructing her wat to do as she was her secretary. D woman is Zoya Farooqui, d only daughter of Gaffur n Zainab Farooqui. She is 25 years old. Her mother died wen she was 12 years old due to blood cancer. Zoya became shattered after her mother's death. Gaffur was also shattered on losing his wife. A year later wen Zoya was 13 on friends insistence, Gaffur married a woman named Razia who was d sister of his friend Mubarak Qureshi. Mubarak n his younger brother were d owners of Qureshi Constructions. D friends said dat Zoya needs mother's love. Razia was a simple n soft spoken woman who was nice to Zoya. So, Gaffur married her thinking dat she will be a great mother to Zoya. Razia was a widow wid 3 children-Faiz was just 4 months younger to Zoya, Tanveer was 11 n Humeira was 9. After marriage, Razia showed her true colours. She wud pretend to be nice in front of Gaffur but wen Zoya wud be alone she wud be very mean to her. Faiz n Tanveer were mean n spoilt child but Humeira was sweet n caring. Humeira was d only one who loved Zoya 4md step-family. Gaffur was not interested in Razia. He only married her for Zoya. He had only loved Zainab. Razia married Gaffur only for his property as her family even though a business family were much less richer than them. Zoya wud constantly get into fight wid Faiz n Tanveer. Humeira always sided wid Zoya. Gaffur was unaware of Razia's true nature until much later.

Zoya came out of her room.

"Zoyaaa," she heard some woman calling her.

Zoya came in d hall as d voice came 4m there.

"Razia, wat happened?" asked Zoya

Zoya did not called Razia by ammi but always called by her name as she hated her. She used to call by her name since d time she was 16.

"I hope u have not forgot dat 2day is ur engagement wid Imraan," replied Razia.

"Razia, I told u many times dat I will not marry Imraan," said Zoya angrily.

"U will do as u r told," said a man as he entered d hall wid 2 woman. One woman wore a short white floral dress while other wore a tight pink micro-mini dress wid most of d boobs hanging out 4m d upper part of d dress n her panties wud be seen if she bends.

"Faiz, shut up," shouted Zoya.

"U shut up, ammi n bhaijaan r right," said one of d woman.

"Tanveer, I am getn late," said Zoya.

"Baaji, u go as u r getn late," said d another woman wid a smile.

"I will, Humeira," said Zoya wid a smile

Zoya turned to go but Faiz grabbed her hand tightly n pushed her on d couch. He, Tanveer n Razia charged 2wards. Zoya n Humeira were getn worried.

"So, will u marry Imraan or not?" asked Razia in an unpleasant voice.

"No," replied Zoya.

"We r not here to hear no 4m u," said Tanveer.

Faiz slapped her. She got up n raised her hand to slap him but he caught her hand mid-air n twisted it behind while he spun her around making her back face him. He twisted it more roughly making her cry in pain. She tried to free herself making him twist it even more.

Razia held her jaws tightly n said in a venomnous voice, "Its better u do as we r told n marry Imraan otherwise it will be even more worse for u."

"Razia, stop ur nonsense. U all spent my money like water while u all do nothing. Still, u all abuse me n treat me like ATM machine," said Zoya angrily.

"After u marry Imraan, we will no longer be dependent on u. We will take away ur pride of running a company cuz we will force u to put 50% property in their name n rest 50% property in Imraan's name n also Imraan can handle d business as he handles his family business along wid his father n uncle," said Razia wid an evil smile.

"I will never transfer my property to u all," said Zoya.

"Then we will make u do it," said Tanveer grabbing her hair roughly making her cry in pain, "U can't win 4m Faiz bhaijaan n Imraan bhaijaan. U may be capable in handling business but u will not be able to fight them physically cuz they can easily overpower u."

Zoya's face fell. She lukd worried.

"U got worried ha. Now, u may have surely understood wat we can do. Once u & Imraan gets married then u will completely dance to our tunes," said Razia ruthlessly.

"U all can't do dis. Its wrong," said Zoya.

"Don't teach us wats wrong or right," said Faiz angrily n pushed her on d floor.

Humeira came near her n helped Zoya get up.

"Plz, stop troubling baaji," requested Humeira.

Humeira wud always try to stop them hurting Zoya but she wud not be much successful as she was d youngest in d family.

"U always side her even though we r ur own n she is ur step," said Faiz.

"Cuz I like her. Its wrong to trouble anyone," said Humeira.

"Whatever," said Tanveer wid disinterest.

"U better start getn ready after u come 4m d office for ur engagement," warned Razia.

Zoya left d house unhappily widout talking further. She got in her car n drove to d office. Razia, Faiz n Tanveer wud always warn her not to tell Gaffur anything abt them using physical threat. Zoya be scared as she was a child. Wen Zoya turned 16, she finally told Gaffur abt them. Gaffur warned them not to hurt Zoya again otherwise he will divorce Razia. 4m dat time, they wud hardly trouble Zoya. Gaffur secretly made a will dat Zoya will be sole owner of his property after she turns 18 as he did not trusted Razia, Faiz n Tanveer. Wen Zoya turned 18, Gaffur revealed it to everyone making Razia, Faiz n Tanveer furious. Zoya joined business after she completed her MBA last year. Wen Gaffur died last in an accident, d trio started harassing her a lot. After her father's she handles d company alone but they always demand money to spend on themselves. Like always, only Humeira loves n supports n does not asks more money 4m her. They even beats her several times n threatens to ruin her reputation if she tries to remove them 4m d house. Faiz n Tanveer does nothing as Faiz was rusticated 4m his 3^rd year of BBA wen he was caught ragging some students n Tanveer did not studied after graduation. Humeira is in her 1^st year MCom but she does part time job as a wedding planner n wishes to open her own wedding planning business in future. She wants to be independent unlike Faiz n Tanveer.

Scene shifts to another house. A man is dressing up in 3-piece for his office. He is Asad Ahmed Khan, eldest son of Rashid n Dilshad Ahmed Khan. Rashid runs R&D Constructions which stands for his n Dilshad's name while Dilshad is a doctor. He is 24 years old. After completing his MBA dis year, he joined his family business. Asad's younger brother is Ayaan who is 21 n his younger sister Najma is Ayaan's twin. Ayaan is preparing for his MBA while Najma is an medical intern as she wants to be a doctor like her mother. Ayaan also does a part time job in another company for work experience. They lived in Mumbai but shifted to Bhopal just a week ago. Asad came in d hall after getn ready for breakfast.

"2day is our 1^st day at office in Bhopal," said Asad.

"Yaa beta, lets go," said Rashid.

"Take care both of u," said Dilshad.

"U also take care. Ayaan n Najma, u both also take care," said Asad.

"Okay beta," said Dilshad wid a smile.

"Okay bhaijaan," said Ayaan n Najma wid a smile.

In d evening, Rashid went home earlier in another car after calling a driver while Asad left after 2 hours than him.

While driving home, Asad saw a woman standing on d edge of bridge which was above some water. He saw d woman carefully n got shocked. Then a smile came on his lips.

"Zoya Farooqui, owner of Farooqui Constructions," said Asad shockingly, "Wat she is doing there? She seems to luk worried."

He recalls an incident.

-----Flashback(6 years ago)-----

Asad who was 18 was walking in d corridor of a BBA college in Mumbai. A guy of 19 who is none other than Faiz comes before him.

"O fresher, I am ur senior. Now, remove ur parents," said Faiz sternly.

"Ragging is wrong. I will not remove my pants," said Asad.

"How dare u disobey ur senior?" asked Faiz angrily, "Well, I will remove ur pants myself."

"No, u can't do dis," said Asad embarassingly.

"Shut up," shouted Faiz angrily.

As he was abt to remove d belt of d junior boy, a girl called him.

"Faiz, leave d boy," came a girl's voice.

Dat girl was none other than Zoya. She was 19 at dat time.

"U r my sister & u r supporting dis stranger. Wow Zoya wow," taunted Faiz.

"Faiz, u r doing wrong. Ragging is a crime. If u don't listen then I will complain to d principal n tell abbu abt it," said Zoya firmly.

Faiz got scared n left 4m there.

"Thanks a lot for saving me," said Asad happily.

"He is my step-brother n we share a common father. I am Zoya Farooqui & u?" asked Zoya extending her hand to shake.

"I am Asad Ahmed Khan," replied Asad shaking her hand.

"Friends," said Zoya wid a smile.

"Friends," said Asad wid a smile.

-----Flashback Ends-----

Asad came out of his thoughts n got out of his car. He went to d bridge behind Zoya. She had tears in her eyes. She stepped forward n was abt to jump wen someone caught her hand. Zoya lukd behind n was shocked to see Asad who she is seeing after 5 years.

"Asad," said Zoya shockingly.

"Zoya, why u were abt to jump?" asked Asad shockingly leaving her hand.

She did not answered n went to d edge of d bridge trying to jump again. He again held her hand to stop her.

"Asad, leave me. Let me die," said Zoya.

"Zoya, don't do dis. I will not let u die," said Asad.

"No, leave me," said Zoya.

"Zoya, stop ur nonsense," said Asad.

"Let me die," shouted Zoya trying to free her hand.

She kept on struggling n freed her hand in some time. She again went to d edge. As she was abt to jump, Asad grabbed her hand tightly, spun her around n slapped her hard across d face. He was lukn very angry. She was shocked but he was still angry.

"Zoyaaa," shouted Asad angrily n asked, "R u out of ur mind? Why d hell u want to suicide?"

She lukd at his angered face for a moment n broke into tears.

"Asad, plz let me die. I don't want to live," begged Zoya.

Asad's anger melted seeing her condition.

"Zoya, plz stop crying. U r such a successful businesswoman who runs a construction business then why u want to end ur life?" asked Asad softly wiping her tears.

"Asad, I can't take anymore. As u may have known 4m d news, abbu died last year in an accident. He put everything in my name as he did not trusted others in d family n also I was d only one capable to handle d business. My step-mother Razia, Faiz n my younger sister of 23 years old Tanveer started harassing me a lot after abbu's death. I work in our company n handle it but they always demand money to spend on themselves. My step-mother n Tanveer spends all d money on shopping, parties, beauty treatments n all. Faiz spends money on drinking, spending money while roaming wid friends n other things. Every month, they all demand brand new cars n other expensive things. Humeira, my youngest step-sister who is 21 is d only person who loves me. She tries to always support me but she cud hardly do anything against 3 of them. As u know, Faiz was rusticated 4m d college in my n his 3^rd year of BBA after being caught ragging some students n bringing alcohol in college. After dat, he cud not get admission in any other college as he was a poor student n also cuz of his bad records in our college for ragging students, smoking n drinking in college. So, he did not done anything else in study n just spend abbu's money while only sitting at home n roaming wid his useless friends. My step-mother n Faiz even beats me several times n threatens to ruin my reputation if I try to remove them 4m d house. Since, I control all d property n its all in my name n also none of them cud handle business my step-mother, Faiz n Tanveer wants me to marry one of Faiz's friend Imraan Qureshi whose father Mubarak Qureshi is d owner of Qureshi Constructions. Mubarak is also Razia's brother. They want me to marry him so dat after marriage, they can force me to put 50% property in their name n rest 50% property in Imraan's name n also Imraan can handle d business as he handles his father's business along wid him. They r jealous of me a woman handling d business while a Faiz a man can't do so they want Imraan to luk after Farooqui Constructions after our marriage. 2day is our engagement. I don't want to marry Imraan. He is not a good guy. He is also bad like Faiz. He tried to force on me several times. So, I want to end my life," said Zoya n broke into tears again.

Asad felt bad for her n also angry on her step-family except Humeira for harassing her so much. He cupped her face n wiped her tears.

"Zoya, plz stop crying. Don't end ur life n let those losers win," said Asad soothingly.

"I don't want to marry Imraan," said Zoya.

"U will not marry Imraan but me. Yes Zoya, we will get married so dat we can control ur step-family," said Asad, "But I will not force u for dis n marry u widout ur consent."

Zoya lukd at him softly n lost in thoughts. She recalled their times wen they were friends in college. She had feelings for him but realized her love only after returning to Bhopal after her BBA graduation wen Asad's 3rd year started. May be she has a chance now. Asad too fell in love wid her 2wards d end of his 2^nd year n her 3rd year but he was nervous to tell her as she was his senior. Maybe he has a chance now.

"I am ready to marry u, Asad," said Zoya in a low voice.

Asad smiled at her agreement.

"I am very happy dat u agreed, Zoya," said Asad wid a smile.

"Wen sud we marry?" asked Zoya.

"Now," replied Asad, "Come wid me to d community marriage hall."

"Okay, lets go in our respective cars," said Zoya.

"If u don't mind can I tell my family abt it?" asked Asad.

"Sure Asad, I will be very happy if u call them," replied Zoya.

Asad called his father teln him abt d situation. Zoya gets a call 4m Humeira.

"Hello," said Zoya.

"Baaji, where r u?" asked Humeira, "Imraan bhaijaan's r cumn in 2 hours."

"I will not marry them. I met an old friend Asad who offered to marry me to help me wid d situation," replied Zoya teln him abt her suicide attempt n Asad's return.

"How can u try to end ur life, baaji?" asked Humeira, "Glad dat Asad bhaijaan saw u & saved u. U told me a lot abt him wen u both were in college. He is a nice guy. Well, I am cumn to d hall. I will help u get ready as ur sister n also a wedding planned."

"Okay Humeira, I will be very happy if u will be there," said Zoya happily n hung up.

Asad told Zoya dat his family will be arriving in some time while Zoya told him dat Humeira will come to help her get ready. They then left for d community marriage hall.

Asad's family arrived in some time.

"Zoya, its very nice to see u after a long time," said Dilshad wid a smile.

Zoya wud visit their home wen she did MBA in Mumbai. She wud live in college hostel. Everyone in Asad's family liked her n Zoya too liked all of them.

"I am very happy to see all of u," said Zoya wid a smile.

"Wow bhaijaan, u got ur match. Hope I too get my match soon" said Ayaan wid a smile.

Just then, Humeira entered d hall. Ayaan lukd at her n got lost into her. They knew Humeira also as she visited Zoya several times in Mumbai wen she was in college n also visited Khan family. Humeira became great friends wid Ayaan n Najma being 3 of them of same age. Ayaan had crush on Humeira but did not know whether he loved her or not as she had visited only few times. Now seeing her after a long time, he is again drawn to her.

"Hey Humeira, nice to see u again," said Najma happily n hugged her.

"Nice to see u again too, Najma n all of u," said Humeira happily hugging back Najma.

"Now, lets get both of them ready for d marriage," said Rashid.

"I did not had to buy for any wedding dress for Zoya as baaji told dat Asad bhaijaan told her dat his family will manage dat," said Humeira wid a smile.

"Yaa, we quickly brought d wedding dress for Zoya. As for jewellery, we had enough of them which we had kept for Asad's future bride," said Dilshad wid a smile.

"Aunty, wats d need to take so much trouble?" asked Zoya.

"We are not takn trouble, Zoya. We are doing it happily for Asad's bride. We know u 4m earlier n we know dat u are a nice girl," replied Dilshad wid a smile.

"Now, males will gets Asad bhaijaan ready n females will get Zoya ready," said Ayaan.

Everyone agreed n went to get Asad n Zoa readin separate rooms.

Precap: #Asad tells Zoya dat she cud divorce him wen she wants. Her face fell hearing dat which others noticed. Asad n Zoya gets married after some time.

#Zoya arrives to her home wid Asad along wid Humeira n entire Khan family.

"I & Asad got married. I & R&D r planning to merge so I put my 50% property in Asad n his family's name. 4m now, they will live here n wateva they say will happen," said Zoya.

Merging n putting 50% property in their name was a lie n just a plan. Razia, Faiz n Tanveer gets angry wid her marrying another guy n putting 50% property on his family's name.

"How dare u marry Asad n put half property in Asad n his family's name?" asked Faiz angrily n raised his hand to slap her but Asad caught his hand mid-air.

"Don't u & anyone ever try to hurt my wife otherwise I will throw all of u out of d house," replied Asad in a firm tone n left his hand roughly shocking him, Tanveer n Razia.

PS: Zoya calls her step-mother by her name Razia because she hates her. That don't make Zoya bad and disrespectful. In Chhoti Bahu 2, Radhika's twin Ruby called her step-mother by her name Sonia and in KYY, Manik calls his step-mother by her name Nyonika. Ironically, both Sonia and Nyonika were played by Kishwer Merchant.
