Part 41

ROSID were getting ready to office when one girl with modern outfits entered the house.

She was looking at Siddhant top to bottom with a smile and went inside.

Siddhant was just irritated with her dress & her smile.

He hold Roli's hands and went to his car.

ROSID started their journey as usual.

The girl who entered into the house went near Mataji.

Girl: Hi Mataji

Mataji: Hi. Welcome. I was just waiting for you.

Girl: yes Mataji. I just rushed as you called me.

Mataji: Neela, you saw my grandson right. For him only i wish your hands.

Neela: Yes i saw him. He is handsome.

Mataji: But it is not easy to change his mind as you know he is behind that girl with whom he is going to office.

Neela:Dont worry Mataji! I will make him forget the world. Not only that girl.

She gave weird smile.

Mataji: Neela, actually i wanted you to become my daughter in law marrying Prem itself. But you know he elope with his lover. on that day itself i decided to get you married to Siddhant and make you daughter in law later. But you see he is with another girl.

Neela: Dont worry. I told you naa. I will take care.

Neela was waiting for Siddhant to come home.

Roli returned from college and continued her usual works.

ROli saw the girl which they met in the morning close with Mataji & Sujatha. But she just ignored her and continued her job.

By Evening ROli went to lawn with Anjali to play with her.

Siddhant returned home and went to his room to change his dress.

Siddhant came out changing his dress and was combing his hair.

He heard someone opening the door.

Siddhant thought Roli is coming and turned towards door.

TO his surprised the girl entered his room.

Siddhant was irritated and turned towards the mirror again.

Neela went near him.

Neela: Hi I am neela

Siddhant did not reply.

Neela: Wont you even talk or what. Dont you just say Hi! atleast.

Sid: Hi

He said just for sake of telling as she asked.

Neela: Well. WOnt you tell your name to me.

Siddhant took a deep breathe out of irritation by her presence.

Sid: Siddhant.

Neela: I know. Still wanted to hear from you.

She said and went close to him.

She wrapped her hands around his waist.

Sid: What are you doing? Go away from me. Take you hands.

Neela: Hi Siddhant, Why you want me to go away? Instead take me in your arms.

Sid: What are you taking as nonsence? Go away I said.

He took her hands from him and dropped it very fast.

He moved away from her and turned against her.

Neela: Hi! Why so rude and harsh with me? Look at me.

Sid: I got no interest to look at you. Get out of here.

Neela: I have not come to get out from here. Instead i have come to take you out of this world.

Neela back hug her.

Neela: Hi Siddhant! I love you

Siddhant took her hands from him again and turned towards her.

Sid: What rubbish are you talking?

Neela: Hi! COme on! How come love become rubbish?

SHe hold his face with her hands.

Sid took her hands from his face too.

Neela: Why are you avoiding me and going away? Instead take me darling.

She went close to him again with a seductive look and smile.

Sid: If you dont go out of this room then i need to call elders to tell about you.

Neela laughed.

Neela: Siddhant do you think they dont know about myself here with you. I have come with their consent only.

Sid: What????

Neela: Yes. They have decided to get me married with you.

Sid: What non sense is this?

Neela: I go out of my sense with your eyes. Look at me with love my dear.

Neela went near him again and clasp her hands around his neck.

Siddhant took her hands from his neck again.

Sid: Last warning go out!

Neela: No chance to go away from you my darling!

Siddhant just gave tight slap on her face...

Siddhant was looking at her Furious.

Sid: Look! If you dont run away from here just now then you need to see my real face. I will hold your neck and throw you out of the house. Just get lost.

By seeing his angry look Neela got frightened.

Neela rushed outside the room with tears.

Neela went to Mataji with tears.

Neela: Mataji, i never seen such rude person in my life.

Mataji: Neela i told you he is little tough guy. You only need to make him fall in love with you.

Neela: What? Love from such person. No way. I am going. I dont want to marry this man. You know how he slap me. Even my parents dont dare to touch me.

Siddhant was coming down the stairs hearing conversation.

He just went out to play with ROli & Anjali ignoring their conversation.

Mataji: Neela...

Neela: Please Mataji. Dont even take the topic of me getting married to this guy. No way. I am going.

Neela just went out of the house...

Siddhant was looking her going out of the house from the lawn and smiled.

Roli: Siddhant what happened?

Siddhant told Roli what has happened in his room.

Roli: My God! Mataji will do all these to separate us.

Sid: Let them naa darling! They are not aware i dont fall for anyone else other than my Roli darling.

He pinched on her chubby cheeks.

ROli blushed.

Siddhant who forgot himself on her pinky cheeks went close to her.

Roli just moved away a little.

Roli: SIddhant, what are you doing? We are in the lawn in front of Anjali.

Siddhant now returned to his conscious.

Sid: Hmmm. What can i do dear? I forget the world in front of you then. Then this lawn, Anjali includes in the world right.

ROSID smiled...

Mataji was looking at them furious hearing their conversation and in the frustration of getting failure of her plan to make Siddhant fall for Neela...

ROSID were aware Mataji will take further steps against them.

One day when Siddhnat was getitng ready to Office Mataji went to his room.

SId: Mataji, why you took pain to come upstairs. you can even talk when i come down.

Mataji: Its ok. I wanted to talk to you and that is why came here.

Siddhant know something is cooking in her mind against them only.

Sid: Yes Tell me mataji.

Mataji: SIddhant, i just wanted to tell you that girl ROli is not like what you think.

Sid: Why mataji? Why are you telling like that?

Mataji: See you are not thinking anything as you are in blink love with her.

Sid: Ok. Let me be in blind love. Now you are awake. Tell me what is she doing?

Mataji: Siddhant, she is with you only for your money. She knows you are the only heir for all these properties.

Sid: Is it!

Mataji: Yes Siddhant. She is behind you only for property and for nothing else.

SId: Why you feel like that Mataji? What made you to think so?

Mataji: I heard her talking to some friend over phone before you reach home.

Siddhant just left the room.

Siddhant just went down and Mataji went behind him.

They sat for having breakfast.

Siddhant opened the topic.

Sid: Mataji, i wish you transfer all the property in name of Pappa and just prepare paper mentioning i dont have any rights on the property.

Mataji: What????

Sid: yes mataji. I don't want anything from this property. Even for working in the office you allot some salary and i am ready to run my life with that salary as a salaried person.

Mataji: Siddhant have you gone mad? You are the only heir for this family. Now prem is no more. Then why you dont want anything in this property.

Sid: Mataji, i just wanted to clarify either me nor Roli interested in this properly. What ROli? Am i right?

Roli: Of couse Siddhant. I love you and not your property. I am ready for what you said.

Siddhant looked at Mataji.

SId: Mataji we are not just telling for name sake. We dont want any property. Infact if you wish us to quit this house. We are ready. We dont want big bunglow to life. Even hut is enough.

ROli: You are right. We only need shelter not the bunglow to live. ONly your presence inside the shelter is needed

Sid: Well said darling.

He kissed on her cheeks ignoring presence of all others..

ROSID continued as usual while Mataji was wondering what to do now.

Finally she got idea.

Mataji called Siddhant one evening when he was coming down changing his dress after coming from office.

Mataji: SIddhant, i wish to talk to you.

Siddhant with a smile went near her and sat beside her.

Sid: Tell me Mataji.

Mataji: Siddhant, you will be shocked if i tell you something.

SId: No problem mataji. I am ready to bear the shock you can tell me.

Mataji: Siddhant, you may not believe me too.

Sid: Mataji, just tell me whatever it is.

Mataji: SIddhant you know some guy is coming in the night time to meet Roli.

SId: What???

Mataji: Yes Siddhant. Before 2 days i heard talking voice of two from her room around 11:30 PM.

Sid: Oh! I see. But Mataji. Why you went near her room to hear the talking voice at that time.

Mataji: Siddhant i just came out of my room to have some water. On hearing the voice i went near her room.

Sid: SO what you heard.

Mataji: I heard romantic talks between ROli & that guy.

SId: Oh OK!

Mataji: Siddhant i think you dont believe my words.

Sid: Not like that Mataji. If its true then it is matter of concern. Lets see.

Mataji: I am telling you again she is with you only for the property and she is having affair with some other guy.

Sid: Ok Mataji. Lets discuss this later. I need to go and play with Anjali now.

Siddhant went out to play with Anjali.

Mataji was thinking whethr he belived her words or not atleast now.

She decided to prove it in front of Siddhant so that herself will be proved right this time.

Siddhant knows that Mataji is planning something big.

Siddhant decided to be alert on further days.

Mataji called Siddhant and told him that she heard the voice again the further days too.

Siddhant heard it from her and continued his works as usual.

Mataji was thinking he is moved with her plan.

After couple of days Mataji called Siddhant again.

Mataji: Siddhant why are you keeping her in the house still after i am telling you abou ther reality.

Sid: I do understand mataji. But we need to catch her red handed then only we can take action right.

Mataji: Ok. If that is what you wish for. Then just come down today around 11:30. I will help you to catch her red handed.

Sid: Ok Mataji.

Mataji: Dont ask her anything before that. Because she may be alert of getting caught.

Sid: I do understand Mataji. I will do as you said today.

That day Siddhant came down after 11:15 PM itself and was waiting with Mataji.

Suddenly they heard speaking sound from inside the room.

Mataji: Siddhant i told you right. Now can you hear yourself.

Siddhant showed angry face.

Sid: Mataji, now i will not leave her for betraying me.

Mataji: I am telling you all these days. But you didn't hear my words.

Sid: Dont worry. We will finish all these dramas today.

Siddhant went near her room.

He opened the door.

He can see a guy inside her room holding her hands in dark.

Mataji: Siddhant now what you have got to say. You have catched red handed.

Sid: Hi Guy! Are you loving ROli?

Guy: Yes of course. I come here daily and we love each other very much.

Sid: Just look at her face and tell whether she is loving her.

Siddhant switched on the light.

Guy: Yes. I am loving this beautiful face and i admire her so much when we are alone.

Siddhant smiled looking at Mataji.

Sid: Roli darling, come on.

Siddhant called and ROli came from back side from hall to the room.

Mataji was shocked on seeing ROli coming from behind.

NOw Mataji looked at the girl who was already in Roli's room.

Sid: Thanks Hema for your help.

Hema turned towards Mataji and others leaving Mataji shocking...

Hema moved away from that guy and went near ROli.

Hema: Its Ok Mr. Siddhant. I just tried to help my friend.

Siddhant looked at the guy.

Sid: So Mr. you love ROli looking at her beautiful face everyday. But doesn't know how she looks like.

The guy was wondering what to tell now.

Siddhant: Just get out of this room like how you came inside otherwise i need to call police.

The Guy just opened the window and jumped outside.

Siddhant turned towards Mataji who down her face.

Sid: Mataji now you are putting your face down. So you are aware what you did is only eligible to put your face down and not going to lift your face in pride right?

Mataji did not reply.

Sid: Mataji what is your problem? Think well. You didn't agree for Prem Marriage. What happend? DId he wait for your concent? He elope and married his love. Just think and tell whether your status will be down by accepting a middle class girl as daughter in law or by telling eveyone your grandson elope.

Mataji was unable to give any answer for Siddhant's question.

Sid: At last what you got. Prem himself died. I agree you are not the reason for his death. It was an accident. But finally we lost him. You were not able to do grahapravesh of your daughter in law alive instead her dead body entered into the house. Is this what you wish for?

Mataji got tears by now.

Sid: Then lets think of Anjali. What that small baby did for you? You are mother and grand mother. Then where your mother nature gone while seeing the baby. The baby which lost its parents already got only grand parents as its relation. Do you agree?

Mataji now nod her head as acceptance.

Sid: But what you said. To leave the baby in the orphanage. If you might have lifted the baby in your hands and looked at her as grand daughter then you might have not got such intention ever.

Mataji was speechless.

Sid: Then about myself & roli. DO you think there was need for us to call you and ask your permission for our marriage? You know when we love each other none were here. Might might have married between us and started our life. Cant we?

Mataji agreed.

Sid: Still we doesn't want to do that. We were looking for your acceptance and blessings. That is the reason we called you and told directly about our wish. Are we wrong about our intention.

Mataji nod her head as No.

Sid: When we were straight forward about our wish to you, what as an elder person of the family should do? You need to accept and arrange for our marriage. Am i right.

Mataji nod her head as Yes.

Sid: Instead that girl what is her name? Neela or something like that. Look at ROli & compare her with that girl. Is there any comparison? On what basis you select her. Did you saw her ourfit. WIll you be happy to introduce that girl as your daughter in law in the public. Wont your image will be down by doing so?

Mataji was struck with the words because of her action.

Sid: You thought i will be atttracted towards her. What you did? You sent her to my room. Is this the act of good family elder when you were talking about ROli as not act from girl of good family?

Mataji started shedding tears.

Sid: Then you said Roli is behind my property. We clarify we are not at all interested in the property. Even now you can implement what i told you. We are least bothered. I am not interested in any of this property.

Sid said looking at Roli.

Sid: Mataji then how cheaper you went to blame on her behaviour too. On that day when you told me i got doubt. You know ROli was not at all in her room after that. Do you know where she was?

Mataji looked at him.

Sid: SHe was with me in my room. I only told her to stay with me as i doubted on your intention.

Mataji was stunned.

Sid: But unaware about that you continued telling lie that she is meeting someone daily. I too left to see how long you are going. And the climax came. you said you will hold her red handed. So to catch you red handed we took help of Hema who is Roli's friend. Now we caught you. Tell me what you wish to do now. Whether you wish us to go out of this house and marry like Prem. We are ready.

Siddhant hold ROli's hands.

Sid: Roli lets go. I cant see any more drama happening with you.

ROSID started moving out from there.

They went to Anjali room and took her too.

The reached till the main entrance of the bulding.

Mataji: Siddhant...

Part 47

ROSID stopped on Mataji calling..

Mataji: Siddhant no need for you all to go.

Sid: Mataji, as i said, i cant see Roli getting any other trouble.

Mataji: Dont worry. She will not get any other trouble.

Sid: What does this mean?

Mataji: I am accepting your love and arranging for your marriage.

SId: Then what about Anjali. We are not ready to leave her in any orphanage.

Mataji: Why should she go to orphanage when we all are here to take care of.

Mataji took Anjali on her hands and kissed on her cheeks.

Anjali smiled with half sleep mood.

Mataji: I committed mistake of not even looking at my cute grand daughter. How beautiful she is? How i told to leave such beautiful grand daughter to orphanage? I am very sorry.

Mataji shed tears.

ROSID were happy.

Mataji: Siddhant what are you waiting for. Wont you feel like taking my blessings.

ROSID with a smile touch her feet and took her blessings.

Mataji: ROli i am very sorry. I am the reason for Prem & Simar elopement and indirectly become reason for death of your parents too. Now also given trouble to you.

Roli: mataji, happened is gone. Now no use of thinking any of that. Lets just leave it.

Mataji: I will arrange your marriage soon. I wish you stay in this house as daughter in law and not as a strange girl.

Roli: Thanks Mataji.

Siddhant came near ROli and stand beside her.

Mataji hold his ears.

Mataji: But Siddhant, i cant allow you to stay together till your marriage ok.

Siddhant smiled.

Sid: Ok Mataji.

Mataji: Roli, complaint me if he comes to you before marriage. I will take care of him.

Siddhant murmured: What will you do when she comes to me?

Roli heard it and smiled.

Mataji: Siddhant, what are you talking yourself?

Sid: Nothing. I said what if ROli comes to me.

Mataji was surprised while Roli blushed.

Now Mataji hold her ears.

Mataji: if she comes, then you will complaint me.

Sid: Good decision. She will complaint about me & myself about her. Dont worry you wont get any complaint from both.

Mataji: What does this mean?

ROSID smiled and went to their room.

Mataji kissed Anjali on her cheeks and took her to her room...

ROSID were excited on their marriage accepted by Mataji.

SIddhant called ROli after going to his room.

Sid: Hi darling.

Roli: Hmmm

SId; SO now ROSID won the task of making Mataji accepted our love and marriage.

Roli: Yes. I am happy. See already i dont have anyone in my family. Now we cant marry without anyone from your family too right.

Sid: Hmmm. But i am sad on one thing.

ROli:What it is?

Sid: She told us to stay away from each other till marriage.

Roli: SO what...

Sid: What do you mean?

Roli: You know what i mean.

Sid: Yes. the complaint need to be given by us only mutually which is never going to happen right.

Roli: You are right. You made me like that i cant stay away from you. That too after these days staying together with you in your room.

Sid: ROli, then for what you are waiting come here naa.

ROli: How can i? ITs not possible.

Siddhant came down slowly and looked around that no one is there around.

They lay down in the bed beside each other.

Sid: ROli why it is like you wont come there and will let me come here. Mataji told both only right.

Sid: They will tell you something even if i come to your room right.

Sid; Oh! Good plan to play yourside safe right.

In the morning, when ROSID slept well as they went to bed very late.

Roli got up and tried to awake Siddhant.

After getting up Roli rushed to take bath while Siddhant was still in the bed though awake.

ROli: Siddhant you have not moved to your room. What if others look at you?

Sid: Let them naa ROli.

Sid: ANyway you go to kitchen. I will come out slowly when others doesn's notice.

Roli went out and rushed towards Kitchen.

Mataji who was in the sofa looked at Roli going to kitchen.

After a while Siddhant came out slowly and moved towards upstairs.

Mataji: Siddhant from where you are coming.

Siddhant understood Mataji noticed him.

SId: I am coming from walking mataji.

Mataji: But the entrace is closed and have not noticed you coming from the entrance.

Sid: I am doing walking inside the house itself thats why.

Mataji: INside the house also i have not seen you doing walking as i am here only since long time.

SId: YOu might have not noticed.

Mataji: Siddhant, i noticed and that is why questioning you. Roli...

Roli came out of the kitchen.

Mataji: Roli, Siddhant was in your room last night.

Roli was wondering what to answer looking at Siddhant.

Mataji: What i told you? I told you to inform me if he come to you right.

Siddhant laughed.

Mataji: Siddhant why are you laughing?

Sid: Mataji, you expect ROli to tell you i have come to her room.

Mataji: Of course as i told her to do so.

Siddhant went near ROli.

He wrapped his hands around her shoulders.

Sid: Mataji what will you do if you come to know she is the one who called me?

ROli: Siddhant what are you doing?

Mataji: ROli!!

Sid: Mataji, dont mistake her. It was me who called her and told her to come to my room while she...

Mataji: What all these?? I told you both to wait till your marriage only right...

Sid: Mataji it is again your mistake only. You only delayed our marriage right...

Mataji was unable to understand what to tell now.

Mataji: Ok Ok. Talking to pandit and asking for immediate auspicious date. Till such time atleast dont stay together in the night.

Mataji just moved fro there without have anything further to talk to them.

ROSID smiled looking at each other...

Part 49

ROSID were excited to know their marriage date fixed that weekend itself.

Mataji just arranged it simple in the mandir itself.

only 3 days were left in the middle.

ROSID informed leave for college & office.

SIddhant arrange to hand big photo of Premar in the hall.

Anjali looked at them,

Anjali went near the photo and looked at the photo.

Anjali showed the photo and said.

Anjali: Mamma, Pappa,

Anjali started crying...

ROSID got tears on seeing Anjali.

Mataji, Rajender & Sujatha too felt bad to see the baby.

Sid took Anjali on her arms.

Roli: Anjali we have told you naa we are here for you.

Sid: So Anjali should not cry.

Anjali nod her head.

Haldi, Mehendi & Sangeet happend in simple mannar calling close relatives to their home.

Mataji now felt she missed the opportunity to get Prem's marriage done with her blessings.

Roli was excited to see Siddhant's name on her mehendi.

ROli showed her mehendi happily to Siddhant.

Siddhant too showed his excitement on his face.

All got ready for marriage.

Siddhant came down in his new Sherwani while Roli came out from her room on her new lehenga.

ROSID praised the other with their eyes.

They moved towards each other and hold their hands.

All started from their house and get into the car to mandir.

ROSID sat in the front seat while Mataji, Rajender & Sujatha sat int he back seat with Anjali.

ROSID looked at each other.

While driving Siddhant slowly hold her hands.

Roli blushed.

Mataji noticed it and adjusted her throat to reveal their presence.

ROSID with a smile left their hands.

Finally they reached the marriage mandap.

Some close relatives & friends already reached there for the marriage.

Pandit was getting everything ready int he mandap,.

ROSID sat in the mandap.

Siddhant did Ganesh pooja.

ROSID exchanged garlands

Roli was badly missing her parents to do Kanyadan.

Roli's uncle who came there to attend the marriage did kanyadan of Roli to Siddhant.

Roli was missing Simar to tie their clothes while her friend Hema came forward and tie their clothes.

ROSID took 7 pheres.

Siddhant filled sindoor on Roli's forehead.

Siddhant put mangal sutra on her beautiful neck.

ROSID looked at each other & smiled.

ROSID took the blessings of the elders.

He slowly wrapped his hands around her now.

Mataji looked at them and ROSID moved apart.

Mataji: its ok. Now you both are married. But hope not above this in front of us.

She said and moved fromt here.

Roli entered into Bharatwaj house as daughter in law in traditional way.

Sujatha took aarti.

Roli kicked the kalash gently and put her foot prints on the floor and her hand prints on the wall.

Roli lit the diya in the pooja room.

ROSID took blessings of the elders.

Their relatives dispersed from their house one by one.

After everyone left, ROSID with their family members were left in the house.

Siddhant noticed Mataji feel for her mistake looking at Premar photo.

Siddhant hold her hands..

Sid: Mataji, what has happened is happend? No use of thinking about it. Lets think about Anjali and take care of her.

Mataji agreed with tears.

They had dinner together.

Siddhant feed sweet to Roli & Roli to Siddhant.

ROSID entered into Siddhant's room taking blessings of the elders.

Siddhant locked the room and went near ROli.

He wrapped his hands around her and pulled her closer.

He asked raising his eyebrows.

They closed their eyes and enjoyed the moment.

When their lips moved apart they looked at each other and had eyelock.

Siddhant took her in his arms.

He lift his face to look at her.

Siddhant pulled the duppatta of her lehenga and dropped it down on the floor.

Siddhant looked into her eyes with a mischief smile & look.

Roli: Today my hero is behaving like a villian.

Sid: Roli, i already told you i will be bad boy right. You accept & also assured you wont be good girl.

Roli: Hmmm. So i too need to become villian then?

SId: yes of course.

Roli pushed him in the bed and lean on him.

ROli: Lets see who is most dangerous villian today.

ROli moved towards him while Siddhant with a smile accepted her challenge.

After few hours...

Roli was on his chest with a smile.

Siddhant kissed on her head.

Sid: ROli...

Roli: Hmmm

SId: Tell me who is dangerous villian.

Roli lift her face and moved towards his face with a smile.

Delhi City...

Little far from the crowded main road...

In the residential area of the city there was a small house...

The house was having flower pots of different varieties of Rose flower around it.

The leaves & flower of the plant were smiling in happiness..

There was an light in the shape of God Ganesh in the entrance spreading some light near the door.

Inside the door there was a small hall...

In the hall there was a simple sofa set well covered with embroidried cushion covers decorating the sofa.

In the front there was a small TV in a table.

Left side of the hall was continued with a kitchen.

Inside the kitchen though it is small was well arranged with plastic containers with half filled groceries in it.

Mrs. Meena Jamanlal Divedi was cooking food for Dinner.

On right side of the hall was continued with a bedroom.

There was a single cot used by Mr. Jamanlal Divedi.

In the side there was a steel cupboard filled with clothes.

Then in a corner above a small table there kept the pillows and blankets.

Beside the cot in the open place of the bedroom was Ms. Roli Jamanlal Divedi doing her drawing work above a table cloth.

Ms. Roli Divide one & only daughter of Jamanlal & Meena Divedi..

SHe looks beautiful...

She was talented in making drawings and embroideries.

After finishing her 10th Standard in the school, she stopped going to the school as his father was unable to afford for her higher studies with his small income.

Roli joined stiching, embroidery and drawing classes and started developing her talent.

Roli also takes orders from neighbor, friends & relatives for doing such works with which she earn additional income to the family too.

Meena came to bedroom after finishing her cooking.

She looked at the design made by Roli in the table cloth.

Meena: ROli the design is so beautiful.

Roli: Thanks Maaji.

Meena: You are really talented. I wish you develop your talent in this further.

Roli: Lets see Maaji whether i get any chance to do that in future. Right now i cant ask pappa to afford for any further classes in this.

Meena: Roli i am very proud of you. You are very understanding in nature.

Roli: Maaji why not? I am seeing our family situation since my childhood. Then how come i dont understand.

Meena: Roli wont you have any wish on your own.

Roli: Maaji, if we have any wish & expectation we may feel bad if we dont get it. So it is better not to have any wish or expectation and accept what we get practically.

Meena smiled.

Meena: ROli, i wish God make your life beautiful with all the blessings. You deserve to enjoy the life.

Roli: maaji i am ready to accept what God bless for me.

Part 2

Giant gate was guarded by security.

Inside the gate there was a cement passage till the building.

Both side of the passage were occupied with varieites of plants.

On the left corner was car shed which was holding 10 different varities of latest cars in different color and style with couple of drivers cleaning the cars.

There was big corridor in front of the building.

The main entrance door was in teakwood and giant in size well designed with beautiful work.

Nirmala Bharatwaj head of the family was coming out of the building..

Rajender Bharatwaj the one & only son of Nirmala Bharatwaj was accompanying Nirmala beside.

Sujatha Rajender Bharatwaj was coming couple of feet behind Rajender Bharatwaj..

Siddhant Rajender Bharatwaj one & only son of Rajender & Sujatha was beside Sujatha.

Nirmala turned towards the car shed and signalled one of the driver.

The driver understood her signal and took the car and bring it near the corridor.

Leaving the car there he got down and opened the back seat for Nirmala to get in.

He opened the other side of Back seat for Sujatha.

In the front seat next to the driving was occupied by Rajender..

The driving seat was filled by Siddhant.

Siddhant looked whether everyone get in and ready to start.

The driver moved out from their way.

Siddhant started the car from Bharatwaj house.

Nirmala: Rajender, did you made all the arrangements?

She asked looking at the son.

Rajender: yes Maaji. I did.

He replied with confidence.

Nirmala: What time the Pandit said?

She questioned in the tension of getting late

Rajender: Around 10 AM. We will reach on time.

He answer understanding her tension.

Nirmala nod her head as relaxed.

After few minutes of drive they reached the Matarani temple of that area.

All got down and started walking towards the temple.

As soon as they entered into the temple, pandit rushed towards them with a smile.

Pandit: Mataji, you are welcome. We are just waiting for you to start the pooja.

He expressed his readiness for the pooja.

Nirmala: Is all the preparations done for the pooja?

She asked to know whether all are ready.

Pandit: Yes it is done.

He confirmed her knowing about her query.

Nirmala and her family stand on one side of the mandir.

They joined thier hands and looked at the statue of the goddess.

The Pandit performed special pooja which was arranged by Bharatwaj family towards success in their business deal the previous day.

After performing the special pooja, the pandit came back to Bharatwaj family with prasad.

Pandit gave the prasad to Nirmala aka Mataji.

Mataji took the prasad with a smile.

She distributed the prasad to her family members too.

All had the prasad praying to god for their wellness.

When Nirmala was about to leave that place with her family, she saw a girl and her mother standing opposite to them in the mandir praying to God.

Nirmala was not interested to go without giving prasad to them.

Nirmala stopped there and opened the prasad box.

She took the prasad and gave it to the girl and her mother.

They accepted the prasad with a smile.

The girl while accepting the prasad puzzled.

Girl: Mataji, i think you performed special pooja today for some purpose. I wish that purpose get success.

She said like wishing word which pleased Nirmala.

Nirmala: Thanks. It is good to see the people think about good of others.

She expressed her happiness on seeing a good hearted girl.

Girl: We are not going to get any harm in thinking good for others. Then why not.

She replied with kindness.

Nirmala: You are right. Still many dont realise that.

She explained her opinion.

The girl gave smile as reply.

Nirmala was very much attracted by the girl's good character.

Nirmala: What is your name?

Girl: I am Roli.

Nirmala: Nice to meet you.

Girl: Thanks.

Roli with her mother left the place.

Nirmala was standing looking at Roli with a smile on her face...

Mataji all the way while returning was remembering Roli.

She got smile on her face.

Her eyes looked at Siddhant who was driving the car.

Her mind was putting calculations on its own.

Sujatha was looking at Mataji.

Sujatha: Mataji, what is the matter? You seems to be very happy. Is it because we went to mandir?

Mataji: Yes. of course. Darshan of Matarani is one of the reason. But i got another valid reason too for my happiness.

Sujatha: ANother reason. What it is Mataji?

Mataji: I will tell you once we reach home.

She said with a smile signalling showing Siddhant to Sujatha.

Sujatha understood and gave a smile.

After few minutes drive they reached Bharatwaj house.

Siddhant started to office with Rajender.

Sujatha & Mataji were talking in Mataji's room.

Mataji: Sujatha, did you look at that girl Roli in that temple?

Sujatha: Yes mataji. She is very beautiful girl.

Mataji: Sujatha, yes she is. But i am not only talking about her beauty. But also about her character.

Sujatha: Yes. I noticed her talk with you. She was really good hearted.

Mataji: That good heart and her smiling beautiful face attracted me a lot.

Sujatha: Yes Mataji. I too liked her very much.

Mataji: Sujatha i got an idea in my mind.

Sujatha: What it is Mataji?

Mataji: I wish she become our daughter in law marrying Siddhant.

Sujatha: Mataji, but...

Mataji: Do you have any concern?

Sujatha: We are not knowing about her family or status.

Mataji: Sujatha, Girl is very nice which is my criteria. I am sure she is from good family. Status do you think it is necessary. See we are not depending upon any money from her family as we got enough with us.

Sujatha: Not for that Mataji.

Mataji: Sujatha, if you bring any girl from our status, we cant expect such good character and respect for sure. Being she is from middle class, she will be giving good respect and will be a good daughter in law too.

Sujatha: I accept mataji. But not sure whether Siddhant will like her.

Mataji: See we all get married only to the guy or girl who get fixed by our elders. We all lead a happy life only. Hope Siddhant will understand that we are doing only for his good.

Sujatha: I too believe he will understand.

Mataji: he will understand for sure. Even if he is not understanding we need to make him realise that girl will be good for his life as life partner.

Sujatha nod her head as acceptance.

In the meantime, she also got worry on her mind that Siddhant should accept this marriage proposal given by Mataji..

Though Mataji is correct on her part...

Both Mataji as well as Siddhant are adamant in nature and will not go back in their decision...

So Mataji will go back to proceed with this alliance.

Similary Siddhant if he dont agree for this will not accept this proposal. So there will be problem in this proposal for sure...

Sujatha came out of Mataji room with lines of confusion on her forehead...

Mataji contacted Pandit at temple and enquired about Roli who she met in the temple.

He gave their family details and their address as the Pandit was known to their family too.

Mataji was very happy.

Mataji: Panditji, i request you to inform them about our interest on getting ROli married to Siddhant. We wish to go to their house this weekend if they are ok with it.

Pandit: Yes Mataji. I will contact them and advise you the outcome.

Mataji; Thanks.

Pandit contacted Jamanlal.

Pandit: Sir, Did you heard about Bharatwaj family?

Jamanlal: yes. We did heard.

Pandit: They have seen Roli in the temple and interested to get her married to thier son Siddhant.

Jamanlal was surprised.

jamanlal: Is it?

Pandit: yes. They are such nice family. If you are ok they are interested to come to your house this weekend.

Jamanlal: It is nice to hear and we are happy that such rich family is interested to come to our house asking our Roli hands. We are very much interested.

Pandit: Thank you sir. Then i will inform them to come to your house this weekend.

Jamanlal: Thanks.

Jamanlal disconnected the line and looked at meena & roli.

Jamanlal: Meena, Our Roli is very lucky. pandit called just now and said that Bharatwaj house people are interested to get our Roli married to their son.

Meena: IS it?

Jamanlal: He said he saw Roli in the temple.

Meena: Yes two days back we met a rich family in the temple. But at that time we were not knowing it is Bharatwaj family.

Meena: Yes. He was handsome and the family members seems to be very nice.

Mataji was happy when she heard that good news from Pandit.

yes. pandit converyed Jamanlal is interested in the proposal.

Mataji: Siddhant in the world no pair will have same likes & dislikes. You can even check the people who did love marriages. Still there will be difference of opinion always

Siddhant: Mataji please dont push your thought over me.

Mataji: SIddhant i am not pushing my thought. I am only thinking good for you. Or if you love someone. Tell us. We are not against love marriage too.

Siddhant: No Mataji. Not that.

Mataji: Siddhant if you dont have any love. Then i dont think any valid reason to reject this girl. I wish that girl to be our daughter in law. This is my wish. After that it is now your decision whether to accept my wish or not. Ball is in your court now.

Siddhant: Mataji, you are not going to hear once decided. Ok. its your wish.

Siddhant left the place.

Mataji was happy that finally he agreed to come with them.

Sujatha: Mataji, siddhant not giving consent 100% then how can we proceed with this.

Mataji, Rajender, Sujatha & Siddhant started towards ROli's house in their car.

After few minutes drive they entered into small street...

They reached the house and got down from the car.

Siddhant looked at the house and a small gate which was quiet opposite to their big house.

After entering into the gate he saw the beautiful roses in the pots.

He admired those rose varities for a while..

Then they heard the voice.

jamanlal: Welcome and please come in...

Siddhant was disturbed by his call when he was admiring the roses.

ALl entered into the house and sat in the sofa.

Siddhant looked around the house.

He can see some beautiful wall hangings with variety of embroidery works...

Jamanlal: All are welcome. Pandit told me about your proposal and we are really happy. We are glad that we are getting proposal for our daughter from such big family.

Mataji: Sir, its our pleasure to have your daughter as our daughter in law. I liked her good character when i saw her in the temple. That is why told our interest to Pandit.

Jamanlal shared a smile.

Meena bring sweets and snacks in plates and served to all.

Mataji introduced her family members to Jamanlal.

Jamanlal introduce himself and her wife to Mataji.

Roli was inside the bedroom...

Roli heart beat was increased.

This sort of situation is very much new to her and her body was shivering...

Roli was looking herself in the mirror.

The mirror was assuring her she is more beautiful today than ever.

Mataji: We wish to see Roli. Please bring her.

Meena with a smile went inside..

Meena hold Roli hands and bring her to the hall.

Roli did namasthe to all and sat in the sofa keeping her face down.

Mataji with a smiled looked at her and asked her few questions.

Siddhant who was sitting in the sofa was in confusion...

Is it right to marry this girl...

She is beautiful and there is no doubt.

But i am not aware of anything about her.

Not aware whether she suit to my like & dislike.

What if she dont match with me in my likes.

Wont it become hell for both if the heart doesnt meet the expectation.

Meena: The wall hangings, the designs in the curtains, sofa covers everything done by Roli only. She is very good in arts. She is the one who maintain the house beautiful. The flower pots everything by her only.

Siddhant mind was little moved to know good things about her.

That was the moment Mataji said her consent...

Mataji: Jamanlalji we are very much interested to get Roli married to our Siddhant. I wish to know about your side acceptance.

Jamanlal looked at Roli...

Roli gave her consent with a smile.

Jamanlal: Mataji, we are accepting your proposal with happiness.

Mataji looked at Siddhant whether he is showing any objection..

But he saw only confusion..

Mataji was sure confusion can be cleared and only objection will be the issue.

Mataji: We are ok to proceed. I will contact pandit and then update you with the auspicious dates.

Mataji got up and went near Roli.

She kissed on her forehead.

Mataji looked at Sujatha.

All were happy while Siddhant was still in confusion...

Mataji contacted Jamanlal & informed their marriage date.

There was not much time & jamanlal started making the arrangement of marriage quickly.

Mataji inform jamanlal that she will take care of all arrangement & itsexpexpenses.

Only jamanlal need to invite their relatives purchase for roli were on his part.

Jamanlal was happy that roli is going to good family getting married.

All went for purchase of wedding dress.

When they were looking for lehenga & sherwani roli was not satisfied with the work done in it.

Roli: maaji see the designs are not up to the mark. I wish to do the embroidery work on my own. So let's buy a plain one.

All agreed.

Siddhant was wondering whether she will do it good. Is it risky that too for wedding dress? But he remembered her work he saw in their house.

Finally he agreed

They purchased red color plain lehenga & sherwani.

Roli took those dresses with her.


After reaching home roli selected a beautiful design & started making in their wedding dress

Roli took extra care in preparing his design.

After few days of effort it was ready with beautiful design.

Jamanlal & meena praised her talent.

Roli took that dress to her room.

She took the sherwani on her hands

She admired & imagined the dress on siddhant.

Roli blushed

She took the dress near her face & kissed.

Roli: siddhant I wish you like this design. You will look handsome in this.

Roli smiled.

Roli press the dress & packed it in the boxes carefully.

Roli was eagerly waiting for their marriage...

Roli was select king the design for her mehendi.

She also told designer to hide his name in the design.

She gave the ideas too how to do it.

Designer was surprised.

She started putting the design.

Her cousins & close relatives were there in their house.

They tease Roli while she blushed.

Roli parents were happy to see their excited daughter.

The mehendi was very dark on her hands.

Her cousins again started teasing her.

Cousin: roli see how dark the mehendi is. It shows he loves you so much.

Roli smiled.




Roli was eagerly waiting to show her dark mehendi to siddhant during their sangeet

He was busy with his cousin.

Finally upon mataji insistence he sat beside her.

Roli with corner of her eyes looked at him.

Roli blushed.

She slowly forward her hands towards him to show the mehendi.

Siddhant was not understanding that.

Siddhant: what happened?

Roli: mehendi.

Siddhant: OK. So what?

Roli was surprised with his question.

Roli: nothing this is mehendi with your name hidden. Can you find it?

Siddhant: oh god! Are we kids to play hide & seek? I don't have any interest to search my name in this mehendi. I don't see my name too.

Roli: yes it us hidden in the design. That is why it is not seen clearly

Siddhant: sorry. I don't have any interest to find my name in this mehendi. Don't mistake me.

Roli took her hands back.

Roli: its ok.

Roli understood that it is not his interest.

She ignored it.


After everyone danced roli & siddhant were called to dance.

Siddhant: let's go. We are alone left to dance.

Roli: but I dont know to dance.

Siddhant: what???

Siddhant was shocked as he likes dancing a lot.

Siddhant alone went to the stage & dance alone in the stage.

He was feeling bad that Hus life partner not knowing to dance

After dancing he had dinner & left to their house without talking to anyone...

Mataji & SUjatha went to talk to Siddhant in his room.

Mataji: Siddhant why you came from Sangeet without even talking to anyone.

Siddhant: Mataji, you know she doesn't know to even dance. You know how much i love dance right.

Mataji: SIddhant, dance is not going to be in day to day life. See after this Sangeet where she is going to dance. And Siddhant everyone does not know everything. Infact I dont know dancing, your mother dont know dancing.

Sujatha: Yes Siddhant. Dancing is not some needed criteria for life. If yes. we might have not got married only.

They smiled.

Siddhant: Still Mataji, what if i go some some party where we need to dance?

Mataji: SIddhant, she is going to become your wife. If you want you teach her. SHe is smart enough that she will learn quickly. Dont worry

Mataji & Sujatha convinced Siddhant for some more time.

Finally Siddhant agreed and returned normal.

Roli & Siddhant family reached the marriag hall.

Siddhant was waiting for his dress.

Siddhant: Maaji where is my dress?

Sujatha: Siddhant, it is with Roli only. You are aware right that she took for designing.

SIddhant: But i need to wear it now. Why cant you bring it earlier itself?

Sujatha: What is there in it Siddhant? I will just bring now. They are just in another room of the hall.

Sujatha rushed towards Roli room to bring his dress.

As soon as seeing Sujatha, ROli understood and gave Siddhant's dress to her.

Sujatha took it with a smile.

Sujatha went back to Siddhant and gave him the dress.

Siddhant: Maaji i dont like all these waiting and all.

Sujatha: Siddhant what happened to you? Why are you searching for reason to get upset? What happened now? What is your concern?

Siddhant: Not knowing Maaji. Some sort of tension from the day of my marriage getting fixed. Some sort of confusion whether she will be suitable to me.

Sujatha: Siddhant though you search in the whole world no one will match your expectation 100%. We only need to accept the life partner with their own advantages & disadvantages.

Siddhant: I dont know maaji. How my mind is going to accept her! Already on knowing she dont know dance my mind got upset.

Sujatha: We already told you right. It is not the big criteria.

Mataji entered the room.

Mataji: Sujatha & Siddhant the time of marriage is nearing where you both are talking all those again.

Sujatha: Mataji is right. Siddhant get ready.

Sujatha & Mataji told Siddhant to get ready and went out of the room...

Siddhant opened the box and took out his dress.

He was stunned on the work done by Roli in his dress.

He admired it for a while.

He got smile on his face.

His fingers caressed the beautiful design.

His mind was exicted for a moment thinking about her talent.

That excitement wipe the confusion he got regaridng her dancing talent.

Siddhant put his wedding dress and looked at himself in the mirror.

He was very happy about it.

Siddhant opened the door and came out.

Same time Roli too came out of his room on her Lehenga.

All were stunned on the beatuiful work dont on those wedding dresses.

Everyone appreciated ROli for her talent and Siddhant was feeling proud.

Siddhant got smile on his face.

Roli blushed.

Roli & Siddhant entered into the Marriage mandap.

Siddhant did ganesh pooja.

Jamanlal did kanyadan of ROli to Siddhant.

Siddhant & Roli exchanged garlands.

Roli & Siddhant took 7 pheres.

Siddhant filled Roli forehead with Sindoor.

Siddhant put the mangal sutra on her beautiful neck.

Siddhant & Roli took blessings of all the elders.

All Siddhant's friends & relatives whoever came to marriage appreciated his dress.

Friend: Siddhant where you purchased this beautiful designed dress. I wish to purchase same design.

Siddhant: You cant purcahse as it is done by my wife in plain dress.

Friend: is it! It is really superb.

Simarlar appreciation was given by almost all his freinds & cousins.

Siddhant was on the sky in happiness.

Siddhant & Roli sat to have lunch.

Siddhant smiled looking at Roli.

ROli blushed.

Mataji & SUjatha were happy to see smiling Siddhant leaving all his confusion.

Roli & Siddhant reached Bharatwaj house with their family members.

Roli parents were happy to see their daughter has become daughter in law of such big house.

Sujatha welcome Roli & Siddhant taking aarthi.

Roli entered into house traditionally kicking the kalash gently with her right leg.

Keeping the foot prints and hand print on the wall.

Roli lit the diya in pooja room and prayed to God.

Mataji told Sujatha to bring bowl of milk with rose petals.

Mataji put her ring inside it and told Roli & Siddhant to find it.

Roli & Siddhant put their hands inside the bowl.

Roli got the ring on her hands as soon as she put her hand inside.

Siddhant slowly hold her hands and caressed inside the bowl.

Roli blushed.

Her hold on the ring left which got struck on Siddhant hand.

Siddhant took out his hand with the ring.

Mataji: What Roli? Why you let Siddhant to take the ring?

Roli: Its ok mataji.

She said with a blush.

Siddhant gave mischief smile looking at Roli...

Roli & Siddhant took blessings of elders.

Siddhant took Roli to his room.

The room was looking beautiful as it was well decorated with baloons and candles.

The frangrance was filled in the air.

Roli & Siddhant entered into their room.

SIddhant locked the door and went near Roli.

Roli blushed.

Siddhant went near Roli with a smile.

Siddhant was standing behind ROli.

He hold her shoulder and pulled her closer.

Siddhant hands caresses her from shoulders to fingers and their fingers intertwined.

Siddhant took his hands with her hands and wrapped around her waist.

Roli closed her eyes in shyness.

Siddhant tightened his grip around her and went near her face.

Siddhant took her to the sofa and made her sit beside him.

Roli: Hmm.

Siddhant: Actually i was not interested in our marriage & infact i accepted only for Mataji & Maaji who were very much interested to get you married to me

Roli was surprised to hear he was not interested in their marriage.

Siddhant: Above that when you said you dont know dancing, i was terribly upset. You know i love dancing.

Roli: Yes. You did dancing very well. But i got no idea about dancing.

Siddhant: That made me so upset then again Mataji & Maaji only convinced me.

Roli was feeling upset inside her heart that she was unable to do something which her husband wish from her.

SIddhant: Infact till today morning i got confusion on my mind about our marriage. As you know i always wish to marry someone who is similar in the interests, likes & dislikes.

Roli understood why he was upset on sangeet.

SIddhant: You know when i saw your work on our wedding dress, i was completely stunned. You got good talent. You know all my friends, relatives everyone appreciated. I was very happy. In that happiness all my tension about you wiped off.

Roli was happy that he is happy about her now.

Siddhant: Roli you looks beautiful.

Roli blushed.

Siddhant lost himself on her pinky cheeks.

Siddhant: ROli you know i am a bookworm. Come with me i will show you my library.

Siddhant hold her hands and got up.

He took her to a cupboard which was full of vast collection of books.

Siddhant smiled while Roli puzzled.

Siddhant: Roli, you know each & every book here in this collection is my favorite. I go to library whenever possible and if that book is nice, i immediately purchase & add to this collection.

Roli was looking at him without knowing what to answer.

Siddhant pulled her closer.

Siddhant: Roli now tell me what is your interest. which type or collection of books you are interested to read?

Roli was blinking her eyes what to tell him.

Siddhant: Roli, why are you hesitating? I am only asking about your interest in the books. Hesitation & shyness we will handle later when I take you in my arms.

Roli blushed.

Siddhant: Roli tell me naa.

Roli: Siddhantji...

Siddhant: Hmm. Tell me darling.

Roli: I dont read any of these books or collections.

Siddhant: What???

Roli: I dont have much knowledge to read.

Roli: Siddhantji... are you not aware i only passed 10th Std.

Siddhant was shocked.

He left the hold he was having on her and went back few steps.

Roli went near Siddhant with hesitation on seeing his upset face.

Roli: Siddhantji..

Siddhant: Roli please...

He was not even interested to talk to her further.

He moved out of the room and went to terrace.

Siddhant was looking at the moon in the sky.

Siddhant was thinking, Oh God! Though Roli is beautiful like the moon she got such big drawback. She is uneducated. Where i got struck? WHy the fate link my life to such uneducated girl?

He got so many array of questions on his mind.

He was worried.

How can I take her to any party or gathering?

How she will handle talking to others in public?

If someone ask about her qualitfication how can i tell just 10th STD?

He was feeling very bad...

In the room Roli shed tears.

Roli understood by his expression that he was not aware that she is uneducated.

After crying for long... Roli slept in that sitting position itself.

After midnight siddhant returned to his room.

Siddhant saw Roli sitting on the floor and sleeping leaning on the bed.

Her face revealed that she cried.

Siddhant felt bad to see her.

But in the menatime,. It was not his mistake..

Infact he is also affected by such mismatched marriage.

He was not getting sleep for long time.

Roli wake up in the morning & saw Siddhant sleeping in the bed.

Roli went to washroom and took bath.

Roli went down to kitchen to help Sujatha.

ROli decided to wait for Siddhant acceptance for thier relationship with patience.

Sujatha was happy on seeing Roli in the kitchen.

Sujatha: ROli, Good morning..

Roli: Good morning Maaji.

Roli took blessing of Sujatha.

Roli: Maaji, let me prepare the tea.

Sujatha: Roli you are entering into kitchen for first time. SO you better prepare sweet first. I will prepare tea.

Roli: Ok maaji.

ROli started preparing sweet (kheer)

Sujatha prepared tea and served to all.

Sujatha gave the tea cup for Siddhant to ROli.

Sujatha: Roli, give this to Siddhant.

Roli was hesitating thinking not sure how he will react. But she cant deny when Sujatha tell her to take.

Roli took the tea cup with her to their room.

Siddhant just came out of bathroom brushing his teeth.

Roli with a smile went near him.

Roli: Good morning Siddhantji..

He did not reply.

Roli though felt bad did not show it.

Roli: Tea for you.

Siddhant took the tea and went to the sofa.

He sat in the sofa and started having the tea holding the newspaper on another hand.

Roli was waiting for him to return the tea cup looking at his face.

Roli eyes admiring his beautiful face for a while.

Siddhant lift his face to look at her and kept the tea cup on the table near the sofa.

Siddhant continued reading the paper.

Roli took the tea cup and went down.

Roli prepared kheer while Sujatha prepared the breakfast.

Sujatha: Roli go to your room and take rest. Cooking is finished.

ROli went to his room.

SIddhant who just finished reading newspaper kept the paper on the table and went near the cupboard.

Roli took the newspaper and folded it properly and kept it neatly.

Siddhant noticed it and was searching for his dress to wear for the day.

Roli looked into the cupboard which was not arranged neatly.

Roli went near him.

Roli: Siddhantji...

Siddhant: Hmmm

Roli: If you dont mind, can i arrange your cupboard today?

Siddhant: What is there in arranging in this?

Roli: Just i will arrange neatly and will show you. Hope you will like it.

Siddhant gave a weird smile.

Siddhant: What is the use of liking the cupboard?

He went to take bath.

ROli understood what he meant..

She got tears on her eyes.

Roli started arranging his cupboard...

Part 14

Siddhant when returned taking bath saw Roli almost set his cupboard.

He just looked into it and it was beautifully arranged.

He just gave a look and went down to have breakfast.

Roli closed the cupboard and went behind him.

Roli & Siddhant reached the dining table.

Roli served the kheer and food to all.

Siddhant was surprised to see Kheer in the breakfast.

But it was his favorite.

He tasted it and smiled.

Siddhant: Maaji, kheer is tasty today. Give me some more.

Sujatha looked at Roli while ROli served more kheer to Siddhant.

Siddhant had 2-3 cups of kheer with little breakfast.

Siddhant: I loved the kheer today maaji. keep somemore for me. I will have it later.

Sujatha: Hmm.. Mataji see how he is liking the kheer prepared by his wife.

Siddhant just now came to know that it was prepared by Roli.

Siddhant got up and went to his room.

Roli had breakfast and clean the dining table.

She set everything in the kitchen and put the vessels for washing.

As Siddhant said she kept some kheer for him in a bowl.

Roli got smile thinking how he liked the kheer prepared by her.

Roli went to their room.

Siddhant was in the sofa reading some book.

Roli opened the cupboard and started seeting his cupboard balance parts.

Siddhant after a while adjusted his voice.

Siddhant: Roli...

Roli was happy on hearing him calling her.

Roli turned her face and looked at him.

Siddhant: Roli you prepared kheer well.

Roli: Thank you.

Siddhant: Also you are arranging the cupboard too well. I am impressed.

Roli: Thank you Siddhantji.

Siddhant: But Roli... I hope you understand my expectation of a wife was very high. I was broken compeltely when knowing you are uneducated.

Roli: I do understand..

Siddhant: I know it is not your mistake. But i need time to make up my mind to accept the reality.

Roli: Sure. please take your own time. I can understand how you might have felt when none of your expectation got met.

Siddhant was happy that she understood him.

Roli continued setting his cupboard while Siddhant was reading the book.

When Roli completed setting the cupboard he looked at Siddhant.

Siddhant as he did not slept properly the previous night... slept in the sofa itself in sitting position with the books kept on his chest.

Roli with a smile went near him.

Roli took the book and kept it in on the cupboard.

Roli kept a pillow on the sofa and push him gently towards the pillow.

Also lift his legs and kept it in the sofa.

Siddhant now lay down in the sofa..

Roli covered him with a blanket and switched on the Air conditioner.

ROli admired at sleeping Siddhant with peace...

Part 15

Siddhant wake up in the evening and saw almost the full room was beautifully rearranged.

He saw himself sleeping in the sofa covered with blanket and understood Roli might have done it.

Siddhant smiled.

He got up and looked around.

He was unable to believe whether he is in his room only.

His book shelf, cupboard everything was set perfectly.

Siddhant was surprised to see how she did in just 1 day and that too within few hours.

When he was wondering looking around she heard her voice.

Roli: Siddhantji, you wish to have tea or kheer now.

SHe asked entering into the room with a smile.

Siddhant: I wish to have kheer.

Roli gave the kheer cup to him.

Siddhant: Roli you have not taken rest or what. You have changed the entire room.

Roli: I dont have practice to sleep in the day time. SO as it was getting bored. Just changed a little.

Siddhant: Hmmm..

Roli: Siddhantji... if you can get me plain cloth for this table cover, sofa cover and curtains, i can make embroidery in it.

Siddhant: Roli, i dont like all these shopping. You better go for shopping engaging some driver and purchase whatever you want.

Roli nod her head as acceptance.

Siddhant started going to office from the next day.

Roli took a car engaging a driver and went for shopping.

Siddhant already gave Roli some money for doing all those purchases.

Roli selected beautiful color and good material clothes.

Also purchased required items like needle, thread etc for embroidery.

She purchased some glas color too.

After reaching home, Roli started making designs in those clothes.

She continued that embroidery work on her free time after finishing the cooking tasks and after Siddhant leave to office.

The days were passing...

Roli wake up before Siddhant and keep his brush with paste ready near the wash basin.

Then his dress neatly pressed will be kept in the changing room for him to wear after taking bath.

His watch will be kept in the table near the sofa.

Then she brush his shoes and keep it near the sofa.

After keeping all ready for Siddhant, Roli go down to help SUjatha.

Roli cook food while Sujatha help her in cutting vegebles.

Siddhant after getting ready come down to the dining hall and have food.

Siddhant started liking her cooking a lot.

It used to be tasty and also with varieties.

While he return, the changing dress will be kept ready in the changing room.

Roli bring hot tea for him to drink with a smile.

Siddhant drink that and sit with the book.

Roli goes down to take care of prepartion of Dinner.

After having Dinner, SIddhant sleep in the bed while Roli sleep in the sofa...

Part 16

Siddhant was tensed.

Siddhant return home upset.

He not even go to his room and sat in the hall sofa with Mataji, Sujatha.

Roli was cutting vegetables for Dinner sitting in the dining table.

Mataji: Siddahnt why are you so tensed? You are looking upset too.

Siddhant: Mataji, i am invited by a business associate for a party.

Mataji: Siddhant where is there to get tensed or upset in this.

Siddhant: The thing is they have called with family.

Mataji: So what. You take Roli with you.

Siddhant: Mataji, why are you not understanding? She neither knows to talk to those business people nor she can join me in the dance floor.

Mataji & Sujatha looked at each other.

Sujatha: Siddhant, so many will be coming in the party. All wife or husband may not know to dance. And where is necessity for Roli to talk instead you can talk to them right.

Siddhant: Maaji, Always i cant talk. Please understand how can i answer if someone ask ROli something.

Mataji: Siddhant, i think you are taking too much tension. Instead just take her and go. She too will be learning only if she too get such learning chances on how to mingle with people.

Siddhant was not conviced.

He got up from there and went to his room.

Roli who was hearing all these conversation got tears on her eyes...

After sometime.. ROli went to Mataji & Sujatha.

Roli: Mataji, shall i ask something.

Mataji: Yes Roli.

ROli: Can i go to my parents house for a week?

Mataji: Of course you can. I do understand SIddhant never took you anywhere or your parents house since you got married. I will tell him to drop you in your parents house from the party..

Roli: Mataji, But am i fit to attend the party?

Mataji: Roli, why are you talking like that? If you are not fit then who will fit for that. you can very well attend the party.

Roli: But Siddhantji...

mataji: Oh! You heard what he was telling. He is just getting afraid unnecessarily. No need for such worries. Just go to party and enjoy.

Roli: Ok Mataji.

Roli went to her room with cup of tea for Siddhant.

After giving him tea, Roli started packing her dresses for a week trip to her parent's house.

Siddhant was wondering what Roli is packing.

But his tension was about the party.

Siddhant: Roli do you know anything about party? Do you have any party wear dress.

Roli: Yes. i do have a party wear.

Siddhant: Ok wear that and be ready by tomorrow evening.

Roli: Ok.

Roli took the tea cup and went down.

Siddhant was afraid about what is going to happen in the party...

Mataji informed SIddhant to leave Roli in her parent's house after completion of party.

Siddhant agreed and went to office.

Roli finished her embroidery work of all the clothes.

Roli changed the table cloth.

She changed the sofa cover.

She changed the curtain.

Pillow cover..

Bed sheet.

Blankets...

All in same color with matching embroidery work.

She looked around.

Roli was fully satisfied.

Roli started paining in the french window glass.

She finished painting too in few hours.

After completing all the works Roli looked at the clock.

It was around 5 PM.

Roli remembered Siddhant telling her to be ready by 6 PM.

Roli took bath and put the party wear dress.

She dropped her hair loose with a small clip holding bunch of her hair.

Roli was looking pretty.

She looked at the clock which was showing the time as 6.

Roli received call from Siddhant.

Siddhant: Roli, i am held up in some work and i may leave office little late. SO can you come to party hall directly. I will join you there.

Roli: Ok Sure. Address.

Siddhnat: I will SMS you & the driver.

Roli: Ok.

Line was disconnected.

Roli was thinking, she was planning to show him all these embroidery work and the glass paining on the window when he come home.

But now...

No use of thinking anything.

Roli went down.

Roli: Mataji, he told me to come to party hall and he will join there coming directly.

Mataji: Ok. Did you took dress for taking to your parent house.

Roli: Yes. I have taken.

Sujatha: Roli, we will be missing you here. Please come in a week.

Roli: Sure maaji. I too cant stay away from you all.

Roli got tears.

Roli took blessings fo the elders and left the house towards party hall...

Roli saw Siddhant waiting for Roli in the entrace of the party hall.

ROli got down from the car..

Siddhant skipped his heart beat for a moment.

ROli with a smile went near Siddhant.

His eyes were admiring her beauty.

He was lost for a moment.

Roli: Siddhantji...

Siddhant regained his conscious on her calling.

Siddhant: Lets get in.

Siddhant turned towards the party hall while Roli went behind him.

They saw all young couples moving holding thier hand smiling at each other.

Siddhant looked at themselves who were walking with couple of feet distance.

He stopped while ROli too stopped thinking what has happend.

Siddhant slowly forward his hands to hold her hands and intertwined their hands.

ROli blushed.

Siddhant took her inside the party hall.

They sat in a table which was arranged in the party hall.

Siddant looked at Roli's beautiful face.

He was unable to shift his eyes from her.

He was not interest to leave the hands holding her too.

He tighten his grip of his hand.

ROli smiled facing down in shyness.

When he was trying to talk something...

One of his business associate came there with his wife.

Friend: Hi Siddhant...

SIddhant: Hi...

Friend: Meet my wife Anusha.

Siddahnt: Meet my wife Roli.

Anusha: Hello Roli..

Roli: Hello Anusha.

Roli & Anusha shake their hands.

ANusha: Roli you got very pretty paty wear. Where did you purchased.

Roli: ANusha, this was plain chudidar which i purchased and did the work on my own.

Anusha: is it? You are realy talented. You are brilliant. You know i dont even know to hold needle.

Friend: ANusha what you know tell me. Neither cooking nor other works. The only thing you can do is roaming around and talking well.

They laughed.

Siddhant was wondering on their talk.

They left the place after a while.

Siddhant faced similar experiences with few more friends too.

Siddhant realised Roli is really talented than his friends wife.

Siddhant was feeling ashamed on thinking down about her.

After some time, it was announced that dancing will be started and all were invited to the dance floor.

Siddhant was hesitating to go to dance floor alone.

Roli: Siddhantji, you like dancing very well right. Then why are you waiting.

Siddhant: No Roli. It will be odd if i dance alone.

Roli: Why you need to dance alone?

Siddhant: I cant get you. Then with whom i will dance.

He was surprised.

Roli: yes. please come.

Siddhant was surprised and went behind Roli who was going ahead to him to the dance floor.

Roli forward her hands while Siddhant hold it and wrapped around his shoulders.

Siddhant & Roli sat for having Dinner.

Siddhant was wondering whether ROli knows how to eat in the party.

Siddhant took the spoon & fork.

Roli too took it.

Siddhant started having food and ROli too had food similar to how Siddhant had.

Siddhant was surprised.

They had dinner and the party was finished.

Siddhant & Roli came out of the party hall.

Roli: SIddhantji...

SIddhant; Yes ROli..

Roli: You remember you need to drop me in my parent's house.

Siddhant remembered mataji telling him.

Siddhant: yes i do.

He said with little upset face.

Siddahnt started driving towards her house.

Siddhant was extremely surprised.

Siddhant: Roli, shall i ask you something.

Roli: yes Siddhantji.

Siddhant: ROli do you attend parties regularly?

Roli: No.

Siddhant: Then how you were knowing to eat perfectly in the party with spoon and fork.

Siddhant was feeling very bad now for thinking very low about ROli.

He remembered what he told Mataji & Maaji for taking Roli to the party.

SIddhant reached Bharatwaj house.

He entered into the house while Mataji & Sujatha asked him.

Mataji; Siddhant how went the party.

Siddhant: Mataji, party went very well.

Sujatha: You dropped Roli on her Parent's house.

Siddhant: Yes i did.

Mataji & Sujatha noticed his happiness when talking about party & sadness when talking about leaving Roli.

They smiled looking at each other.

Siddhant went to their room.

Siddhant was surprised when he opened the door of his room.

It was completely changed.

Everywhere Siddhant can see the work of Roli.

In the sofa..

Siddhant was stunned by her talent.

He got no words to praise her.

Siddhant looked at his watch which was showing him 11 PM.

Siddhant who was thinking of calling and praising her decided to call the next day being the time is very untime.

Siddhant lay down in the bed caressesing the beautiful embroidery design in the bed spread and the pillow.

Siddhant remembered their hugs & kissed they shared on the marriage day.

Siddhant was missing Roli badly.

Siddhant wake up in the early morning hearing the alarm sound.

When he wake up he was stunned.

The room was filled with colors.

Siddhant was wondering from where these colors are coming inside the room.

Siddhant got up and rushed towards the window.

Siddhant saw beautiful glass paining in the window glass.

The sunlight through the painted glass was giving colors inside the room.

Siddhant was stunned by its beauty.

He caressed the painting.

Siddhant kissed on the glass painting design.

He admired each & every work of Roli inside that room.

He saw matching pattern & designs in all the clothes.

Siddhant was thinking, she might have changed all these and might have thought of showing me. I have told her to come to hall directly. Still she not even told me that she has done all these.

Siddhant went near bed and sat int he bed.

In the side table of bed Siddhant saw photo of Roli & Siddhant put in the photo frame and kept.

Siddhant took the photo and kissed Roli.

Siddhant: ROli where you went leaving me restless thinking about you. Yes Roli when you were here i didn't realise anything. But now i cant stay away from you. Please come soon...

Part 22

Siddhant went to washroom.

His brush was not ready with paste.

He put the paste and brush his teeth.

The dress was not ready to change after taking bath.

Siddhant came out wrapping a towel and took his dress from cupboard.

His watch which he throw somewhere in the bed previous night, was missing.

He searched for the watch for long and found it below the blanket.

He took it and wear it.

Then he looked at the show.

It was dull without polish.

Siddhant did polish, but it was not shining as much as Roli usually get.

Siddhant finally got ready and went down.

Sujatha served the food to Siddhant.

Siddhant tasted the food and the taste was not upto the one which he used to for past few days.

Siddhant: Maaji, i dont like the taste.

Sujatha: Siddhant, what can i do? I dont know to prepare like your wife does.

Siddhant smiled.

Siddhant had breakfast and went to office.

After reaching office his thoughts were around Roli..

He tried his best to involve in the work and concentrate.

After pushing the time he finally reached evening.

He return home.

When he returned to his room, the empty room without Roli was welcoming him.

Siddhant was irritated with this loneliness.

No one was there to bring hot tea to him.

Siddahnt rushed down to have tea.

After having tea he sat in the sofa to push some more time.

Mataji: Siddhant you seems to be so dull.

Siddhant: Nothing Mataji.

Sujatha: No Siddhant. You are not like usual since morning.

Siddhant: Nothing. Tell me when Roli will be returning.

Mataji: Sujatha see. he is tell nothing. But now his mouth opened the reason for his dullness.

Sujatha: yes. Siddhant is missing Roli.

Siddhant blushed.

Mataji: Siddhant you are asking me. call roli and tell her you are missing her. I am sure she will rush to you.

Mataji & Sujatha started teasing him

Siddhant went back to his room.

SIddhant took his phone to call Roli.

He knows Roli went for first time after their marriage.

Siddhant was restless the next day too thinking about Roli.

Siddhant reached home and when he entered into his room he was surprised.

Roli was standing in front of the mirror.

Roli got smile on seeing Siddhant through the mirror.

ROli turned towards Siddhant.

He came near her forward his hands towards her in happiness.

Roli was shocked seeing the happiness on Siddhant's face on seeing her.

Roli blushed.

Roli didn't come to their room and stayed with Sujatha till Dinner.

Siddhant dropped her down after entering their room and locked the door.
