Rey was feeding her sitting beside her, they were lost in a different world though there was silence but yet the silence had its own meaning. Soon there little time got disturbed with the entrance of Sharon and Swayamn, for Swayam he was rooted at his place seeing Rey feeding her and she is consuming without a word. His eyes filled with tears, he held Sharon's hand in an instant and when Sharon looked at him they smiled with tears, they had happy tears Sharon was happy that his dear bhai had got love in his life and she was really feeling proud of her bhai, that her bhai has the guts to go out of the society rules to proclaim his love.
Soon both went inside, Swayam blessed her keeping his right palm on her head, kissed her forehead and asked about her health, scolded her lovingly for not taking care of herself as well as for not informing him about the brath, Sharon saved her from her brother's scolding and hugged her tight. Seeing her happy Swayam winked at Rey and informed her that today just after her discharge Swayam will drop Rey and Sharon to the city and take back Taani to haveli, and next day Swayam will leave for Mumbai, while Swayam was saying all these Rey's eyes were fixed on her, and he could easily identify her change of facial expression, the hurt and fear in her eyes was visible clearly, hearing Rey will leave, and it was confirmed more when Rey felt a tight grip on his palm, though it was for few seconds for anybody to notice but Rey felt it, as if her heart didn't listen to her mind and was not ready to except that Rey will leave her and go. Though her face showed pain yet she tried to smile, Rey chuckled on his own because now he was more than sure about her inner feelings, Rey looked at her and she looked down.
Soon Swayam and Rey went to reception for her discharge paper, they knew they need to hurry and cross the perfect boundary, before anyone comes to know and Sharon stayed in the ward talking different things to her and feeding her. First time she tried to speak about her life to Sharon, but she efficiently changed the subject and did not allow her to speak.
First of all Rey had asked everybody not to let her know that they know everything, and Sharon herself had her own plan to celebrate her birthday if not in a grand way but in presence of all 4, a perfect family get-to-gather, if they reach before evening. She has even called her friend in Mumbai to make the necessary arrangements. She wanted to have a perfect re-start of her life. Regarding Swayam she was feeling sorry for him, she understood in any way Swayam had no fault but her ego and diva attitude was somewhere pulling her down but that is a different story and she knew her way to manage Swayam because the sweet brother of Taani and best buddy of her bhai was though acting innocent in front of everybody but was not the same with Sharon, he was hurt because of her distrust and her thoughts regarding break-up. She knew she need time to talk with him but right now there focus was only to reach Mumbai with Taani.
Soon discharge paper was ready before 8, Sharon helped Taani to change her dress, the channel through which glucose was running was bandaged, Sharon tied her hair, the wound of her foot was not healed, she was still limping but Sharon somehow helped and brought her to the car. Though Rey protested and wanted to bring her, but Swayam stopped him saying not to create any kind of controversy and talks, because more than helping her now, there main aim was on the escape. Rey opened the door of the back sit, Sharon helped her in and by 8.15 am the journey started.
Swayam was driving because he was aware of the road with Sharon beside him and on the back sit Taani was sitting beside Rey. Rey had noticed her pale look, he could read her eyes, from the moment she heard about Rey;s return unaware of the fact that now her whole life will change. She was looking out of the window, Rey could see her tears, he held her palm and squeezed it, she instantly looked at him, he bending a little rubbed her tears with her fingers and just with the gesture of his eyes he was asking her not to cry, she too nodded her head in approval and tried to smile, but she was unable to do, soon once again she avoided his eyes looking outside tried hard to control her emotions, she knew whatever was happening was bound to happen but her heart was aching, his mere touches, his feeding her, his eyes were pulling her to him but how could she give away her heart because her brain never forgot to warn her and remind her that she is a widow. She once again closed her eyes and avoided him turning more towards the window, but the held up salty droplets oozed out.
TAANI'S POV:
Kiu krishnaji? Kiu aap humesha mere saath aysae karate ho? I accepted my life the way it came, and one sudden day, devar ke naam parh bhai se milwaya aapne, I became happy, first time in my life I experienced a brotherly love and care, bhabhi ke naam suntae I was excited I wanted to meet bhabi, but jab bhai ka payyar bhabhi ka payyar jindegi bhar dena hie nahii tha kiu laya aap dono ko mere jindagiee mai? But krishnajii aap khush nahi thae bhai and bhabi ke sath aap unhae, Rey ko le aya mere life mai, kiu milwaya unsae, I tried hard not to look at him not to think about him, but I failed.
I know I can't allow my heart to feel for him, these alien feelings are not for me, I have no right to feel for him, to love him but one thing I know that he is the man of my life, I can never forget him, but in this birth I can't get him, even my parents will not allow me moreover when he will come to know about me, his heart will feel with hatred after all who will accept a widow in his life. Kiu kiya apnae aysa mere saath kiu aap le ayae unhae mere jindagie mai?
These are the last few minutes I am seeing him in this life, soon he will go away, I can never see those dark brown eyes, can never feel his touch, aj subha hie kitnae payyar sae kaha mujhae "Bohot Jiddi ho" apnae hatho sae mujhae doodh pilaya, Rey mai aap ko kabhi nahi bhul sakta, aap humesha mere dil mae raho gae, I admit I love him I love him, krishnajii Rey ko apnae jindagie mai bohot khusiya dena, but Krishnajii will you please fulfil my one wish, all I want is in my next birth Rey ko sirf mere liya banana, bohot payaar karti hu unsae.
Her chain of thought was broken when Rey called her and handed her the bottle of water and medicine, she looked at him with wet eyes, and then without saying consumed it. She once again tried to look out avoiding his eyes, but he held her shoulders, she tried not to turn but with a little force he turned her, held her chin and made her look in his eyes, "Put your leg up and sit, jakham abhi bhara nahi" She tried to put up her legs, but couldn't as the place was little because she was sitting at the edge maintaining distance. Rey saw her struggle, looked at her smirked and instantly kept his right palms on her waist, with his touch on her waist she shivered and Rey could easily feel her shivering, she winked at her and instantly her cheeks turned red, and when she was in this mode of feelings, he pulled her near him holding her waist and side hugging her made her head to rest on his shoulder, making room for her to lift her leg, she tried to protest but who cares? Slowly her protest submerged.
On the other hand Swayam saw this little act, from the rear view mirror, he was feeling uncomfortable as he truly treats her as his sister, and someone holding her sister so closely was the reason of his uncomforting state, but he too smirked because today he perfectly understood what Rey felt whenever he and Sharon became cosy in front of him, he felt it from a brother's point of view but then he was happy because living alone his possessiveness as a brother he knew his best buddy will make his sister forget all her pain will feel her life with love and care, will give new dimension to her life. He was happy, and the slow acceptance of Taani was giving him more positive hopes.
On the other hand she was still hesitating to be near Rey, because she was on the verge of losing her self control, but when he patted her shoulders slowly, as if assuring her that all will be fine, then pulling her more near him was already too much for her to resist his gesture and the moment she felt his lips pressed on her head She couldn't think of do's and don'ts instead she closed her eyes just to feel the moment. Forgetting everything she decided to feel his warmth for the first and last time may be for half an hour but she decided to live her full life in that 30 minutes.
The journey continued, soon the chillness of AC and the warmth of his embrace with the effect of medicine made Taani fall in deep slumber. Rey held her sleeping head more protectively it moved from his shoulder to his chest, he held her near his heart. Sharon seeing Swayam making faces seeing rear view mirror turned back to witness the most cutest scene ever, her bhai holding a sleeping Taani close to his heart protectively balancing her head on his left arms so that her head remains in the enclose of his arms and chest and himself keeping his head on the back of the seat rest sleeping with an open mouth. She was having naughty thoughts and just turned to disturb them and irritate them but a strong hold on her right wrist and a glare of swayam stopped her, she frowns, made faces and got busy with her mobile and within 15 minutes holding the mobile was in deep slumber. Swayam checked the mobile saw a perfect site opened with pictures of cake, he smiled he knew she knows to live the life to the fullest and may be already made preparation to celebrate Taani's birthday. He kept the mobile on the dash board and concentrated on driving. He was having a strong believe that all will be fine; he was only worried about Taani's reaction.
6hrs passed all were sleeping why not last night was not easy for them to pass, Taani was suffering and was unconscious, Rey and Sharon came to know about something which they can't even imagine, then Rey's mental turmoil and his decision, sleep taking over their eyes was usual but he can't afford to sleep or stop before crossing a particular area but now he checked his clock it was showing 2.15PM they started from Bundi in Rajasthan all he wanted was to cross his home town, Hisar district as early as possible and then even the state of Rajasthan, because he knew about the power of his family and their havelli but now he was happy, he has crossed Rajasthan State and has entered the state of Gujrat, even he has crossed Ahmadabad, they were right now on NH-8A within an hour they will enter Maharashtra. He was feeling a male pride because he had ultimately succeed in bringing his little sister out of that hell, he knew his so called traditional family can never reach her any more all in all they could do is to throw him out of family property but as if he cares. He turned back Rey was still sleeping and may be they were a little near too, whatever it was what he felt a bit uneasy, and his own princess was sleeping in her dreamland, precisely shopping land, because he knows her perfectly and he very well knows tomorrow her morning will start with her brother's ATM-Card may be his too with a determination of Taani's make-over. A picture of perfect family flushed in his eyes, but then he felt a growling sound in his stomach in want of food, and soon he stopped beside a Dhaba with a jerk, a bit purposeful jerk.
In an instant Rey woke up but the two princess was still sleeping, they admired a bit and then Swayam's voice brought him back.
Sw-Rey irada kya hai 6 hrs passed, 11 hours ka journey hai na, baki ke 5 hrs tere , now I will eat and sleep

R-Its Ok Swayam, but a little problem Taani ko comfortably sona parega, she is still not well, she needs support and front sit mai, (saying so he smiled and brushed his hair being caught)
Sw-ha ha, pata hai mujhae, she needs sleep and support but tujhae kiu lagta hai ki only your arms can give that, and so after lunch GIRLS.(.stretching the word girls) will sleep at the back, I will sleep beside you and you will look straight and drive. Samjha?? Highway one way hai, so jyada rear view bhi dakhna nahi parega tujhae.
R-ha ha samaj gaya, aab apne siren ko utha, meri Princess ko mai jagya dunga.
Sw- dakh Rey, behen hai mera, so watch out ha.
R-ha aur jo tu peechle 7 saaal se kar raha hai, woh bhi behen hai mera, tab suna tune jab mai kahata tha?
Sw-So, kya tu aab badla lega?
All of a sudden, hearing a sharp voice both the boys kept their hand on their ears.
Sh- What the hell? Why are u guys shouting? Pagal ho?
Before they could answer Taani got startled and woke up, and was extremely embarrassed seeing herself hugging Rey and sleeping.
