Appreciate the effort to bring up a common issue now many men are facing due to the miss use of 498a.I have many friends got tortured because of this.Their mistake was they looked after their parents and the wife doesn't want to stay with the in laws.Really don't know why it comes under criminal law?
So if any married woman can file 498a what have to do with the old parents? keep them in orphanage?What about the mental torture they are going through?
women who actually suffering will never dare to do it thinking abt the family.
