"I am not in good mood today...Office jaane ka mann nahi tha...Even then I have to be here...He is my past...dark past...Due to him I can't run away from my duties...I am not able to understand how to tell Vicky and Dai Maa about him...!!! " Walking toward her office she thought when Vicky dropped her at main entrance of Prime business Towers

" Geet Didi..go fast Param Sir is waiting for you in conference room..." Vipan office peon informed Geet as she entered office...

" Whats the matter Vipan...?..abhi 9 bhi nahi baje..."Amazed she asked because usually Param came after her...

But how he could tell.His duty was just to look after office staff 's daily needs "Abb Didi mujhe kya patta !! ...He was just asking for you...Amit Sir (chief architect) ka bhi puch rahe thay wo bhi abhi aaye hai..." He cleared...

She was much surprised with their strange behaviour..Why they seemed this much happy ? " Param!!...even Amit you...whats the matter...jo aap itna happy lag rahe hai..."

"Geet..we have big reason to smile...kabse tumko call kar rahe hai per tumhara phone he nahi lag raha...Whats the matter..." Param asked...

Geet checked her phone.Which went off due to low charge..." Uff mera phone bhi na...Me again forget to charge..." disappointed she nodded her head

"Its k ... I called at your landline...Aran asked Mommi had left and you were not responding ...How ever the real big thing to delight..." Cheered up Param stressed on Mommi her kids familiar way ...he was in really in good mood...

" Kya ?" It was hard for Geet to put control over her anxiety...

"You know na Kumar's Educational Group invited new ideas for their new ventures from Architecture Firms around the country...Amit n u worked hard for that project..After one month of tough selection process they chose us..." Param disclosed...

" Yes Geet this is true..." Much happy Amit second Param...

"Geet one reason is your fresh ideas ...and our offices are in same block...we did so many projects with them they trust us....so give importance to us...Now its our turn to raise that trust...But..."A moment back he was much excited what made Param to stop in mid with completing...

Amit joined the convo.."Actually when we both submitted this project ..at that time we were not sure...that k yeh project humme milega ya nahi...and in between this we signed a project with US company...so all the formalities have been completed and I have to leave for US in a week's time ...Atleast 2 months lag sakte hai..." Amit revealed real problem...

Suddenly Amit got an important call so he left the room.Now Param and Geet were alone there...Param as a very close friend to Vicky knew Khuraanas as well as whole of the tragic past Geet had gone through...

" Per Param...think plz ." in hope to get any solution she requested...

" Kumars ko hamara project itna pasand aaya unhone contract papers bhi bhej diye hai...when I called their manager aur unko hamari problem batayi k Amit available nahi hoga...He said that Second In charge to this project means you are here and they have no problem if she is ready to work on it.."Param cleared

With this he handed over the contract papers to Geet ...But more than this the biggest jolt till now was awaiting ...What was that...?

Maan he was not able to sleep for whole night...He was busy with his laptop... Checking emails...going through pending works in Mumbai...When Addi joined him..

" Sir Sasha is not working on this project ?...You dropped her from this Kumar Educational Trust Project..." Surprised Addi hesitatingly questioned Maan

Maan who was much involved in his work gave him tough glare...and nodded his head in approval " Ya...I dropped her...becoz she already taking care of two projects one in Pune other is Rajkot...so its hard for her...But most importantly Sasha can't handle this type of ventures..."

" Meaning ! " confused Addi asked...

" I mean this time Mr. Kumar k trust ka full focus rural areas per hai...So Sasha has never worked on grass root level...in rural areas...We need a person who should have deep knowledge related to such areas...Thats why I asked Mr.Kumar to provide architect according to their project requirement..." He elaborated...

" Thats great Sir...but Sir its really strange you did such first time...? otherwise aap kabhi bhi compromise nahi karte architect select karne mai..." This was really surprising for Addi

" Aur Maan Singh Khuraana kabhi bhi wo kaam nahi karta jisme uska faida na ho...Ek Mr. Kumar ko aise architects k baare main jayada knowledge hogi...coz they work in this field more than us...Aur agar mujhe us architect ka kaam acha lagga ...I will recruit that architect for my dream venture..." Much proud of his thinking Maan answered...

" That one which was your Dadda Ji's dream venture ...in their native village..."Addi estimated...

" Right Addi..."

" It means architect has been finalised..."Addi said...

" Almost...Mr.Kumar called me a short while ago...He also fixed meeting this evening around 5 ...was willing to be here with that architect and other team members but you know I couldn't let any one intervene in my privacy ...So We are going to their office.." Maan gave meeting schedule...

Back to Geet's Office

Geet she was busy in closely examining contract papers which they had to submit till 4 pm...But why Param had lines of worry on his face "...Which apperard on Geet's forehead too..She shrinked her brows and was getting sweaty...Looking pale and much disturbed...Geet wiped her face with tissue towel..." Param what is this...you know everything fir bhi...? "

" Ya I know...fir bhi...they did construction deal with Khuraana Constructions Mr. Maan Singh Khuraana...how could you ...and how could I..." Irritated from Param's decision she asked...

" Why not...Geet..!!!. You have left everything behind...He has left everything far behind...Even I heard about him that he has broken all ties with his family from last 6 and more years..." Param disclosed the facts...

" But Param he is the biggest reality of my life..beshaak kehne ko he sahi.. mere bachon k pita hai wo...I have no courage to face hiM...I am not afraid of him ...but I don want to face him...Us Insaan ko dekhna bhi nahi chaahti fir..."In deep grief she uttered the ultimate reality of her life...

" Fir karo face...overcome your fears...jaise aab takk yahan takk aayi ho...show the world you are not an uneducated ... unfortunate Geet...but a confident...self made educated girl full of life ..." he motivated her...

" Before signing this contract...let me have a word with Vicky...I can't take such a big step with consulting him.."

" Okey but hurry up..."

She called up Vicky in her office..When he wanted to know she gave no satisfactory reply so in hurry he reached office...Where after knowing the real matter he was also surprised...NeitherGeet nor Vicky discussed about last night's episode that Geet n Maan were face to face and Vicky heard Maan on phone...So now what step should they take this was the matter...Paramencouraged them ...motivated Geet to overcome her unknown fears...diverted minds so after introspection of two hours even Vicky gave her a go ahead to sign the forms...

" Geet Param is right..you are an independent girl...Just ek link up hone se...you cannot put your whole future on stake...so sign it..." Vicky also supported Param...

With trembling hands at last Geet signed the contract and at the distance of few steps Param had to submit these papers in Kumar Trust's Office in same building..

Amritsar Airport

Around 12 Noon

Dev and his Daddi checked out...Daddi she was much upset " Dev I never thought ..k itne saalon baad aise aana hoggaa..." she sighed..

" Daddi be positive...think our this visit turn out to be a reason to bring back our lost joys...humme Maan Bhai wapis mil jaaye..." he tried to bundle up her lost hope...

" Hope so beta...but now where we are going...? "

" Mujhe patta challa hai k ...Bro is staying back in Ludhiana for few more days due to business reasons....So we are also going there Daddi...Aaj raat Jalandhar stay karegay...as per previous plan...tabb taak main Ludhiana main rehne ka arrangement kar lunga...We ll start for Ludhiana in morning..." he gave detailed plan about their trip..

" Okey as u planned beta..." She rolled her hand over his face...

Both Daddi n Pota left for Jalandhar after that ...

Awesome part. Geet going to work on Maan's project. Dev and daadi also reached. Lot happening suddenly like setting the stage for the big face off. Geet is anxious obviously but hopefully she will come across as a confident woman.
