Why cant Shastri move to a different house

I wanted to write a similar post months ago. When Shastri ji had that heart attack.

But it is not easy to find a house in a crowded city. Also Shastriji spent lots of money to buy this one..and for his daughters's weddings. So I think it is difficult for him to move away.
