need a favour. need to ask something

I sent a gift fr divyanka n karan via IF. It reached them on 15th afternoon around 2pm as per the tracking record. A gift video segment of divyanka was added on the same day late evening if m not wrong where she is wearing a red kurta/suit. my gift was not there :(

Its 18th today n m clueless if my gift reached the right place. Can u tell me wat is ths system of video uploading followed by iF? As in if they shoot a video today do they upload on the same v day or next day?

How do I confirm if my gifts hv reached? I wrote the anchor Ruchika singh's name on it alongwith ishra name. Ruchika is the one who normally takes these segments n she insists on writing her as well the concerned actors name on the package. I did the same.

Right now m clueless :(
