In the recent episode, we saw Rajveer disguising himself as a tea vendor to gain entry in to the police station where Baveja has been kept in custody. Rajveer succeeds in killing Baveja by offering poisoned tea to him and thus manages to escape from being caught by the police for participating in Sam's kidnapping.

Roshni and Sid get the news of Baveja's death and they feel about something not being right. Sid rushes to the police station where he is given the car keys by the police. Sid realises that the car keys are similar to the ones he owns and later, on close examination, finds out that it was Rajveer who had the keys. On the other hand, at the Khurana mansion, Roshni smells the perfume Rajveer sprays on his clothes and has a dj vu. She remembers smelling the same fragrance at Baveja's house when she was hit from behind by Rajveer.

Roshni confronts Rajveer and slaps him for orchestrating the vile act of kidnapping and selling off Sam to the lecherous Baveja. Rajveer gets baffled with Roshni's slap and attempts to hit her back in retaliation. However, Sid comes on time to hold Rajveer's hand and goes about severely upbraiding him in Kritika's presence for his evil deeds.

As Rajveer sees he has been exposed, he challenges Sid and Roshni to present the proof to prove him guilty. To get the ball in his court, Rajveer goes to his room, begins packing his stuff to leave home and acts as if he is sincerely hurt with the allegations. Kritika expresses her wish to join him but the latter informs her that if they leave the house, he won't be getting the amount of Rs 4 crores he had earned by working with the Khuranas.

Kritika assures Rajveer that she will somehow get the amount for him from her parents. She seeks out Simran and manages to convince her to give her the monies. Simran naively promises Kritika to help her out.

Later, Rajveer plans to leave home with Kritika once he gets the money and kill her.

We also see DD visiting her long-known help-mate with Sid to seek help in identifying the person who arranged for Sam's fake passport.
