" Dil Kyun Hai Tanha Mere?"

Only if she could tell what she feels, Only if she could explain the depth of her love to him, the situation in which their love was put into, wouldn't have been drowning them in the ocean of agony.
Aaj jaane ki zid na karo
Yunhi pehloo mein baithe raho
Aaj jaane ki zid na karo
Haay mar jaayenge, hum to lut jaayenge
Aisi baatein kiya na karo

They themselves haven't realized, when they gave each other, places in their hearts, made each other, pieces of their soul and thought of each other, as most beautiful person in their life. So much was their love, that even a moment of solitude from each other, seemed to kill them from inside as they felt a important part of them being taken away.
But what they didn't know was the play of destiny, which always found fun in playing their hearts.
Destiny which always showed them dreams, only to break them.
Destiny, which made them grow fonder for each other, only to make even their shadows miles away from each other.
Why was the destiny so cruel towards their true love?

Tum hi socho zara, kyun na roke tumhe
Jaan jaati hai jab uth ke jaate ho tum
Tumko apni qasam jaan-e-jaan
Baat itni meri maan lo
Aaj jaane ki zid na karo

How can I give just one reason, why I shouldn't let you go, Yagya? When everything of mine starts with you and ends with you, then how can just one reason be enough to stop her?
The soul mates, who were destined to be one but after such a struggle that only their broken pieces of heart can be felt.
Every word spoken by them, breaks their heart further, but overdriven by feelings, they enunciated every word, not caring about the thousand broken pieces of their heart which were forming by those words.
Cravings which increased with the passage of time, Cravings which were suppressed by Destiny, Cravings which were long forbidden, but those were the Cravings which never got fulfilled. Waqt ki qaid mein zindagi hai magar
Chand ghadiyan yehi hain jo aazad hain
Inko khokar mere jaan-e-jaan
Umr bhar na taraste raho
Aaj jaane ki zid na karo

Indeed, time had played a very cruel game with these souls.
Bound in the prison of time, were their feeling, buried under the layers of pain, were their words and powered by agony, were their actions.
Already they were suffering a lot without each other's company, and the time wanted to test them further.
But the current distance was something, which had broken them completely from inside. It seemed there was nothing more to be broken in them. But time always proved them wrong.
Whenever, they thought, they had broken completely, time always made them break even more.
Written in the golden pages of history, glorified with tears of blood, their love story was something, which was beyond time and death. But...
Why is there so much of pain in this love?
