Sorry I had exams so I didn't update for a few days, but here are multiple chapters to compensate!
Chapter 62
Chapter 62
As soon as she climbed back up the stairs after drinking her glass of water, she paused outside Randhir's room for a few seconds.
She knew that he had heard her come upstairs, and she was sure that he knew that she was paused outside his room too, waiting for him to come and open it himself.
But he didn't come.
No worries though, he would come and open the door for her... she would call him to her.
She softly knocked on the door.
There was no response.
"Randhir?" she called softly. "I need your help."
He still didn't respond.
"Randhir... please?" she called out softly again. "Just come for two seconds... then I'll go back to my room and won't bother you."
Finally the door unlocked and he faced her, his expression stony.
"What do you want?" he asked coldly.
She pulled her hair to one side of her neck, exposing the other side of her neck and shoulder.
"I need you to remove the safety pin from my sari," she told him innocently.
Chapter 63
Randhir stared at her blankly for a few moments before nodding.
"Turn around," he ordered.
She almost smiled, but bit her lip to refrain from doing it... after all she didn't want to annoy him.
She turned around, her back facing him.
"Where is it?" he asked her.
She touched her shoulder gently.
"Here," she told him.
She felt his hand caress her shoulder softly, causing her to shudder internally. Flicking her tongue out, she licked her lips, moistening them because she wanted to feel the cool air against them.
As he worked to remove the pin, she wanted more than anything else to turn around and hug him tightly, or rather, press her body against his so hard that he would have no choice but be so turned on and make love to her right now.
"It's done," he said, removing the pin and holding it up.
Her sari's pallu automatically fell down her shoulder, because there was nothing to hold it up, and it exposed her blouse.
She turned around to face him and bent down to pick up her pallu. She made sure to bend as low as she could, so he could see as much cleavage as possible in her low cut blouse.
She could hear his breaths get faster and she almost smirked victoriously. Picking up her pallu, she draped it on her shoulder again, this time making sure it was situated beside her neck.
She took the safety pin from him and smiled gratefully.
"Thank you Randhir... good night," she told him, and turned around, her heart beating furiously, hoping that he would stop her.
Chapter 64
She walked up to the door, but he still hadn't stopped her. Glancing back over her shoulder, she noticed that he had turned around too and his back was to her. She bit down on her lip, thinking of what she could do to get him to stop her.
"Ouch!" she suddenly said loudly, and squeezed her eyes shut as if she was in pain.
He immediately turned around and rushed to her.
"What did you do?" he asked.
"I think I twisted my ankle," she said, grabbing the wall and pretending to be struggling to catch her balance.
"What? Can't you see where you walk?" he asked her rudely. "Where? Show me."
He bent down to look at her foot, and she grabbed his shoulder tightly, as if she were trying to hold him for support.
"Don't touch me," he snarled.
"Then you don't touch me," she told him adamantly, removing her hand from his shoulder.
He stood up and glared at her.
"Go to your room," he said to her.
She removed her hand from the wall and made the motion of falling forward, and grabbed the wall again.
"I'm going to fall," she told him.
"What trouble have I gotten stuck in?" he mumbled to himself then bent down and picked her up in his arms.
He was starting to head out the door but she glanced up at him, and her eyes caught his for a quick moment. In that moment, he turned around and headed towards his bed instead, laying her down on it.
"Just for tonight," he told her. "I don't want you to think this is going to happen every night. In case you need something since you can't move..."
"That much care for me?" she asked him softly.
She sat up on the bed as he sat down next to her.
"Not care for you, care for myself... if you start screaming for help, I won't get to sleep properly," he told her rudely.
"Oh... okay... but Randhir, this sari is uncomfortable. I don't want to sleep in it," she told him innocently. "Can you help me remove it?"
Chapter 65
He looked at her suspiciously, as if he was trying to figure out what she was up to.
"And what will you wear?" he asked her, raising his eyebrow.
"Well if you don't want to get up and go through my luggage to find my pyjamas, then you can give me your t-shirt... or I don't have to wear anything," she suggested, her tone still innocent.
"Hmm... wear nothing huh?" he asked her. "That's something you don't care about doing? Sleeping naked next to me?"
She shook her head.
"You've seen me naked so many times Randhir," she told him, still sounding innocent, like she had no hidden motives. "What's the big deal?"
He placed his hand on her shoulder gently, causing her muscles to tense up.
"I've also slept with you many times Sanyukta," he said to her, his eyes looking deep into hers, as if he was searching for something. "What's the big deal if I sleep with you now?"
"There is no big deal," she told him softly, her heart beating faster.
She glanced down at his lips and he looked down at hers too.
Her hand reached up and rested on top of his hand which was on her shoulder. She gently removed it from her shoulder and brought it up to her lips.
Gently brushing her lips across the top of his hand, she mumbled, "I'm yours Randhir...you don't even need to ask."
He yanked his hand out of her grasp and grabbed the top of her arms tightly.
"I know what you're trying to do Sanyukta," he said to her darkly, pulling her body closer to his. "And trust me when I say it's not going to work... I hated you before and I still hate you. Maybe more now."
She reached up to caress his face, her hands moving across his cheek softly.
"If you hate me that much Randhir, why don't you show me?" she asked him.
"By being close to you?" he asked her, his own voice lowering.
"They say keep your friends close, but your enemies closer," she told him with a small smile. "If you hate me so much, what better way to show your hatred than being as close as possible again?"
"You're just trying to get me to fall in love with you," he accused.
"I don't need to try for that Randhir," she told him softly, gently gliding her hand across his ear into his hair. "You love me already. But you can hate me, and trust me, I have no problem with that because love me or hate me, at least you're thinking about me."
He grabbed the back of her head and forcefully yanked it forward, his hand holding her hair so tightly that it pulled. His lips were an inch away from hers.
"You want me to show you how much I hate you?" he asked her coldly.
She closed her eyes, feeling his breath tickle her lips.
"I want you to show me how intensely you feel whatever it is that you feel for me," she responded.
