I fell in love with you
Everything about you
I worshipped day and night
Could you not see
Your beauty and innocence
Enraptured my very existence
Now that I have you
I will make an oath
To the Lord above
To keep you by my side.
Tonight and every other night
I will taste your skin
Drink your scented lips like
Sweet red wine
Bury my being into
The depths of soul
Shower rose petals
Where you tread
Light a candle in your name
Then entwine my body with yours
Again and again...
