While sitting on the edge of window Kalpi was staring at the sky watching the birds that were probably going back to their home. She wondered when she will be able to fly back to her home without holding any grudges. She remembered Khushi's pained face when the doctor was taking out her blood for the test.. She had managed to convince Raghav and Pakhi to have medical checkup of complete family including servants just to avoid any flu which is spreading nowadays. She succeeded in taking the blood for DNA test but she had to wait for 1-2 weeks for the report.. Though she requested the doctor to give it as soon as possible but she was well aware that the medical procedure will take the required time. The pained face of Khushi was giving her more pain... She truly wished to go back to her home dropping all this revenge plan.. Now she has almost everyone by her side and she can start everything from fresh.. She was tired of pretending to be the vicious Kalpi which she is not but she was supposed to finish what she has started. She had to do it for Prem who was her support for last 5 years, who wanted his father's murderer to be punish, she wanted it for Raghav who was still feeling guilty for sleeping with Pakhi, for her mother who still believes that Pakhi is the innocent soul and most importantly she has to do it for Khushi coz she doesn't want the child to suffer with a mother like Pakhi... The game which she started for herself is now for others. The sound of music broke the chain of thoughts..

She turned around to see from where the sound was coming and was surprised to see it was her cellphone.. She wondered who set that ringtone and rushed to pick the call... "Sammy" She read the caller id.

"Hello.." She answered the call with a smile.. The song itself changed her mood...

"Sooraj dooba hai yaaro... Do ghut nashe ke maaro.." Sammy started singing loudly..

"So it was u... But when did u change it?" She asked.

"I was really bored of ur stupid sad songs so I just changed it while u were busy in medical checkup.. It's nice naa?? U bestie gave me the responsibility to cheer u up in his absence and hence I am doing my duty." He chuckled.

"Prem and You... I am perfectly fine especially when friends like u are around." She said proudly.

"Hmm... Stop buttering me... I just called u to tell that all formalities are done and now I have full authority to take decisions for Singhania.. so u better ask me before entering my office." He tried to fake seriousness.

"Ok boss... I will take ur permission... But let me remind u... I am still share holder in the company." Kalpi replied while laughing.

"Ohh right Mam... I am sorry mam... I hope u won't throw me out of ur company." Sammy whined.

"Ohh stop it Sammy... Will talk tomorrow. Bbi" Kalpi hanged..

Suraj dooba hai yaaro..' Her cell rang again... It's Sammy again.

"Whats it Sammy??" She mocked anger.

"Just called to warn u... Dare u change the ringtone." He laughed.

"Ok... I won't" She said and disconnected the call... "I know Sammy u r just calling to check my mood... I know u r worried that I might feel guilty after the DNA test. I know it's Prem's idea. He is in flight and hence he appointed u as my... Guard or angel?? Angel for sure..." She thought smilingly.

Suraj dooba hai yaaro..' Her cell rang again... Without looking at the caller id she receives it.. "Sammy!!" She shouted in fake anger.

"Looks like ur taste has changed... Sammy instead of Raghav... Well what's cooking??" A manly voice asked her.

She looked at the phone screen to check the caller id but to her surprise it was private number.

"Hello... who is it??" She asked shockingly.

"Madam... what will u do after knowing my name?? Let me tell u the thing in which u r interested... Well mother of ur lover is with me. Oops... Before u get confuse... Let me tell u that I am talking about Mrs. Singhania and not Mrs. Raizaada." He said.

"Who the hell u... What is Gauri aunty doing with u??" She asked.. She was too shocked to think about anything...

"What madam.. What will she do with me?? I have kidnapped her. SO dumb u r... I hope I do not have to tell u to not share this sweet news with anyone... Else u know what I can do with this old aunty of urs... I hope u don't want her to see dead." He said with a creepy laugh.

"Why should I trust u??" She panicked.

"Now that's a good question... Should I send u Gauri's finger to prove myself correct?? Tell me the finger of ur choice... Do u like the index finger or thumb??"

"Wait... Don't touch her. What do u want??"

"Ahh... U trusted me so easily... That's so sweet of u. Do not worry... She is safe with me. I will call u in an hour to tell u what I want... Just make sure that u do not share it with anyone... MY eyes are always on u."

The phone goes dead after his warning... She was shocked with all that happened a minute ago... "Was he telling the truth?? Is this some prank call?? I need to find out.." Kalpi said to herself and ran towards Raghav's room.

Raghav was on call with someone when Kalpi approached to him... he was pleasantry surprised to see her in his room... he gets up and gives her a smile when notices some stress lines on her forehead..

"What happened?? Is everything fine??" He asked worriedly.

"Just wanted to ask about Gauri aunty... Did she reached Delhi safely??" She tried to ask in a calm manner so that Raghav doesn't get tense.

"Yes... I got her text that she reached on time and won't be able to call as busy in some workshop and there isn't proper network.. But why??" He replied. She heaved relief on hearing it... "It can be a prank call." She thought. "But what if it isn't. What if the message was to astray Raghav. So that he doesn't worry about his mom" She panicked once again.

"Nothing... I was just worried about her. Do we have some other way to contact her?? I mean just in case we want to speak to her." She said.

"I fear... we don't. Everything fine na Kalpi... I can sense tension on ur face." Raghav was worried on seeing her condition.. he offered her a glass of water and told her to sit. She looked around and thought to share the truth with her when she heard Pakhi's voice... She was calling them for dinner.

"It can be Pakhi's man... I can't take risk. But I need to find out the truth." Kalpi thought to herself... And left the place without a word.. Raghav was shocked at her behavior but stayed mum thinking that it was her discomfort coz of Pakhi's presence.

She enters Gauri's room stealthily... hoping that she would find something regarding her journey... While flipping the pages of her dsk.. she found printout of the flight ticket. Hurriedly she note down the PNR number and called the airport to know the passenger details... To her fear.. Gauri never boarded the flight. "So he was correct... Gauri is with her only. Now what does he want.." She looked at her watch... "Still half an hour left for his call... I think I should tell it to Raghav and Sammy but what if he harms Gauri aunty... I think I should wait for his call first." She thought.
