simi, apple...there are a lot of ways...not really sure where to start explaining...

one thing you could do...go to the pic gallery link (on the main forum in the same place as the creations gallery)...find a screencap from any episode that you like, saved it to your computer

go to picmonkey.com, click "edit" ...upload that picture, play with the filters and the frames...

there are many other sites that you can play with images on...phixr, online-image-editor...there are collage sites...if you want to edit images in a more advanced way you could use pixlr, or download/buy photoshop or similar softwares...

you could start just by cropping/pasting images together on MS Paint on your computer...

i tried to find a simple tutorial link but didn't find anything i thought was really useful..still you could search "how to make a siggy for indiaforums" to get an idea...

just don't get overwhelmed...start small, you'll learn bit by bit!
