-Chapter Seven-Not knowing what to say or do after he spoke those words, she stood up from her place to left the terrace but before she could walk away he caught her hand, her head snapped at him confusingly. A minute ago he was accusing her and now stopping her from going.
"Sometimes, Its hard to understand you" Taani said what comes in her mind, he pulled her down with such force that she landed up on his lap. Rey slide his arms around her protectively.
"Dont go" Rey said in broken voice, he hated himself for what he is doing with her, He knows he dont deserve her but is too selfish to let her go. Death is far better than living Life without her and now she has given him most precious gift, His princess rihanna, Its more difficult for him to stay away from her. If he say he wad being selfish then it wont be a lie.
"I am sorry..I wasnt thinking straight. I felt like killing myself every time when i think what you have went through because of me. I cant control my emotions when it comes to you.." Rey tried to speak but he wasnt getting right words.
"I understand rey..Lets forget the past rey. You wont get anything by hurting youself for things that happened in past. It will just ruined our present and may be future too. Fate has given us second chance, lets not waste it" Taani said kissing his cheeks making him smile at her gesture, she knew how to calm him.
"You are right, I should make you both happy now, Give the love and happiness you & rihanna deserve, I cant even thank god enough for sending two angels in my life" Taani smiled broadly hearing his words, her rey was back. And she was glad that finally they talked about past and let it go.
"Lets go downstairs, Rihanna must be hungry" Rey said smiling at her, loud gasp escaped from her mouth when he scooped her in his arms. Taani giggled loudly which felt music to his ears. He felt happy seeing her smiling and being the reason of her smile. Rey went downstairs with taani in his arms. All were surprised to see them like this, swayum was uncomfortable seeing his baby sis in his best friend s arms.
"Rey put her down! Have you forgotten rule number one, No romance infront of me" Swayum said making a stern face. Everyone gave him have you gone mad look. Rey rolled his eyes at his best friend, he made taani stand on her feets.
"Rules?" Taani asked in amused & confused tone.
"Yeah rules! When he come to know about our relationship 3 years back. He had 3 rules for me if i want to be in relation with you know typical possessive brother" Rey explained her rolling his eyes. She gave them amused look but chose not to comment on this as she knew how possessive her brother is & how naughty rey is, so bhai must have come up with his rules to stop rey from being naughty in front of him. Taani shook her head at their childishness as they both continue arguing, she took rihanna in her arms and sat on couch.
"Rey-Bhai stop arguing" Taani spoke gaining their attention, They made faces but sat quietly.
"Ma" Rihanna called out for her, taani made rihanna stand on her lap so she was facing her. Rihanna put her palms on her cheeks and kissed her nose making her mother giggle at her cute act.
"Why no kisses for me?" Both Rey & Swayum said at the same time, Taani stick her tongue out, cocooned in her arms making her giggle.
"Oh so my baby is hungry, come lets get some food for you" Taani spoke in childish tone, kissing her cheeks. She took rihanna in her arms and went in kitchen.
"Rey when your parents are coming?" Sharon asked him.
"Next week, they are so excited to meet taani & rihanna. If its in mom hand she would come here taking next flight" Rey answered her, he let out the chuckle at the end remembering his moms reaction when she come to know about rihanna. And the scolding too, because of his stupidity they were away from their grand daughter for years.
"And i have press conference tomorrow, whole world will come to know that they are mine, my wife & baby. Tomorrow i will officially introduce them to the world." Rey told them, they could feel the excitement in his tone.
"Thats good! I am happy for you man" Swayum said giving him brotherly hug. All got busy in their own conversation, girls were busy in their gossip while boys were busy in their own talks. Rey took it as chance to sneak into kitchen without getting caught by her over possessive brother. He quietly got up and went in kitchen, he stood there on entrance and watched as she prepared rihanna's baby food while talking to rihanna who was sitting on kitchen counter. Rey smiled adoring his two angels, taking slow steps toward them he stand behind taani.
"Papa" Rihanna clapped her hands in excitement seeing her father, Rey smiled broadly before taking her in his arms.
"Rey what are you doing here?" Taani turn around to face him, Rey wink at her, bending down he gave her peck on her lips. Her eyes widen in shock.
"Just thought to spend some romantic moments with my wifey" Rey answered her smirking at her flushed shocked face.
"Infront of your daughter?" Taani asked him in annoyed tone.
"My princess loves it when papa kiss mumma..see" Rey said before kissing her on cheek to prove his point, Rihanna giggled clapping her hands together.
"Naughty father's naughty daughter" Taani muttered under her breath, Rey chuckled hearing it.
"We heard that mumma" Rey said, Taani stick her tongue out
"It was meant to be hear and No romance infront of rihanna." Taani told him in stern tone, Rey frowned but smiled thinking about a devilish naughty thought forming in his mind.
