Yeh Dinuu Dinuu Kya Hai?

The Mass Media students of KC College have almost become insular to the "media bashing" that is a regular doing by many of the 'who's who' that are guest lecturers for the course. Recently, it was eye candy man Dino Morea (pronounced as: De-no Mo-reh-aah) who was a chief guest for their graduation ceremony. Forget bashing the media in front of the budding 'journalist' like our very own Dia Mirza, our dear Dino was subject to some embarrassment. It started off when the hosts addressed the hot actor by a name that sounded more like "Dinuu Maurya". The expression on his face would have made for the perfect 'Kodak Moment'.

It didn't stop there; more was in store for the already embarrassed star. Minutes later as Malini Bhupta the Associate Editor of India Today, Mumbai began her "anti-broadcast journalism" speech; Dino appeared a wee bit uncomfortable. His charming personality didn't appease Malini as she, very candidly mentioned, the non-necessity of the 'hype-shype' around the Bipasha-John breakup… with Morea right next to her! All eyes raced from Malini to Dino who clearly wanted to disappear into thin air. The entire auditorium took seconds to fully gauge the blooper-like comment that Bhupta had made. It made the young audience go "uhhhhh" and Dino clearly wanted to go scurrying for cover behind the curtains!
