Jenny, SF is one story which has become so close to my heart and I keep wondering why??It has no similarities with my life yet my heart beats for this story.
Is it the story or your magical way of telling it or the characters in the story or all of it??? Maybe all of it and much much more.
Coming to the present update, for once I am happy with the way Aastha reacted. Before anything she was first a mother. She felt her child's sorrow. She saw the turmoil in his eyes. She could hear his heart crying. And I am glad that she put her maternal love above society and their rules, above marital vows and above the kind of social norms she has been brought up in.
So without passing any judgments she heard him today. Actually she allowed him to pour his heart out today.
Arnav - Did the words he spoke about Khushi to Lavanya really lead her to the suicide attempt?? Lets for one moment think he said "No I dont lover her, she is just my friend", would Lavanya have kept quiet after that??? No, I dont think so. As Arnav himself mentions how his married life was, how nagging La was, how she would always make him say things she wants to hear after pestering him endlessly. This time too she would nag him about Khushi for ever and try to collect proofs of their relationship and would continue to torture Arnav until he cracks up and utters the words that he indeed loves Khushi and the outcome would have been the same.
Atleast here I dont like Arnav blaming himself for what La has done.
But I am so glad that he told Aastha about Aarav's truth. Atleast now he has his mother on his side when dealing with the Kashyaps.
And I truly understand the reason he had hidden this fact from everyone, the promise he had made to that tiny soul that he would always be his dad. But now Arnav there is another living soul in your life and that soul is also as pure as your kid's soul. And now its your responsibility to protect that one person who has given unconditional love to you when you needed the most. For that if you have to disclose the bitter truth to the Kashyaps and the Guptas, you have to do it. Hiding it will only worsen the situation.
If he had disclosed this truth earlier to the Guptas, would things be different? Not probably from Lavanya's angle. She would still attempt to kill herself. But when Manya spit venom on Khushi in her own home, her parents could have protected her. But things have happened and they have turned towards the worse. What next???
Arnav still does not know of what happened in Khushi's house. He is yet to talk to the Kashyaps. Now the situation is very delicate for Arnav. How will he protect Khushi and yet try to put some sense into Lavanya??
Lavanya- the confused mentally unstable soul of this story. I always wonder whether such people be treated with pity or anger. On one hand she calls Arnav a bas***d and admits that he always hated her and on the other hand wants him to be hers forever. On one hand she lies that he is the father of her child and marries him and sees how much he loves the kid and on the other hand questions his love for the marriage and the child.
Seriously lady, what do you want???
Maybe she needs to be put in some mental asylum for sometime as she needs constant monitoring and keeping her at home might not be in her best interests and safety too.
Jen, I am so eager to know how the story is going to move forward from here onwards.
So many people prefer to live in drama because it's comfortable. It's like someone staying in a bad marriage or relationship - it's actually easier to stay because they know what to expect every day, versus leaving and not knowing what to expect.
