What is happiness?
is it an emotion to be felt or
is it born out of materialism?
is it overcoming a fear or
is it refraining from doing the thing you fear?
is it the freedom from suffering or
is it going through hardships and still emerging a winner?
is it gifting yourself presents and gifts or
is it spending some time with the needy kids?
is it making money and earning some fame or
is it derived from helping a distressed dame?
is it survival of the fittest or
is it being yourself?
is it following your heart or
is it sitting at home in regrets?
all this is for you to think
but where does it really trigger
is really the thing.
it triggers in your left prefontal cortex
which is right inside you.
